Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 6 : 12-17
6:12 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.
6:13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.
6:14 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.
6:15 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains,
6:16 and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!
6:17 "For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"The opening of the sixth seal refers to the sixth condemnation of Holy Spirit God to the world, namely the great physical earthquake happens especially the spiritual one, namely the influence of the world with all of its business, difficulties, wickedness, uncleanness, hatred,
et cetera. It refers to the great temptations in all aspects up to the age of antichrist who rules over the world. The consequences of the physical and spiritual earthquake are as follows:
- [Revelation 6:12-13] The spiritual darkness.
- [Revelation 6:14] The shakings in the world which make the servant and the minister of God move or far away from God and perish.
- [Revelation 6:15-17] The fear or stress.
ad. 3. The fear or stress attacks the world.
Revelation 6:15-176:15 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains,
6:16 and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!
6:17 "For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"The fear or stress becomes the major murder of man physically and spiritually. It happens because of the hard heart, namely not being willing to be shepherded or receive the true teaching word which is hard. Such people will enter the fear up to the fear to face Jesus who will come for the second time in glory as the King of all kings and the Bridegroom of heaven on the glorious clouds. It means being left in the world and experiencing the doomsday or the last condemnation of God to the world until being drowned in the lake of the fire and brimstone or the hell forever.
Who is able to stand? [Revelation 6:17]
James 1:12
1:12 Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.The servant and the minister of God who endure temptation and become steadfast, strong and courageous are able to stand.
The process of enduring to face Jesus who comes in glory as the King of all kings and the Bridegroom of heaven on the glorious clouds is as follows:
- Enduring in faith.
Jude 1:3
1:3 Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.
Enduring in faith refers to fighting to keep the faith until the end line, namely passing away or when Jesus comes for the second time on the glorious clouds. Do not fall from faith.
The process of it is as follows:
- Through hearing and practicing the true teaching word, so it becomes faith and the deeds of faith or the perfect one.
- Through the test of faith.
When facing the test of faith or the temptations in all aspects, we must be strong and courageous as follows:
- Living in righteousness and not doing sins regardless of anything we must face.
- Not being doubtful when facing the false teaching, but holding fast to the true teaching word regardless of any risk we must take.
- Not being disappointed and hopeless and not leaving God when facing everything, but believing, looking at and giving thanks to God.
1 Peter 1:5-7
1:5 who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
1:6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials,
1:7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
The purpose of the test of faith is to purify our faith to become the pure, tested, permanent, and perfect one. In Tabernacle, the perfect faith refers to the golden pot which contains manna.
Luke 18:818:8 "I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?
The faith that increases to the perfection is the one which is looked for by God.
The functions of the tested faith are as follows:
- To welcome the second coming of Jesus. We can see Him face to face on the glorious clouds. Therefore, God permits the test of faith so that we do not look at other people but Jesus.
- To make us live or walk in the New Jerusalem whose street is made of pure gold.
Revelation 21:21
21:21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
The test of faith is the same as the practice to walk in the New Jerusalem.
- Enduring in hope or only hoping in God, we are serious in the service and ministry up to the peak that is worshiping God and only hoping in God.
1 Corinthians 10:13-14
10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
10:14 Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry.
There must be no idolatry or something which is relied on or prioritized more than God. God is the jealous one and His Jealousy is as strong as the fire of the hell.
The facts found in hoping only to God and there is no idolatry are as follows:
- We keep faithful and fervent in spirit to serve and minister to God until the end line regardless of anything we must face.
- We do not rely on our own strength or others except God. We only rely on God.
- We are silent and calm.
Being silent means that we introspect ourselves more through the sharpness of the word. If we find sin, we must confess it to God and other people. After being forgiven, we do not do it anymore. When we are right and we do not find sin, we must keep silent and not defend ourselves, but let God defend us.
Being calm means that we control ourselves and repress the lust of our flesh in the shepherding pen. We persevere in doing three main services. We do not hope other people, so we can hope and pray to God.
If we have the three facts, God will appear as the faithful one [1 Corinthians 10: 13] to do three things as follows:
- Keeping that the temptation does not exceed our ability.
- Giving extra power to us, so we are not disappointed and hopeless. We do not leave God, but we can bear all the temptations.
- Giving the solution of all of our problems. So, all things become calm and finish in its time. All things are easy and light.
- Enduring in the love of God.
The facts found in it are as follows:
- We love God more than anything.
James 1:12
1:12 Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
If we love God who is invisible for us, we must love other people who are visible.
1 John 4:20
4:20 If someone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen.
We can love other people like ourselves. We do not do evil, hurt others and repay evil for evil, but we can love our enemy and repay good for evil.
- Hearing and obeying the true teaching word until our flesh does not speak anymore.
John 14:15
14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commandments
For example, Jesus Christ.
Matthew 3:15-16
3:15 But Jesus answered and said to him, "Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he allowed Him.
3:16 When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.
Jesus is obedient in the matter of baptism. He is baptized in the true water baptism. Jesus has obeyed God in the matter of baptism, so He can be obedient in the matter of the cross. The test of obedience is begun from the water baptism.
Philippians 2:8-10
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth.
Jesus is obedient until dying on the cross, so He receives the powerful name.
If we want to be obedient until our flesh does not speak anymore, we will get the test of obedience that is in the water baptism.
Romans 6:4
6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
The true water baptism means that one who has believed Jesus, repented, and died to sins must be buried in water, raised together with Jesus, and get the new life. The new life means being anointed by Holy Spirit, so we can cry out "Abba Father'. We can be obedient until our flesh does not speak anymore.
We can cry out the name of Jesus, lift up our hand, and surrender to Him. He will stretch out His hands for us to give the power of the name of Jesus and we get the result as follows:
- The power of victory over the trinity of Satan as the source of problem, weariness, heavy burdened, and tears.
Philippians 2:8-10
2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth.
Being disobedient refers to being thrown away from Paradise to the earth.
Being obedient refers to returning to the Paradise. There is the atmosphere of blessing to preserve our life in the midst of difficulties in the world until the age of antichrist who rules over the world for three and a half years. All of our problems are finished, so we can live in righteousness and holiness.
- There is the power of lifting up from the failure to the success and beauty, and from the fall, and destruction of marriage and children.
Philippians 2:9
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
- The power of renewal.
Philippians 2:11
2:11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The renewal begins from the mouth or there is no more lie. We are honest about God, confessing our sins, and in all things. If we are honest, ww will become the house of prayer.
Acts 3:6
3:6 Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.
Being lame means that there is wrong thing life. Jesus has cried out "it is finished" on the cross. All things have been finished by God. When Jesus comes for the second time, we are changed to be as perfect as Him. We do not stumble in words anymore, but cry out Alleluia.
James 1:12
1:12 Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
We receive the crown to enter the marriage supper of the Lamb, the paradise, and the New Jerusalem. We can sit together with Jesus on the throne of heaven and see Him face to face forever.
God blesses you.
