Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 16:12-16
16:12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared.
16:13 And I sawthree unclean spirits like frogscoming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet
16:14 For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty
16:15 "Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame."
16:16 And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon.
The pouring of the sixth bowl is on the great river Euphrates until its water was dried up so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared and Armageddon war happened. It refers to the greatest and last war in the world.
There are two kinds of men as follows:
- The group of the Antichrist, namely men who do not have mind and feeling, but only use the fleshly instinct or will. The mouth only produces blasphemy with the unclean spirit which causes war. It starts from bad competition, emotion, and ambition.
1 John 2:18
2:18 Little children, it is the last hour; and as you have heard that the Antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come, by which we know that it is the last hour.
- The spiritual men, namely ones who are filled up by Holy Spirit. They have the mind and feelings of Jesus, so they are always controlled and covered by God. They always understand the will of God and keep on being in the railway of His plan.
The frogs refer to the unclean spirits with the miraculous deeds for coming to the kings or the leaders of countries, pastors, husbands, leaders, so there are wars, chaos, or hatred up to Armageddon. Therefore, husband must be supported by the family, especially in the prayer, so that he can be firm in faith.
Exodus 8:3-48:3 "So the rivershall bring forth frogs abundantly, which shall go up and come into your house, into your bedroom, on your bed, into the houses of your servants, on your people, into your ovens, and into your kneading bowls.
8:4 "And the frogs shall come up on you, on your people, and on all your servants."
When the Israelites would go out of Egypt, the plague of frogs happened. Likewise, three unclean spirits like frogs will come out of the mouth of the trinity of Satan which cause Armageddon war when the Church will go out of the world.
The targets of the frogs are as follows:
- The river= all activities or aspects of life in the world such as economy, occupation, school, and so on are made unclean by the unclean spirits.
Therefore, we must start all things with praying for casting the unclean spirits away, so there is God's spirit.
- The palace of Pharaoh and the houses of the officers or people. It means that unclean spirits work in the country, temple, and household until moral degradation happens. Men fall in sins up to the peak, namely, the sins concerning eating-drinking such as smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse as well as the ones concerning marrying-being given in marriage.
Hebrews 13:12-20
13:12 Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate.
13:13 Therefore let us go forth to Him, outside the camp, bearing His reproach.
13:14 For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come.
13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.
13:16 But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
13:17 Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.
13:18 Pray for us; for we are confident that we have a good conscience, in all things desiring to live honorably.
13:19 But I especially urge you to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.
13:20 Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
Therefore, we must always do the following things:
- Looking at and appreciating the sacrifice of Christ who has redeemed our life on the cross = willingly suffering in the flesh for confessing sin to God and others. Being forgiven, do not repeat the sin, but live in righteousness and holiness!
- Doing good things.
- Giving thanks to God.
- Obeying the pastor through the Shepherding Word because he is responsible for lifting up the supplication prayer for the salvation of the congregation. A pastor must be responsible to the Great Shepherd for the sheep He has entrusted to him. Therefore, there must be a good relationship between the pastor and the congregation, especially in facing problems or questions. There must be honesty. Do not hide anything and make distance until not committing the service to God because every Word of God is the opening of the way from Him until the door of heaven is opened for us.
- On the bed = the relationship in marriage.
The unclean spirit destroys the relationship in the marriage, namely the relationship of holiness and love. If there is no holiness, there must be no love, but hatred.
The fact found in it is the fall in sin in the beginning of the marriage. Do not hide it! It must be confessed for being prayed, helped, and lifted up by God. It is also about the sexual affairs or the marriage as the place for fulfilling the desires of the flesh.
Hebrews 13:4-6
13:4 Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
13:5 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."
13:6 So we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"
Therefore, we must be honest about God or the true teaching Word, marriage, and finance. As a result, God appears for sanctifying, uniting, and making our marriage joyful up to the marriage supper of the Lamb.
- Into the ovens the kneading bowls.
Physically, they refer to the physical food.
Proverbs 23:2-3
23:2 And put a knife to your throat If you are a man given to appetite.
23:3 Do not desire his delicacies, For they are deceptive food.
Do not eat for the fleshly desires because it causes disease and fall in the sins concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.
Putting a knife to throat means that we must get the sanctification from the fleshly desires, so we can worship God and get the satisfaction.
Food cannot satisfy us because eating is only for making us full and healthy.
Spiritually, we must not be controlled by the frogs or unclean spirits such as sleeping, murmuring, and avoiding or rejecting the Word like Judas Iscariot when we are hearing the Word.
The kneading bowl means that the pastor must not be controlled by the unclean spirits or fleshly desire to get money as well as emotion when he is preparing to preach the Word. On the contrary, the pastor must make himself empty. The congregation must not feel that they have known the Word, especially when it is repeated. The Word is like diamond whose rays are so many. Thus, the rays of sanctification, help, and comfort are different one from another although the verse is same or repeated.
- Coming up on men.
It means that the unclean spirits control the whole life of men, namely the body, soul, and spirit. It happens to all men, old or young, rich or poor, healthy or sick, pastor or congregation, and so on.
The ways out are as follows:
- We must enter the true water baptism.
Mark 1:5-6
1:5 Then all the land of Judea, and those from Jerusalem, went out to him and were all baptized by him in the Jordan River, confessing their sins.
1:6 Now John was clothed with camel's hair and with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey.
We get the new or heavenly life as follows:
- The leather belt = the righteousness by the redemption by the sacrifice of Christ.
- The clothes of camel's hair = the anointing of Holy Spirit.
- Eating locusts and honey. Locusts, whose taste is bitter, refer to the death experience.
Honey, whose taste is sweet, refers to the resurrection experience.
It refers to the way of the cross or being dead to sin and living in righteousness.
As a result, the frogs cannot touch us. We are lifted up to be the priests and kings or the servants of God.
- Always dwelling in the Holy Place.
Leviticus 21:12
21:12 'nor shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the consecration of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.
It refers to the perseverance in doing the three main services to God. We are sanctified more until being the shining stars.
Philippians 2:12-16
2:12 Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvationwith fear and trembling;
2:13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.
2:14 Do all things without complaining and disputing,
2:15 that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,
2:16 holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.
Working out the salvation is the same as serving and ministering to God faithfully and fervently in spirit with the willingness to sacrifice and without murmuring or disputing, but always giving thanks.
We can obey the Word of life which has been our life experience. It is the same as stretching out our hands to God and He will stretch out His merciful hands. The results are as follows:
- The merciful hands of God are able to protect and preserve our life in the midst of the difficulties in the world up to the time when the Antichrist reigns over the world. He is also able to give us health.
- We are used for being the witness of God. We become wise
Daniel 12:3
12:3 Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.
The hands of God give wisdom and miracle in our life. The impossible things can be made possible.
- Giving the heavenly joy.
Philippians 2:17
2:17 Yes, and if I am being poured out as a drink offering on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all.
We can endure suffering with Jesus, so we get the renewal of life from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones until we are as perfect as Jesus is.
God blesses you.
