Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 9:13-21 is about blowing the sixth trumpet.
Revelation 9:13-219:13 Then the sixth angel sounded: And I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
9:14 saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates."
9:15 So the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released to kill a third of mankind.
9:16 Now the number of the army of the horsemen was two hundred million; I heard the number of them.
9:17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision: those who sat on them had breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow; and the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions; and out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone.
9:18 By these three plagues a third of mankind was killed--by the fire and the smoke and the brimstone which came out of their mouths.
9:19 For their power is in their mouth and in their tails; for their tails are like serpents, having heads; and with them they do harm.
9:20 But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk.
9:21 And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts. The sixth condemnation of Son of God over men will happen that one third of men in the earth will die because of a great war.
There are four horns of the golden altar that refer to the Golden Altar of Incense. It means the spiritual war.
There are two possibilities about the Golden Altar of Incense as follows:
- One who is not serious until he does not want to worship to God or experience the crucifixion of the flesh, but only follows the will of the flesh or has no two tablets of stone or the love of God will meet four angles of war and become the part of those men who die in war.
- One who is serious in worshiping to God or experiences the crucifixion of the flesh from all of its lusts and desires, receives the two tablets of stone, or loves God more than anything and loves other people will meet the angel of God.
Luke 1:11
1:11 Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing on the right side of the altar of incense. There are two angels of God who are known as follows:
- Gabriel, the angel who brings the word of God.
Luke 1:19
1:19 And the angel answered and said to him, "I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and was sent to speak to you and bring you these glad tidings.
Now, we must be serious in serving and worshiping to God, so we will get or enjoy the revelation of the word and be amazed of the true teaching Word.
- Michael, the angel of the spiritual war.
Revelation 12:7-8
12:7 And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought.
12:8 but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer.
Now, we must be serious to serve and minister to God until we experience the tearing of the flesh, so we will get the anointing of Holy Spirit.
So, experiencing the works of the true teaching word in the anointing of Holy Spirit or the one which is sharper than any two-edged sword means that we experience His presence as the High Priest.
Hebrews 4:12-13
4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
4:13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. The wok of the true teaching word which is sharper than any two-edged sword sanctifies our mind and heart from the hidden sins, examines, and searches inside our deepest heart. So, we can be set free from all hidden sins such as wickedness, uncleanness, and bitterness and we experience peace. It is the deepest longing of king David which must become ours too.
The results are as follows:
- After our heart and mind are examined, searched, and sanctified by the sword of the word, God leads us in the journey of life which is not wicked, but straight, true, and eternal forever.
Psalms 139:23-24
139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties.
139:24 And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.
It means as follows:
- We do not stumble or fall in sins up to the peak and we are not deceived by false teaching and gossip. So, we can live in righteousness.
- We do not stumble in the calling and choosing of God or the service and ministry to Him so we keep faithful and fervent in spirit to serve and minister to Him until the end line, namely until we pass away or Jesus comes for the second time.
We become a servant and minister of God who is faithful and righteous.
Isaiah 11:5
11:5 Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist.
Luke 17:7-8
17:7 "And which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, 'Come at once and sit down to eat'?
17:8 "But will he not rather say to him, 'Prepare something for my supper, and gird yourselfand serve me till I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat and drink'?
Girding our life means being ready to serve, feed, give a drink, and satisfy God, so He also satisfies us. We can always give thanks to Him and testify. We do not look for the satisfaction in the world which makes us fall in sins up to the peak anymore. He gives an assurance to preserve us physically until the eternal life forever.
- There are no more idle words, lies, gossips, slanders, and blasphemy.
Psalms 17:1,3
17:1 <<A Prayer of David.>> Hear a just cause, O LORD, Attend to my cry; Give ear to my prayer which is not from deceitful lips
17:3 You have tested my heart; You have visited me in the night; You have tried me and have found nothing; I have purposed that my mouth shall not transgress.
We can speak the righteous and good words, testify, worship God, and speak the words that glorify Him and become blessing for other people.
Why must we watch our tongue?
The tongue determines at least three things as follows:
- It is a rudder which drives the direction of our life. A righteous tongue drives to the right direction or heaven, but the unrighteous one leads to hell.
James 3:3-4
3:3 Indeed, we put bits in horses' mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body
3:4 Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudderwherever the pilot desires.
- It determines our future life.
1 Peter 3:10
3:10 For "He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit.
- It determines the perfection.
James 3:2
3:2 For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
James 3:6
3:6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell.
- After our heart and mind are sanctified, our eyes only look at the mercy of God. Our eyes look at the face of God that shines like the sun. It means that we worship Him.
Psalms 26:2-3
26:2 Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; Try my mind and my heart.
26:3 For Your lovingkindness is before my eyes, And I have walked in Your truth.
In facing the test and struggle, we only look at the face of God that shines like the sun.
The examples and results are as follows:
- The struggle of Lot in facing Sodom and Gomorrah. If he had not seen the sun, he would have seen the fire and brimstone.
Genesis 19:23-26
19:23 The sun had risen upon the earth when Lot entered Zoar.
19:24 Then the LORD rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the LORD out of the heavens.
19:25 So He overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground.
19:26 But his wife looked back behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
It means as follows:
- The struggle in facing sins up to the peak, namely the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage. It means struggling to keep righteous.
- The struggle in facing the difficulties of life and the shakings in economy.
- The struggle in facing the condemnation of God until the fire of hell.
- The struggle of Jacob in facing Esau who had a revenge and wanted to kill him.
Genesis 32:24,28,31
32:24 Then Jacob was left alone; and a Man wrestled with him until the breaking of day
32:28 And He said, "Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed."
32:31 Just as he crossed over Penuel the sun rose on him, and he limped on his hip.
It means as follows:
- Facing the impossibilities and the problem about death and life.
- Facing the fear, stress, and worry. After being illuminated, one will be peaceful.
- Facing the salvation of the family.
- Struggling to get a new name, namely the life renewal from Jacob, that means a cheater, to Israel, that means a hero, winner, and the house of prayer.
- David struggled in facing the falling in sins. The sunshine of the mercy of God was able to help and heal him.
Psalms 51:1-3
56:1 <<To the Chief Musician. Set to "The Silent Dove in Distant Lands." A Michtam of David when the Philistines captured him in Gath.
56:2 Be merciful to me, O God, for man would swallow me up; Fighting all day he oppresses me.
56:3 My enemies would hound me all day, For there are many who fight against me, O Most High.
- The struggle in facing the second coming of Jesus.
Matthew 17:1-3
17:1 Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves.
17:2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light.
17:3 And behold, Moses and Elijahappeared to them, talking with Him.
Moses has ever been disobedient and Elijah disappointed and hopeless.
Psalms 27:14
27:14 Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD!
We must experience the renewal to become strong and courageous and keep trusting and hoping God. So, He makes all things successful, beautiful, until perfect. Our eyes can look Him face to face on the glorious clouds.
God blesses you.
