Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 9:1-12 is about the fifth trumpet or the fifth condemnation of the Son of God to men in the earth.
Revelation 9:7-12
9:7 The shape of the locusts was like horses prepared for battle. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and their faces were like the faces of men.
9:8 They had hair like women's hair, and their teeth were like lions' teeth.
9:9 And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses running into battle.
9:10 They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. Their power was to hurt men five months.
9:11 And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name Apollyon.
9:12 One woe is past. Behold, still two more woes are coming after these things. The locusts and scorpions refer to the wicked and unclean spirits or Satan.
The shape of the locusts is like the horses. The horses are the symbol of the power and speed which are prepared or used in the battle.
So, the locusts refer to the wicked and unclean spirits which use power and speed to rule the heart and mind of men, including the servants, the ministers, and the children of God in the shepherding and fellowship. The men only prioritize and look for the physical things, not the spiritual ones, the sound of the trumpet, the true teaching word, or God Himself. Consequently, they are lost and perish forever. It has happened in the Old Testament.
Exodus 32:132:1 Now when the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered togetherto Aaron, and said to him, "Come, make us gods that shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him."When Moses was at the mountain of Sinai, He received the true teaching word, Tabernacle, or two tablets of stone, but the Israelites gathered together to Aaron.
It also happens in the New Testament or the last days that the service and ministry of many Christians only gather together Aaron.
Aaron refers to a man, family, a famous man, finance, marriage partner,
et cetera who only prioritizes the physical things, not the true teaching word.
The conditions of Israelites at the foot of the mountain are the same as the conditions of the church on the last days as follows:
- Not the noise of the shout of victory nor the noise of the cry of defeat.
Exodus 32:18
32:18 But he said: "It is not the noise of the shout of victory, Nor the noise of the cry of defeat, But the sound of singing I hear."
Not the noise of the cry of defeat means not being death. Not the noise of the shout of victory means not rising.
If both of them are combined, it means neither being dead nor rising as follows:
- Being lukewarm like the church of the Laodiceans.
Revelation 3:15-16
3:15 "I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot.
3:16 "So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.
Not being cold or fresh means that there is no peace but only envy, unfair competition, hatred without any cause, fear, anxiety, and worry about the physical things.
Not being hot means not being faithful and fervent in spirit anymore or being faithful without fervency in spirit until leaving the service and ministry.
- One does not change or experience the life renewal, but keeps the fleshly man with eighteen characteristics of the flesh, so he is stamped with 666 by Antichrist.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
3:1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:
3:2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3:3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,
3:4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
3:5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
- In the service and ministry, the sound of singing is heard. It means the worldly and fleshly joy which leads to the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage or the sins of Babylon, without the true teaching word and the sanctification.
Exodus 32: 19, 6
32:19 o it was, as soon as he came near the camp, that he saw the calf and the dancing. So Moses' anger became hot, and he cast the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain.
32:6 Then they rose early on the next day, offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and the people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.
- There is the golden calf or the idol which refers to the hard heart.
It means sacrificing until rejecting the true teaching word only to get the physical things.
The consequences are as follows:
- [Revelation 3:16] Being vomited by God. It means that one lives in uncleanness. He is useless and becomes burden and stumbling block for other people.
- Experiencing the wrath of God. It begins with the sting of the scorpions for five months up to the doomsday and perdition forever.
Exodus 32:10
32:10 "Now therefore, let Me alone, that My wrath may burn hotagainst them and I may consume them. And I will make of you a great nation."
Exodus 32:193
2:19 So it was, as soon as he came near the camp, that he saw the calf and the dancing. So Moses' anger became hot, and he cast the tabletsout of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain. As for God, it was better to break the two tablets of stone than to condemn or destroy the Israelites. The two tablets of stone refer to the word and the love of God, namely He who was born to be man in Jesus. Jesus must be broken means that He must die on the cross to redeem the sins of Israelites and us, the Gentiles.
John 19:32-3419:32 Then the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first and of the other who was crucified with Him.
19:33 But when they came to Jesus and saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs.
19:34 But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.Actually, Jesus has died with four main wounds, namely two on hand and two on feet. It is the love of God to save the Israelites who should have perished.
The fifth wound on His side is the deepest and biggest one of which blood and water come out. It is the mercy and grace of God to save the Gentiles who should have perished.
Luke 7:36-38
7:36 Then one of the Pharisees asked Him to eat with him. And He went to the Pharisee's house, and sat down to eat.
7:37 And behold, a woman in the city who was a sinner, when she knewthat Jesus sat at the table in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster flask of fragrant oil,
7:38 and stood at His feet behind Him weeping; and she began to wash His feet with her tears, and wiped them with the hair of her head;and she kissed His feetand anointed them with the fragrant oil.In the true service and ministry, we meet Jesus and sit down to eat with Him. It is the same as hearing and obeying the sound of the trumpets or the true teaching word.
The sinful woman refers to the Gentiles who live in sin but want to hear and obey the true teaching word. Every the preaching of the true teaching word points out all of the hidden sins up to the peak, so we can realize, regret, and confess them. We have a broken heart at the feet of God. The alabaster flask becomes a broken heart until we can confess that we are only the clay pot with many weaknesses.
The facts found in the broken heart are as follows:
- Washing the feet of Jesus with the tears. It means that we realize, regret, and confess our sins to God and other people. It refers to begging the mercy of God to forgive us.
- Wiping the feet of Jesus with the hair. When we have a broken heart, there is nothing of which we can be proud. We feel that we are unworthy, not precious, not capable, unable to do anything, and powerless. We only hope to the mercy of God. We are not disappointed but only give thanks to Him.
- Kissing the feet of Jesus means reconciling with God, so our heart feels peace. We experience the touching of His hand. So, the anointing oil of Holy Spirit is poured out to our life.
The functions of the anointing oil of Holy Spirit are as follows:
- It gives the fragrance.
2 Corinthians 2:14
2:14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.
We can diffuse the fragrance of Jesus to bring the people to come to Jesus and be saved.
We can please and satisfy the heart of God.
- It gives the heavenly joy although we are in the midst of sufferings.
1 Peter 4:14
4:14 If you are reproachedfor the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.
- The Holy Spirit performs miracle.
Romans 8:15
8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."
The spiritual miracle refers to the life renewal from the fleshly man to the spiritual one like Jesus. We only cry and surrender to God with a broken heart or we become the house of prayer. So, the Holy Spirit is also able to perform the physical miracles, namely the mountains are made plain.
Zechariah 4:6-9
4:6 So he answered and said to me: "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' Says the LORD of hosts.
4:7 'Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of "Grace, grace to it!"
4:8 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying:
4:9 "The hands of Zerubbabel Have laid the foundation of this temple; His hands shall also finish it. Then you will know That the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you.
All of the impossible problems are finished, so there is successful and beautiful future life. We are used in edifying the perfect body of Christ until the end line. It continues until the time when Jesus comes for the second time that we are changed to be perfect as Jesus is. We do not stumble in words anymore, but only say "Alleluia" to welcome His coming on the glorious clouds. We are with Him forever.
God blesses you.
