Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 11:111:1 Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, "Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there. The measuring rod refers to the rod of the shepherd, the shepherding word, or the true teaching word which is entrusted by God to a shepherd to be preached to the congregation faithfully, regularly, continually, and repetitively to become the food for them and the command which rules the things which they can and cannot do, and measure their spirituality.
There are two things which are measured by the shepherding word as follows:
- The temple of God.
- The altar and those who worship there. It refers to the Golden Altar of Incense.
Ad.1. The temple of God.
1 Corinthians 3:163:16 Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?The temple of God refers to our life where Holy Spirit dwells. The requirements are as follows:
- There is no other spirit in our life. It means that our heart is clean, holy, and pure.
We must experience the sanctification from the three other spirits as follows:
- The spirit of selling and buying or the spirit of Antichrist.
Mark 11:15, 17
11:15 So they came to Jerusalem. Then Jesus went into the temple and began to drive out those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves
11:17 Then He taught, saying to them, "Is it not written, 'My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations'?But you have made it a 'den of thieves.'"
It refers to the bond of money which makes men including the servant and the minister of God love money, so they become stingy ad greedy.
Being stingy means that they cannot give to other people who are in need.
Being greedy means that they steal the possession that belongs to God (the tithes and special offering) and other people (doing corruption, et cetera). They become the den of thieves or the place of Satan.
Therefore, we must be sanctified by the true teaching word, so we are set free from the desire of money until we feel more blessed in giving than receiving.
- The spirit of the world or the false prophet.
Galatians 4:9-11
4:9 But now after you have known God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage?
4:10 You observe days and months and seasons and years.
4:11 I am afraid for you, lest I have labored for you in vain.
It makes men believe the horoscope, et cetera. We must be sanctified from it, so we only trust and hope God, not the other things.
James 4:4
4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
The spirit of the world also makes men unfaithful in serving and ministering to God, in marriage, and all aspects of their life.
We must be sanctified from the spirit of the world so that we can be faithful and fervent in spirit to serve and minister to God until the end line. We are also faithful in marriage until we enter the marriage supper of the Lamb.
- The spirit of Satan or the seven wicked, unclean, and bitter spirits.
Matthew 15:19
15:19 "For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.
It makes men become deaf and dumb spiritually.
Mark 9:25
9:25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, "Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!"
Being deaf means that one who does not want to hear and obey the true teaching word, exhortation, and the rebuking.
The dumb spirit refers to the idle words.
The deaf and dumb spirits cause the spiritual epilepsy that quenches the lamp and makes the eyes and life of men dark until they live in sins up to the peak or the sins of eating-drinking such as smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse and the sins of marrying-being given in marriage such as adultery with all of its kinds and the wrong marriage. So, their future life is dark until living in suffering and impossibilities.
We must be sanctified from the spirit of Satan, so we can be filled by Holy Spirit with the seven manifestations [Isaiah 11:2]
We must be sanctified from the spirit of Antichrist, false prophet, and Satan, so we are clean, holy, and pure and become the dwelling place of Holy Spirit.
- The heart is like the face of the sea waters, the zero point, or the humble heart.
Genesis 1:2
1:2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
Being humble is the ability to confess sin to God and other people seriously, regardless of any risk we must face, by the encouragement of the true teaching word which is sharper than any two-edged sword.
For example, the Samaritan woman who committed the divorce-remarrying five times was thirsty because of sin. But, she could be humble and confess her sins to God, so she could receive the living water or Holy Spirit, be satisfied, testify, and worship God.
Being humble is the ability to confess all of our failures. We confess that we are not precious and weak, so we do not easily stumble and become offended, but we are encouraged to surrender fully to God.
Holy Spirit is poured to us and the hand of God is able to exalt us in due time.
- The heart is sanctified until being like the dove's heart.
Matthew 3:16
3:16 When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.
It refers to the following things:
- The sincere and honest heart.
We say yes if yes and no if no. We are honest. It begins from being honest in the teaching up to all aspects of our life.
- The peaceful heart in which there are no envy, hatred, worry, fear, et cetera. It means that we do not feel anything that our flesh feels.
All things become easy and light.
Acts 1:4-5
1:4 And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, "which," He said, "you have heard from Me;
1:5 "for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now."
Jerusalem is the city of peace or the peaceful heart.
Jerusalem is also the city of light or being transparent, honest and sincere.
So, Holy Spirit will be poured to us.
Acts 2:1-42:1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
2:3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.Holy Spirit which is like fire burns or sanctifies our heart up to tongue until we can speak with other tongues, as the Spirit has given.
The functions of the fire of Holy Spirit are as follows:
- Holy Spirit becomes a wall of fire around us.
Zechariah 2:5
2:5 'For I,' says the LORD, 'will be a wall of fire all around her, and I will be the glory in her midst.'"
It is to separate us from sins up to the peak.
Romans 15:16
15:16 that I might be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
Holy Spirit burns us, the Gentiles which are like dog and swine, so we become the sweet smelling aroma before God. As a result, our life becomes a sweet smelling aroma or we are used by God to glorify His name. We are also glorified by Him, starting from the world up to the eternal life.
Romans 12:11
12:11 not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.
He also separates us from the world with all of its influences, so we can become the servant and the minister of God who are fervent in spirit in serving and ministering to Him until the end line.
The servant and the minister of God who are holy, faithful, and fervent in spirit are as the same as the apple of God's eye or the center of His attention.
- Holy Spirit refers to the horse and the chariot of fire around us who are fighting in the wilderness of the world.
2 Kings 6:16-17
6:16 So he answered, "Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them."
6:17 And Elisha prayed, and said, "LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see." Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
The flame of the fire of Holy Spirit protects and preserves us who are small and powerless in the midst of the difficulties in the world until the time when Antichrist rules over the world for three and a half years. Holy Spirit gives us victory over the enemies and finishes all of impossible problems.
2 Kings 6:21-23
6:21 Now when the king of Israel saw them, he said to Elisha, "My father, shall I kill them? Shall I kill them?"
6:22 But he answered, "You shall not kill them. Would you kill those whom you have taken captive with your sword and your bow? Set food and water before them, that they may eat and drink and go to their master."
6:23 Then he prepared a great feast for them; and after they ate and drank, he sent them away and they went to their master. So the bands of Syrian raiders came no more into the land of Israel.
We are in peace and all things are easy and light until we can repay good for evil.
- The flame of the fire of Holy Spirit becomes the wall of salvation.
Isaiah 60:18
60:18 Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, Neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; But you shall call your walls Salvation, And your gates Praise.
The broken things become good, the failed ones become successful and beautiful, the impossible becomes possible, until we are perfect and enter the wall of the New Jerusalem.
God blesses you.
