Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 11:111:1 Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, "Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.
The measuring rod refers to the rod of the shepherd, the shepherding word, or the true teaching word which is entrusted by God to a pastor to be preached to the congregation faithfully, sequentially, continually, and repetitively, so it becomes food for them to make them strong and grow and the command which rules the things which they can and cannot do. It is also to measure or increase their spirituality until the flesh does not speak anymore (the Veil is torn) and they are perfect.
There are two things which are measured by the shepherding word as follows:
- The temple of God.
- The altar and those who worship there. It refers to the Golden Altar of Incense.
Ad.2. The worship prayer or the Golden Altar of Incense.
There are three kinds of the measurement of the worship prayer. They are as follows:
- It is related tothe redemption that is done by the blood of Jesus or the love of God.
Revelation 5:8-10
5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
5:10 And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth."
The blood of Jesus redeems us from the three things as follows:
- The tribe and nation. It means that we are redeemed from the world with all of its influences such as the business, amenities, difficulties, sufferings, et cetera which make us unfaithful.
James 4:4
4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
So, the measurement of the worship is the faithfulness.
Proverbs 20:6
20:6 Most men will proclaim each his own goodness, But who can find a faithful man?
We must be faithful in the service and ministry to God as well as the marriage.
- The people or family. It means that we are redeemed from the flesh with all of its lusts and desires.
Galatians 5:19-21
5:19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,
5:20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,
5:21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
We are redeemed from the deeds of sins up to the peak, so we can live in holiness.
So, the measurement of the worship is the holiness.
- The tongue. We are redeemed from the tongue which speaks the idle words, lies, gossips, slander, and blasphemy. So, we can be the honest men.
So, the measurement of the worship is the honesty.
If our worship reaches the measurement of the redemption which is done by the blood of Jesus, we can become the servant and the minister of God who are holy, faithful, and honest.
Proverbs 15:8
15:8 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD, But the prayer of the upright is His delight.
We become the house of prayer. Our house-hold becomes the delightful place which is most desirable(home sweet home).
- It is related to the silence in the anointing of Holy Spirit.
Revelation 8:1-5
8:1 When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
8:2 And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets.
8:3 Then another angel, having a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
8:4 And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel's hand.
8:5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake.
There are two contradictory conditions as follows:
- In the world, the shaking in all aspects happens. It increases to the destruction until it is destroyed when the doomsday comes.
So, do not hope to anything in the world. Do neither be proud nor disappointed because something in the world, and do not gossip so that we do not join with the people who are shaken by the world until perishing.
- In the heaven, the servant and the minister of God worship Him in the anointing of Holy Spirit.
If we worship God, starting from the world, we will experience the atmosphere of heaven, namely the silence which is increased more to the silence about half an hour in heaven. We enter the heaven.
We are silent and calm.
Being silent means doing the introspection in our life by the sharpness of the sword of the word of God, so we can confess and forgive one another. The blood of Jesus cleanses all of our sins, so we can repent, live in righteousness, and experience the peace.
Being calm means that we control ourselves so that we do not hope to something in the world but God, so we can pray for one another.
So, the measurement of the worship prayer is being silent and calm. We can experience the power of God to calm the wind and waves or the shaking in the world.
The result is that we are calm. All things become easy and light, successful, and beautiful. The impossible things become possible until we enter the harbor of peace and the One-Thousand-Year Kingdom of Peace up to the New Jerusalem.
- It is related with the measuring rod or the shepherding word and the true teaching word.
Revelation 11:1
11:1 Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, "Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.
The true teaching word is the one which is written in the Bible, revealed, opened trough one verse that explains other verses in the Bible, and practiced.
So, the measurement of the worship prayer is the obedience until the flesh does not speak anymore.
Ezekiel 20:37
20:37 "I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant.
The shepherding word is able to lead us to enter the shepherding pen. The physical pen refers to the church with its legal organization. The spiritual pen refers to the Holy Place. There are three instruments in the Holy place that refer to the perseverance in doing the three main services to God as follows:
- The Golden Candlestick refers to perseverance in doing the General Service to get the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in the anointing and gifts of Holy Spirit. The sheep are given drink so that they are fresh and bear fruits thirtyfold.
- The Table of Showbread refers to perseverance in doing the Bible Study Service and Holy Communion to get the fellowship with the Son of God in the true teaching word and sacrifice of Christ. The sheep are fed so that they are strong, grow, and bear fruits sixtyfold.
- The Golden Altar of Incense refers to perseverance in doing the Prayer Service to get the fellowship with Father God in His love. The sheep breathe up to the eternal life or bear fruit one hundredfold. These three things will be measured.
Being obedient until the flesh does not speak anymore refers to the tearing of the Veil. We are counted and owned by God.
Isaiah 53:3
53:3 He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
The guarantee is that Jesus was willingly not counted when He was crucified outside Jerusalem so that we can be counted.
Matthew 10:30
10:30 "But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
In the shepherding pen, our body, soul, and spirit attach to the trinity of God, so we cannot be touched by the trinity of Satan. We are counted by God; even a hair of our head. It means that He watches and cares us who are small and powerless like a hair in the midst of the sea of the world.
Acts 27:34
27:34 "Therefore I urge you to take nourishment, for this is for your survival, since not a hair will fall from the head of any of you."
God is able to protect and preserve us who are small, powerless, and not precious in the midst of difficulties in the world.
Matthew 10:29-30
10:29 "Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father's will.
10:30 "But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
God covers us from the Antichrist.
Song of Solomon 7:5
7:5 Your head crowns you like Mount Carmel, And the hair of your head is like purple; A king is held captive by your tresses.
The red color refers to the sign of blood, the cross, or the place to confess all of our weaknesses to be sanctified or the suffering because of Jesus.
Then, there will be the purple color. It refers to the resurrection. There is spirit of glory or the Shekinah glory to perform the miracle spiritually, namely the life renewal, so we become strong and courageous. Physically, the closed doors are opened, so the impossible things become possible until the door of heaven is open for us.
God blesses you.
