Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 13:213:2. Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragongave him his power, his throne, and great authority.
The Antichrist is the combination of four beasts as follows:
- He is like a leopard.
- His feet are like the feet of a bear.
- The mouth is like the mouth of a lion.
- The dragon gives him his power.
ad. 3.
The mouth is like the mouth of a lion1 Peter 5:85:8. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
The mouth of a lion or Satan has great and repeated roar, so the servant of God becomes doubtful to the true teaching Word and Jesus. He does not attach to the true Vine anymore. His life becomes dry, namely he does not experience satisfaction, so he looks for the other one in the world.
If it continues, he will fall from faith. He rejects the true teaching Word. He does not believe in Jesus anymore. He is not true and holy anymore, but sinning up to the peak, so he is swallowed by Satan up to perdition.
Amos 3:7-83:7. Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.
3:8. A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken! Who can but prophesy?Jesus as the Lion of the tribe of Judah also roars. It means preaching the repeated prophetic Word.
The prophetic Word is the one whose secret is revealed through one verse that explains the other verses in the Holy Bible.
The prophetic Word also reveals the hidden sins, God's punishment over the world (three times seven punishments, doomsday, and the hell), and something that has not happened yet but will happen for sure in the future, especially about Jesus' second coming on the glorious clouds in the glory as the King of kings and the heavenly Bridegroom.
So, Jesus as the roaring Lion of the tribe of Judah means that He preaches the repeated true teaching Word or the shepherding one. What for?
- Defeating the devil that walks about like a roaring lion, so we do not become doubtful but being shepherded well and correctly. We do not fall from faith but holding fast the true teaching Word. We keep believing in Jesus, regardless of anything that happens.
We keep experiencing peace, so we are not swallowed by the lion of Satan up to perdition.
- Shepherding us, the church of God, so we grow to the perfection. We become the heavenly bride who is ready to greet Jesus when He comes a second time on the glorious clouds until we enter the New Jerusalem, the last sheepfold.
The lion of Satan roars at the main places as follows:
- The wilderness of the world.
Deuteronomy 32:9-10
32:9. For the LORD's portion is His people; Jacob is the place of His inheritance.
32:10. "He found him in a desert land And in the wasteland, a howling wilderness; He encircled him, He instructed him, He kept him as the apple of His eye.
It means that Satan gives the temptations to the church of God in the world.
The physical temptation refers to the crisis of economy and impossible problems.
The spiritual one refers to sins up to the peak, false teachings, gossips, and the spiritual dryness or dissatisfaction.
Satan's purpose is that the church of God doubts, gets afraid, worries, and gets disappointed and desperate. The church of God does not believe in Jesus but leaving Him, the ministry, and the true teaching word to look for worldly satisfaction, namely sinning up to the peak. The church of God falls from faith and will be swallowed by the lion of Satan up to perdition forever.
The way out is that we must hear and obey the voice of the Lion of the tribe of Judah, namely the repeated shepherding Word, so we experience the purification of heart, mind, deed, sight, word, and all of our life. If we are holy, we will be lifted up to become the priests and kings.
Exodus 29:1
29:1. "And this is what you shall do to them to hallow them for ministering to Me as priests: Take one young bull and two rams without blemish,
The priests and kings are the servants of God who minister to Him according to the ministry that He gives to them.
Be watchful! There are many servants of God who fall from faith because of the roaring lion of Satan. It happens from age to age.
The examples are Cain (killing Abel), Hophni and Phinehas, and Judas Iscariot.
Why? Because he just minister to God generally. He does not want to increase to becoming the apple of God's eye or special servant.
The requirements of becoming the special servant are as follows:
- The priests must be in the Holy Place, namely the perseverance in committing the three kinds of main service to God.
Leviticus 21:12
21:12. 'nor shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the consecration of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.
- The Golden Candlestick refers to the perseverance in committing the General Service. We have fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His anointing and gifts.
- The Table of Showbread refers to the perseverance in committing the Bible Study Service with Holy Communion. We have fellowship with the Son of God in the teaching Word and the sacrifice of Christ.
- The Golden Altar of Incense refers to the perseverance in committing the Prayer Service. We have fellowship with Father God in His love.
In the sheepfold, our body, soul, and spirit attach to the Trinity of God, so we cannot be touched by the trinity of Satan.
The fact found in it is that we live in holiness in the anointing of Holy Spirit.
- Fasting prayer, so we experience the tear of flesh, namely obedience until the flesh does not speak anymore.
Acts 13:1-5
13:1. Now in the church that was at Antioch there were certain prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.
13:2. As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, "Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them."
13:3. Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away.
13:4. So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus.
13:5. And when they arrived in Salamis, they preached the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews. They also had John as their assistant.
The special servant refers to one who is holy, faithful, and obedient in the anointing of Holy Spirit. He will be used to preach the Word in the synagogues. He is used in the ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ. It is the same as placing Jesus as the Head. We lean on Jesus' breast like John.
It means being the apple of God's eye that cannot be charged against by anything.
Zechariah 2:7-9
2:7. "Up, Zion! Escape, you who dwell with the daughter of Babylon."
2:8. For thus says the LORD of hosts: "He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye.
2:9. "For surely I will shake My hand against them, and they shall become spoil for their servants. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me.
The result is that the apple of God's eye is always protected and taken care of by God.
We are taken care of physically up to the abundance in the midst of the difficulties of the world until the Antichrist reigns over the world.
We are also protected spiritually, so we are free from sins up to the peak.
The apple of God's eye experiences winning and peace. All things become easy and light.
- A young lion roars in the vineyard.
Judges 14:5
14:5. So Samson went down to Timnah with his father and mother, and came to the vineyards of Timnah. Now to his surprise, a young lion came roaring against him.
The vineyard refers to the shepherding in the Bride Tidings that brings the congregation to the building of the perfect body of Christ.
The lion roars to destroy the vineyard.
The fact found in it is a young lion or the youthful lusts, namely the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage, and quarrel.
1 Kings 21:1-3,5-7
21:1. And it came to pass after these things that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard which was in Jezreel, next to the palace of Ahab king of Samaria.
21:2. So Ahab spoke to Naboth, saying, "Give me your vineyard, that I may have it for a vegetable garden, because it is near, next to my house; and for it I will give you a vineyard better than it. Or, if it seems good to you, I will give you its worth in money."
21:3. But Naboth said to Ahab, "The LORD forbid that I should give the inheritance of my fathers to you!"
21:5. But Jezebel his wife came to him, and said to him, "Why is your spirit so sullen that you eat no food?"
21:6. He said to her, "Because I spoke to Naboth the Jezreelite, and said to him, 'Give me your vineyard for money; or else, if it pleases you, I will give you another vineyard for it.' And he answered, 'I will not give you my vineyard.'"
21:7. Then Jezebel his wife said to him, "You now exercise authority over Israel! Arise, eat food, and let your heart be cheerful; I will give you the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite."
A young lion in the vineyard also refers to Ahab and Jezebel.
- Jezebel refers to the false teaching that allows a woman to teach and have authority over a man. She becomes the head, so Jesus cannot be the Head in the congregation. It is the same as killing Jesus.
Revelation 2:18-20
2:18. "And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write, 'These things says the Son of God, who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass:
2:19. "I know your works, love, service, faith, and your patience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first.
2:20. "Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servantsto commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols.
Jezebel refers to the false teaching that destroys the true marriage. A wife becomes the head over her husband.
Consequently, she causes him to err.
Isaiah 3:12
3:12. As for My people, children are their oppressors, And women rule over them. O My people! Those who lead you cause you to err, And destroy the way of your paths."
It means the false teaching that destroys the ministry.
The matter of a woman teaches and has authority over a man happens when the ministry grows.
It also refers to the false teaching that destroys the true teaching Word because it learns about the depths of Satan.
Revelation 2:24
2:24. "Now to you I say, and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I will put on you no other burden.
- Ahab wants to change the vineyard into a vegetable garden because of the physical advantages and interest.
It refers to the false teaching that teaches about prosperity and entertainment but without the purification. It is the same as the teaching of Babylon.
The way out is as follows:
- We must hear and obey the voice of the Lion of the tribe of Judah or the shepherding Word, so we are not influenced by Jezebel and Babylon.
2 Timothy 4:2-4
4:2. Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
4:3. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;
4:4. and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.
We hear the Word that convinces, rebukes, and exhorts, so we can be perfected.
- The true teaching word that forbids a woman to teach and have authority over a man, so the incident of Eden will not happen again.
1 Timothy 2:11-14
2:11. Let a woman learn in silence with all submission.
2:12. And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence.
2:13. For Adam was formed first, then Eve.
2:14. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
It is the same as placing Jesus as the Head who willingly dies on the Place of a Skull. He is responsible for our life.
- A lion roars in the den of lions.
Daniel 6:7
6:7. "All the governors of the kingdom, the administrators and satraps, the counselors and advisors, have consulted together to establish a royal statute and to make a firm decree, that whoever petitions any god or man for thirty days, except you, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions.
Daniel 6:4-5,10-11
6:4. So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault, because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him.
6:5. Then these men said, "We shall not find any charge against this Daniel unless we find it against him concerning the law of his God."
6:10. Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days.
6:11. Then these men assembled and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God.
A lion roars in the den of lions is to make Daniel or the church of God who is in the death experience or sprinkle of blood doubt and fear until rejecting the cross as well as becoming a stumbling-block and being like Satan.
Daniel faced the cross, the test, or sprinkle of blood, namely the prejudgment or not being wrong but being blamed about the work, ministry, and marriage.
The way out is that we must hear and obey the voice of the Lion of the tribe of Judah or the shepherding Word, so we are purified. We worship God a lot like Daniel.
As a result, we receive God's glory, namely the renewal of life from fleshly men to spiritual ones. The fear of the cross becomes the fear of God. We live in holiness, obedience, and faithfulness.
Proverbs 19:23
19:23. The fear of the LORD leads to life, And he who has it will abide in satisfaction; He will not be visited with evil.
The fear of God is the guarantee of our life like Daniel who was called the servant of the living God.
Daniel 6:20,26
6:20. And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, "Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?"
6:26. I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel. For He is the living God, And steadfast forever; His kingdom is the one which shall not be destroyed, And His dominion shall endure to the end.
The fear of God means that we become the servant of the living God. We live from the merciful hands of the Great Shepherd. We are powerless, but we are in His hands.
Daniel 6:23,28
6:23. Then the king was exceedingly glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God.
6:28. So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian.
The results are as follows:
- The merciful hands of the Good Shepherd are able to shut the lions' mouth. It means that we are powerless but we can live anywhere, anytime, and in any circumstances because of God's mercy up to eternal life.
- The merciful hands of the Great Shepherd are able to take us up out of the den of lions.
It means that God finishes all impossible problems. We have beautiful and successful future. We become the witness of God to glorify Him.
- We are purified and changed up to perfection like Jesus. When Jesus comes a second time we will say: "Alleluia" on the glorious clouds. We do not stumble in words until we enter the New Jerusalem forever.
God blesses us.
