Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 3:14-22 is about the church of the Laodiceans.
In Revelation 2-3, there are seven churches of the Gentiles. Now, they refer to the church in the last days.
The spiritual condition of the church of the Laodiceans is being lukewarm. Physically they are rich and have need of nothing. However, spiritually they are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked. The consequence is being vomited by God, being useless and separated from Him, until being destroyed forever.
Revelation 3:18-19
3:18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, thatthe shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.
3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.
God rebukes, counsels, and chastens the church of the Laodiceans or all of us so we buy the richness of the Heaven. Thus, we will not be vomited by God, but please Him.
There are three types of the richness of the Heaven that must be bought as follows.
We buy the richness of the Heaven through our ministry to God. We have many concerns in this world, but we must not forget to struggle to buy the richness of the Heaven, so our life is not useless as a vomit. We can please His heart, and He will also please us up to the eternal joy.
Matthew 6:19-20
6:19 "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal;
6:20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.
While we are active to buy three types of the richness of the Heaven, there are three enemies that endanger as follows.
ad. 3. Thieves steal the oil.
Thieves steal the anointing oil of Holy Spirit so the servant of God becomes blind and unable to see God. He will act blindly and follow the desire of the flesh until being destroyed forever.
The practice of the thief or antichrist stealing the anointing oil is as follows.
Matthew 12:31-32
12:31 "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy againstthe Spirit will not be forgiven men.
12:32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the ageto come.
The thief steals the anointing oil so we blaspheme Holy Spirit and oppose His works. The consequence is being destroyed forever.
The true attitude is we must not blaspheme Holy Spirit. We must experience the works of Holy Spirit. There are two main works of Holy Spirit as follows.
God blesses us.

1:21 And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins."
Gospel Word preaches Jesus' first coming to die on the cross and save sinful men. Jesus is the only sinless man who can save sinful men.
The revival of Holy Spirit in the first rain brings sinful men to believe Jesus and be saved. The process is as follows.- Holy Spirit opens our heart and mind so we can believe and have faith to Jesus as the only Savior.
Blaspheming Holy Spirit means not believing Jesus as the Savior. - Holy Spirit makes us realize our sins, so we can regret and confess them to God and the others. If we are forgiven, we must not repeat them. We stop sinning and die to sins.
- Holy Spirit guides us to enter the true water baptism.
Romans 6:4
6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
The true water baptism is one who has died to sins must be buried in water together with Jesus, to be raised with Him in new life or Heavenly life, that is living in righteousness. - Holy Spirit brings us to enter Holy Spirit baptism or anointing of Holy Spirit, so we live in pure and sincere heart, that is holding fast the true teaching Word.
1 Corinthians 5:8
5:8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened breadof sincerity and truth.
The result is we are saved and keep the feast. We experience the Heavenly joy.
- Holy Spirit opens our heart and mind so we can believe and have faith to Jesus as the only Savior.
- The revival of Holy Spirit in the last rain or the revival of building the body of Christ.
Revelation 6:1-2
6:1 Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder, "Come and see."
6:2 And I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.
The revival of Holy Spirit in the last rain is the revival of a bow, that is the revival of the teaching Word that is sharper than any two-edged sword. The true teaching Word works as follows.- Condemning sins up to the peak of sins, that is sins concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.
- Sanctifying and renewing saved people up to perfection as Jesus. We become the Heavenly bride who is ready to welcome Jesus' second coming on the glorious clouds.
Holy Spirit makes us active in the building of the perfect body of Christ, starting from within marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, until the Israelites and the Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ.
The process of building the body of Christ is as follows.- Building the foundation.
Luke 14:28-29
14:28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enoughto finish it--
14:29 lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see itbegin to mock him,
Ephesians 2:19-22
2:19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,
2:20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone,
2:21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord,
2:22 in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.
The foundations of building the body of Christ are as follows.- Christ as the chief cornerstone, that is the sacrifice of Christ.
1 Peter 1:7
1:7 that the genuineness of your faith, beingmuch more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ,
The proof of having the sacrifice of Christ as the foundation is a peaceful heart. There must be no envy, hatred, evil, uncleanness, worry, and fear. A peaceful heart is filled with God's love. - The prophets (Old Testament) and apostles (New Testament), or the Holy Bible, that is the teaching Word sharper than any two-edged sword. It sanctifies our heart from evil and uncleanness.
The root of evil is the lust of money that makes one become stingy (being unable to give) and greedy (seizing the belongings of God and the others).
Deeds and words are also sanctified, so our whole life is holy.
Hebrews 12:14
12:14 Pursue peace with all people,and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:
Seeing God means feeling the visit and help of God as the High Priest.
Haggai 2:18-19
2:18 'Consider now from this day forward, from the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, from the day that the foundation of the Lord's temple was laid--consider it:
2:19 Is the seed still in the barn? As yet the vine, the fig tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree have not yielded fruit. Butfrom this day I will bless you.'" - Christ as the chief cornerstone, that is the sacrifice of Christ.
- Building on the foundation until it is finished. It refers to the consecration. We are faithful in serving God according to the ministry entrusted by Him.
1 Peter 2:5
2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
The ones who are allowed to build are the priests and kings, that is those who have the ministry and those who are holy.
There are three things that must be watched during the building on the foundation until it is finished as follows.- The cost.
Luke 14:28-29
14:28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enoughto finish it--
14:29 lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see itbegin to mock him,
The cost is the grace in the price of the sacrifice of Christ.
2 Corinthians 8:1-2
8:1 Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia:
8:2 that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded in the riches of their liberality.
If there is grace, we will be able to give and sacrifice for building the body of Christ, whatever our condition is, until we can give our whole life to Him. - Strength.
Luke 14:31-32
14:31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, does not sit down first and consider whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand?
14:32 Or else, while the other is still a great way off, he sends a delegation and asks conditions of peace.
The extra strength from God comes from the reconciliation with Him and the others. The reconciliation means confessing and forgiving one another. If we are forgiven, we must not repeat the sin. If we are right, we must be able to forgive the sin of the others and forget it. Thus, we will feel peace. It equals to being silent and calm. It is the extra strength to beat Satan who is the source of all temptations as well as wind and waves in this world as the sea that will drown any great ships. If we are silent and calm, the result is we experience the power of God to calm all wind and waves, until we reach the harbor of peace in the New Jerusalem. - Strong motivation to keep being the salty salt.
Luke 14:34-35
14:34 "Salt isgood; but if the salt has lost its flavor, how shall it be seasoned?
14:35 It is neither fit for the land nor for the dunghill, butmen throw it out. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"
The salty salt refers to lives that are anointed by Holy Spirit.
The usefulness of salty salt is as follows.- We do not lose heart or become discouraged and disappointed. We do not leave God, but keep being faithful and fervent in spirit in ministering Him.
Romans 12:11
12:11 not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; - Holy Spirit puts to death the deeds of sins that decay our life.
Romans 8:13
8:13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
We can live in righteousness and holiness so we are fragrant before God. - Holy Spirit helps us testify in the midst of hatred and darkness in this world.
John 15:25-27
15:25 But this happenedthat the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, 'They hated Me without a cause.'
15:26 "But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.
15:27 And you also will bear witness, because you have been with Me from the beginning. - Holy Spirit renews us from the flesh men to the spiritual ones as Jesus.
Titus 3:5
3:5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
It is started with being honest. We let "yes" be "yes" and "no" be "no".
Song of Solomon 8:9
8:9 If she isa wall,
We will build upon her A battlement of silver; And if she isa door,
We will enclose her With boards of cedar.
Proverbs 10:20
10:20 The tongue of the righteous ischoice silver;
The heart of the wicked is worthlittle.
Being honest equals to building a battlement of silver, so the building is finished.
If spiritual miracle happens, Holy Spirit is also able to conduct physical miracles. All tears will be erased. When Jesus comes a second time, we will be renewed as glorious and perfect as Him.
