Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 21:1-8 can be divided into three parts as follows:
- [verse 1] The new heaven and earth.
- [verse 2-3] The new man.
- [verse 4-8] The new atmosphere.
- [verse 4] The atmosphere without death.
- [verse 5-6] The atmosphere of heavenly satisfaction.
- [verse 7] The atmosphere of victory.
- [verse 8] The atmosphere of the truth, holiness, and perfection.
As a result, we can enter the New Jerusalem.
We learn about the new atmosphere, namely the fourth.
ad.d.
The atmosphere of the truth, holiness, and perfection.
Revelation 21:8
21:8 "But the cowardly(1), unbelieving(2), abominable(3), murderers(4), sexually immoral(5), sorcerers(6), idolaters(7), and all liars(8)shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."The eight sins which drown men to the hell are as follows:
(1)
the cowardly,(2)
unbelieving--> are resisting against the truth.
(3)
abominable, (4)
murderers, (5)
sexually immoral, (6)
sorcerers, (7)
idolaters--> are resisting against the holiness.
(8)
liars--> is resisting against the perfection.
We are learning the eighth, namely
the liars.
The lie is the closing of sin. It means that one who still lies also has the other seven sins.
The meanings of the liar are as follows:
- Saying to love God, but not loving other people; even hating them.
1 John 4:20
4:20 If someone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
It means having no love or losing the image of Father God.
- Denying that Jesus is Christ (the Anointed One).
1 John 2:20-22
2:20 But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.
2:21 I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.
2:22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.
Titus 1:15-16
1:15 To the pure all things are pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; but even their mind and conscience are defiled.
1:16 They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.
The mouth confesses Jesus, but the deeds are evil and unclean. He cannot do good things. He is unfaithful until leaving the service and ministry to God and having no anointing of Holy Spirit. It means losing the image of Holy Spirit God.
- Speaking the wrong things. It means losing the image of the Son of God.
Ephesians 4:25
4:25 Therefore, putting away lying, "Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor," for we are members of one another.
Thus, the liar loses the image of the Trinity of God. He only has the image of the trinity of Satan or the dog (evil deeds) and swine (unclean deeds).
The liar is the same as Satan.
John 8:44 8:44 "You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.The name of the liar is not written in the Book of Life.
Revelation 21:27 21:27 But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life. The liar cannot enter the New Jerusalem.
Revelation 22:15 22:15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.He must enter the lake of fire and brimstone to perish forever in the hell.
Revelation 21:8 21:8 "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."Therefore, we must get the renewal from the liar to having the same image as the Trinity of God through the following two ways:
- The true water baptism.
Matthew 3:7-9
3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, "Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
3:8 "Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance,
3:9 "and do not think to say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.' For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.
The requirement is having faith in Jesus and repenting or stopping sinning to return to God. It means being dead to sin, especially the liar and murderer (hatred).
Romans 6:4
6:4 Therefore we were buriedwith Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raisedfrom the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Matthew 28:19
28:19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
The implementation of the true water baptism is being buried in water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit God, namely the Lord Jesus Christ and raised from water. As a result, the heavens are opened. We get the new life, namely the heavenly one.
Galatians 3:27,7
3:27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
3:7 Therefore know that only those who are of faithare sons of Abraham.
We receive the image of the Trinity of God or put on the Lord Jesus Christ, so we get the renewal from the stone (the Gentiles who are hard-hearted) or the brood of viper to the descendants of Abraham or ones who live by faith or in righteousness.
We receive the blessings of Abraham. We are blessed up to our descendants and we become blessings for others. We only do good things to others. We are saved until we have the eternal life.
The highest dream must be repenting and living in righteousness.
- The good and righteous shepherding.
John 21:15-17
21:15 So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs."
21:16 He said to him again a second time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Tend My sheep."
21:17 He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you love Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.
The signs are as follows:
- A pastor feeds the congregation with the repeated true teaching Word faithfully.
- The congregation can eat the true food that is given by the pastor with faithfulness and perseverance.
The three times of Jesus' question to Peter means as follows:
- A pastor must feed with or preach the true teachings in the three main services to God in the sheepfold.
- The sheep must persevere in the three main services to God to be able to eat the true teaching Word.
Not living in righteousness, one will be difficult to be shepherded because the flesh is still strong.
- The Golden Candlestick refers to the perseverance in committing the General Service to get the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in the anointing of Holy Spirit and the gifts. We return to the image of Holy Spirit God. The fact found in it is being faithful and fervent in spirit in committing the service and ministry to God and becoming the witness of God for glorifying Him.
- The Table of Showbread refers to the perseverance in committing the Bible Study Service with the Holy Communion to get the fellowship with the Son of God in the teaching Word and Christ's sacrifice. We return to the image of the Son of God. The fact found in it is obeying the Word, so we live in holiness.
- The Golden Altar of Incense refers to the perseverance in committing the Prayer Service to get the fellowship with Father God in His love. We return to the image of Father God. The fact found in it is loving God more than anything and loving other people including enemy or we only do good things until repaying good for evil.
By the perseverance in committing the three main services to God, we return to the image of the Trinity of God or the first creation.
Genesis 1:26
1:26 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earthand over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."
Genesis 2:7
2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.
God blows the Holy Spirit to men. The results are as follows:
- They have power over the three kinds of animal in the world, namely on earth, in the sea, and in the air.
- They become a living being, namely having the physical and spiritual life up to the eternal one.
Nevertheless, the three kinds of animals have grown to become the three beasts which control the earth (the false prophets), the sea (the Antichrist), and the air (the dragon or Satan).
Acts 2:1-4
2:1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
2:3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Therefore, God does not only blow, but blowing the Holy Spirit, as of a rushing mighty wind, for facing the three kinds of beasts.
The process is as follows:
- Holy Spirit works, starting from cleaning the stomach of our heart.
- Holy Spirit burns our tongue until we can worship God with a broken heart.
- It is until we can worship God with the other tongues or being filled up by Holy Spirit.
The functions of Holy Spirit are as follows:
- Holy Spirit is like the divided tongues, as of fire, for protecting and preserving us from the fiery dart of the wicked, namely sins up to the peak, which are like the flying sand, so we keep on living in righteousness and holiness. We are equipped with the ministry and gifts of Holy Spirit or the beautiful tunic for being used in the ministry for the edification of Christ's body. Our life becomes beautiful.
Holy Spirit protects us from the false teachings that are so many around us, so we keep on holding fast and obeying the true teaching Word.
He also protects us from the impossible temptations or problems which are so many around us. He solves all impossible problems as well as protects and preserves us from the economy crisis. He preserves us abundantly, so we always give thanks and becomes blessings for others.
- Holy Spirit makes us faithful and fervent in spirit in the ministry and service to God until the end line.
Romans 12:11
12:11 not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord;
- Holy Spirit performs the spiritual miracle, namely changing us from the fleshly man to the spiritual one like Jesus is.
Peter, who had lied and denied the Lord, was changed to be honest and able to testify.
Thomas, who had been doubtful, could believe God.
Mary Magdalene, who had been unclean, could live in holiness and be used by God.
The physical miracle will also happen. Impossible things can be made possible, until we are changed to be perfect or we do not stumble in words.
God blesses you.
