THE CHILD SUBMISSIONAmos 8:3,11
8:3. And the songs of the temple Shall be wailing in that day," Says the Lord GOD--"Many dead bodies everywhere, They shall be thrown out in silence."
8:11. "Behold, the days are coming," says the Lord GOD, "That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, Nor a thirst for water, But of hearing the words of the LORD.
Melody has relationship with music and famine. Song or music will become famine of the word of God.
That is why let us surrender our child in the hands of the Lord, so the song will be lifted up to the throne of Heaven. It happens when we collect the word, so we do not experience famine.
Ruth 2:5-10
2:5. Then Boaz said to his servant who was in charge of the reapers, "Whose young woman is this?"
2:6. So the servant who was in charge of the reapers answered and said, "It is the young Moabite woman who came back with Naomi from the country of Moab.
2:7. "And she said, 'Please let me glean and gather after the reapers among the sheaves.' So she came and has continued from morning until now, though she rested a little in the house."
2:8. Then Boaz said to Ruth, "You will listen, my daughter, will you not? Do not go to glean in another field, nor go from here, but stay close by my young women.
2:9. "Let your eyes be on the field which they reap, and go after them. Have I not commanded the young men not to touch you? And when you are thirsty, go to the vessels and drink from what the young men have drawn."
2:10. So she fell on her face, bowed down to the ground, and said to him, "Why have I found favor in your eyes, that you should take notice of me, since I am a foreigner?"Ruth, a Gentile, gathered wheat at Boaz's field.
Actually, the wheat of the word is just for the Israelites. However, because a part of Israelites has hardened their heart, the opportunity and God's mercy are opened for the Gentiles, so they can collect the wheat of the word.
The requirements are as follows:
- One field= one shepherding in the bride tidings.
- Continually working= being faithful in hearing the word of God and obeying it.
As a result, we receive the attention and God's mercy to take care of and protect our life in the middle of the difficulties of the world up to Antichrist's age and eternal life. We become the heavenly bride and meet Jesus on the glorious clouds.
God blesses us.
GENERAL SERVICEPeace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 6:5-66:5 When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come and see." So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.
6:6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, "A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine."The opening of the third seal is the third punishment from Holy Spirit God to the world. It is the revival of the black horse to bring famine in physical and spiritual life, especially of the Word of God.
Amos 8:11-14
8:11. "Behold, the days are coming," says the Lord GOD, "That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, Nor a thirst for water, But of hearing the words of the LORD.
8:12. They shall wander from sea to sea, And from north to east; They shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the LORD, But shall not find it.8:13. "In that day the fair virgins And strong young men Shall faint from thirst.
8:14. Those who swear by the sin of Samaria, Who say, 'As your god lives, O Dan!' And, 'As the way of Beersheba lives!' They shall fall and never rise again."Amos prophesied the spiritual famine or the one of hearing the word of God, and there is no chance to hear it.
Consequently, one shall fall and never rise again. It means living in sin up to the peak. He cannot repent anymore because of self-truth; even he blames others.
Consequently, he will be destroyed forever.
The right attitudeis appreciating the true teaching word or solid food.
How great we are in the world, without the true teaching word we will fall into sin, fall and never rise again.
No matter our wickedness and uncleanness in physical and spiritual life are, as long as we want to hear the true teaching word, we will experience the power of resurrection that is able to raise us physically and spiritually.
Why does the spiritual famine happen?Because of the heart that tends to do evil and unclean.
The facts found in it are as follows:
- Falsifying the scales by deceit, namely making the ephah (the scales of grain) small and the shekel (the scales of money) large.
Amos 8:5
8:5. Saying: "When will the New Moon be past, That we may sell grain? And the Sabbath, That we may trade wheat? Making the ephah small and the shekel large, Falsifying the scales by deceit,
It means as follows:
- Making the spiritual thing small and the physical one large. One does not prioritize the word but physical thing only.
- Keeping looking for physical thing, not the word.
- The false attitude in hearing the word, namely getting bored or sleepy and one does not pay attention to the word, so he is like Eutychus who fell and died.
Actually, one has fallen when he has false attitude in hearing the word.
2 Thesalonians 2:15
2:15. Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle.
That is why we must have the right attitude in hearing the word whether by word or epistle, so we can stand fast and keep the word to become faith in our heart.
- One wants to hear the word, but does not practice it.
Matthew 7:26-27
7:26. "But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:
7:27. "and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall."
We need a good conscience, so we do not enter spiritual famine.
1 Peter 3:20-21
3:20. who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.
3:21. There is also an antitype which now saves us--baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,We receive a good conscience through water baptism.
The true water baptism is that one who has died to sin or repented must be buried in the water with Jesus and come out or rise from water with Him to receive new life, namely having a good conscience.
As a result, we can enjoy and practice the true teaching word.
Romans 10:16-21
10:16. But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our report?"
10:17. So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
10:18. But I say, have they not heard? Yes indeed: "Their sound has gone out to all the earth, And their words to the ends of the world."
10:19. But I say, did Israel not know? First Moses says: "I will provoke you to jealousy by those who are not a nation, I will move you to anger by a foolish nation."
10:20. But Isaiah is very bold and says: "I was found by those who did not seek Me; I was made manifest to those who did not ask for Me."
10:21. But to Israel he says: "All day long I have stretched out My hands To a disobedient and contrary people."
The processof enjoying and practicing the word is as follows:
- Hearing the the word of God, namely the word that is anointed by Holy Spirit.
Holy Spirit helps us, so we can enjoy the Word solemnly and with a need and hunger like a dog which licks the crumbs.
- Holy Spirit helps us to respond the Word well. We can understand it. The proof is being in rest. We do not contend or quarrel. We believe in the Word, so it becomes faith in our heart. The proof is that we experience spiritual satisfaction, so we always give thanks to God.
We can confess and forgive one another.
- Holy Spirit helps us to practice the Word. It is the same as stretching out our hands to God, so He stretches out the hands of His great mercy to us.
We live in the hands of God's great mercy, so we cannot fall. We are safe in the hands of God.
To obey the word, we must sacrifice the things as follows:
- The attitude of flesh, namely egoism.
1 Kings 17:12-13,15
17:12. So she said, "As the LORD your God lives, I do not have bread, only a handful of flour in a bin, and a little oil in a jar; and see, I am gathering a couple of sticks that I may go in and prepare it for myself and my son, that we may eat it, and die."
17:13. And Elijah said to her, "Do not fear; go and do as you have said, but make me a small cake from it first, and bring it to me; and afterward make some for yourself and your son.
17:15. So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days.
If we can surrender our selfishness and prioritize the working of God, we will live in the hands of His great mercy that is able to take care of and protect us in the middle of difficulties until Antichrist reigns over the world for three and a half years.
- Self-will.
John 21:3,6-7,11
21:3. Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We are going with you also." They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.
21:6. And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish.
21:7. Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment (for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea.
21:11. Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken.
We will get nothing but failure and nakedness if we follow our own will.
But, we will live in the hands of God's great mercy and catch one hundred and fifty-three large fish if we follow His will.
Ephesians 4:21-26
4:21. if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus:
4:22. that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,
4:23. and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
4:24. and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
4:25. Therefore, putting away lying, "Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor," for we are members of one another.
4:26. "Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun go down on your wrath,
Number three refers to the purification of the body, soul and spirit to become the new man.
Thereare no lie and outbursts of emotion.
Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11. And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12. for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
Number five refers to the ministry.
If we have been purified and changed, we will be equipped with the ministry, so we are used in the ministry of the building of the body of Christ. It starts from marriage.
Number one refers to the unity of the perfect body of Christ, namely becoming the bride who is ready to greet Jesus when He comes a second time.
- Our whole life.
Philippians 2:8-9
2:8. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
2:9. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
Jesus becomes obedient to the point of death on the cross. We must obey God until the flesh does not sound anymore.
It is the same as stretching out our hands to God, and He will stretch out the hand of His great mercy to us. We experience the power of winning in the name of Jesus over Satan the trinity who is the source of all bad things.
It continues until Jesus comes a second time that we are changed to become as perfect as He is. The tongue does not stumble in words. We just cry out: "Alleluia!" to greet Jesus when He comes a second time on the glorious clouds.
God blesses us.
