Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 12: 3-18 is about the clear and complete appearance of Satan or dragon with his activities as follows:
- [Revelation 12:4a] His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven.
- [Revelation 12:4b] Devouring.
- [Revelation 12:7] Fighting.
- [Revelation 12:13] Persecuting or catching up fast.
- [Revelation 12:15] Causing the woman or the church of God to be carried away by the flood.
- [Revelation 12:17] Making war or persecuting.
ad. 2.
Devouring.
Revelation 12:4-6
12:4 His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born.
12:5 She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne.
12:6 Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
The mouth of the dragon devoured or swallowed the male Child as soon as it was born by the woman. The male Child refers to the deliverer or shepherd.
The dragon or Satan wanted to devour the male Child. It means that Satan wants to hinder the deliverance of the church from sins and stir up or destroy the true shepherding system or the heavenly one so that the church cannot be shepherded, but wanders and is bound to sins up to the peak until being swallowed by the dragon and perishing forever.
Therefore, the church must be shepherded well and correctly to get the deliverance from sins up to the peak, the flesh and its influences, as well as the world and its influences. Someday, we can run or depart from the trinity of Satan to the wilderness and the heavenly throne forever.
Thus, the way to fight against Satan is departing like the example of Jesus. Since He was a baby, He departed from Herod. After He was mature, He also departed from Herod who had killed John the Baptist and wanted to kill Him too.
Facing the wind and waves, the Antichrist, suffering, and persecution, we must also depart or kneel to worship God much more.
This is the example of Jesus' departing after He was mature.
Mark 3:7-8
3:7 But Jesus withdrew with His disciples to the sea. And a great multitude from Galilee followed Him, and from Judea
3:8 and Jerusalem and Idumea and beyond the Jordan; and those from Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they heard how many things He was doing, came to Him.
Jesus and His disciples departed to the sea. Why?
Mark 3:6
3:6 Then the Pharisees went out and immediately plotted with the Herodians against Him, how they might destroy Him.
It is because Jesus would be killed by the Herodians and the Pharisees, who physically were against one another. The Herodians politically pleaded Herod, the government, or colonizer. On the contrary, the Pharisees politically pleaded the temple or religion. They were against one another physically. Nevertheless, they could make a conspiracy for killing Jesus.
Spiritually, the Herodians were the followers of Herod. They refer to the church that is controlled by Satan or Herod until rejecting the true teaching Word which is sharper than any two-edged sword because of keeping the sins up to the peak and the wrong marriage.
Spiritually, the Pharisees refers to the church that is controlled by the flesh and all of its desires until rejecting the true teaching Word which is sharper than any two-edged sword because of keeping the false teachings, namely the teachings about divorce-remarrying.
Mark 10:1-5
10:1 Then He arose from there and came to the region of Judea by the other side of the Jordan. And multitudes gathered to Him again, and as He was accustomed, He taught them again.
10:2 The Pharisees came and asked Him, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?" testing Him.
10:3 And He answered and said to them, "What did Moses command you?"
10:4 They said, "Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of divorce, and to dismiss her."
10:5 And Jesus answered and said to them, "Because of the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept.
1 Corinthians 3:3-4
3:3 for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?
3:4 For when one says, "I am of Paul," and another, "I am of Apollos," are you not carnal?
The Herodians made a conspiracy with the Pharisees. It is not a fellowship because it was not based on the true faith, but the envy, hatred without a cause, strife especially about the teachings, gossips, slander, and so on. The conspiracy hinders the true teaching Word as well as divides or persecutes the body of Christ. It is the same as killing Jesus.
The consequences are as follows:
- Not experiencing the little Sabbath or rest in Holy Spirit. It means that there is no peace, but weariness, heavy burdens, sufferings, tears, and quarrel.
- Unfaithfulness until stopping ministering to God.
- Being left when Jesus comes a second time or not experiencing the big Sabbath or the One-Thousand-Years Kingdom of Peace and the eternal Sabbath or the New Jerusalem, but being swallowed by the dragon or perishing forever.
Therefore, we must enter the true fellowship like a branch that abides in the True Vine, Jesus Himself, or the true teaching Word. It means the fellowship of the body of Christ that begins from the marriage, shepherding, and inter-shepherding, until Israelites and the Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ.
Romans 10:16-17
10:16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our report?"
10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
The true faith comes by hearing the Word of God which is preached in the anointing of Holy Spirit. It is revealed by Holy Spirit through a verse that explains other verses in the Bible or the true teaching Word. Thus, the true faith means hearing the true teaching Word or hearing about Jesus although we do not see Him or the physical signs and keeping on believing Him.
John 20:29
20:29 Jesus said to him, "Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."
Be careful! The false faith refers to Thomas', namely the faith because of seeing the physical signs.
John 2:23-25
2:23 Now when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in His name when they saw the signs which He did.
2:24 But Jesus did not commit Himself to them, because He knew all men,
2:25 and had no need that anyone should testify of man, for He knew what was in man.
Such faith is brittle and will not endure because Jesus does not commit Himself or only one side. Such man will depart from faith when he is not helped in the temptation. The false faith = the faith of Thomas or Satan.
Mark 3:11
3:11 And the unclean spirits, whenever they saw Him, fell down before Him and cried out, saying, "You are the Son of God."
James 2:18-19
2:18 But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
2:19 You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe--and tremble!
Thus, the faith of Satan is empty. Such faith cannot save and perfect. It means being swallowed by the dragon or perishing forever.
The facts found in the true faith are as follows:
- The true faith can make us depart from Satan, who tries to destroy us.
The results are as follows:
- Bringing us to come to Jesus in the true service and ministry to God although there are many challenges and hindrances.
2 Timothy 3:12
3:12 Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.
It continues until we face the suffering and persecution in the service and ministry to God. If we have the true faith, none can separate us from God. We keep fervent in spirit in the service and ministry to God until the end line, namely the time when we pass away or Jesus comes a second time.
On the contrary, the false faith may always be hindered until one departs from faith and leaves God and the service and ministry.
- Bringing us to enter the true fellowship of Christ's body which is based on the true teaching Word or faith. It starts from the marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, until Israelites and the Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ.
1 Corinthians 1:10
1:10 Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
The unity starts from being in the same mind and judgment.
It can happen when the heart and mind are being filled by the twelve loaves which are set in two rows, six in a row, the sixty six books in the Bible, or the true teaching Word.
The true teaching Word is the solid food.
Ephesians 4:13
4:13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
Being in the same mind and judgment will aim at the unity of faith up to the full maturity or perfection in the perfect body of Christ. We can have one voice, namely the true worship with saying "Alleluia" (the worship of the bride). From now on, we must worship with saying "Alleluia". Not having one voice means not being in one body.
- The true faith can provide a boat for Jesus, so He will not be crushed by the multitude.
Mark 3:9
3:9 So He told His disciples that a small boat should be kept ready for Him because of the multitude, lest they should crush Him.
Being able to provide the boat for Jesus means that we can give our own life for being the dwelling place of Jesus only in the form of the true teaching Word (the Table of Showbread), Holy Spirit (the Golden Candlestick), and the love of God (the Golden Altar of Incense) through the perseverance in the sheepfold or the three main services to God.
If Jesus Himself dwells in the boat of our life, we will be able to live in holiness and we can be peaceful or silent although we are facing the wind and waves of the sea of the world, so we are preserved well and all things become easy and light.
James 1:6-8
1:6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.
1:7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord;
1:8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
If Jesus does not dwell in the boat of our life, we will be tossed to and fro by the wind and waves of the sea of the world. Living in doubt means committing sins, not living in righteousness, holiness, and calm, being in heavy burden and distress, not receiving anything but the total failure, and being drowned in the sea of fire as well as being swallowed by the dragon or perishing forever.
The true faith tries that Jesus will not be crushed by the multitude. It means that we make Jesus as our private possession.
One body = one Head. One wife = one husband. It is for the physical and spiritual life.
We make Jesus as our private possession or place Him as the Head of our life.
Mark 3:12
3:12 But He sternly warned them that they should not make Him known.
The true faith will peak on the Most Holy Place or the relationship between the Bridegroom or Jesus and the bride or all of us, the perfect church.
Be careful! The sins also peak up to the sins concerning eating-drinking or smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse as well as the marrying- being given in marriage when our relationship with Jesus peaks.
- The true faith can bring us to fall down at Jesus' feet.
Mark 3:10-11
3:10 For He healed many, so that as many as had afflictions pressed about Him to touch Him.
3:11 And the unclean spirits, whenever they saw Him, fell down before Him and cried out, saying, "You are the Son of God."
It means as follows:
- Confessing that we are only the clay. It means that we are powerless and we do not rely on the strength, intelligence, riches, and other things we have because we believe that we are powerless and will fall in sins, total failure, destruction, and perdition if we are without the Word and faith. We also do not get disappointed and hopeless and we do not leave God when we do not have anything.
- Worshiping God or crying out the name of Jesus, trying to touch Him, and stretching out the hands of faith to Him although our faith is only like the mustard seed. As a result, God is able to stretch out His merciful hands for helping us who have been in fall and making impossible things possible.
Matthew 17:19-20
17:19 Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, "Why could we not cast it out?"
17:20 So Jesus said to them, "Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
Mark 9:23-24
9:23 Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."
9:24 Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, "Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!"
Luke 18:8
18:8 "I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"
When Jesus comes, He looks at our true faith. It means that the true faith brings us to the perfection for being evacuated to the wilderness for three and a half years when the Antichrist reigns over the world.
Revelation 12:6
12:6 Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
Revelation 12:5
12:5 She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne.
When Jesus comes a second time, we are changed to be as perfect and glorious as Him for being lifted up on the glorious clouds and entering the throne of the New Jerusalem forever.
God blesses you.
