Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 10:1-310:1 I saw still another mighty angel coming down from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on hishead, his face was like the sun, and his feet like pillars of fire.
10:2 He had a little book open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land,
10:3 and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars. When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices. The appearances of Jesus with seven lights of glory are as follows:
- Being clothed with a cloud.
- A rainbow is on the head.
- The face is like the sun.
- The feet are like pillars of fire.
- Having a little book open in His hand.
- Setting the right foot on the sea and the left foot on the land.
- Crying out with a loud voice as when a lion roars.
Jesus must experience the sprinkling of blood or suffering in flesh until He dies on the cross, and receive the seven lights of glory to illuminate the flawed and despicable men so that they can be as perfect as Him.
ad. 7. Crying out with a loud voice as when a lion roars.
Amos 3:7-83:7 Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.
3:8 A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken! Who can but prophesy?
The voice of the roaring lion refers to the prophetic word which reveals the two things as follows:
- All things which have not happened yet but will happen for sure, especially about the second coming of Jesus as the King of all kings and the heavenly Bridegroom to sanctify and change us until we are as perfect and glorious as Him and worthy to welcome His second coming on the glorious clouds and enter the paradise and the New Jerusalem.
- The condemnation that will come to the world or the three times of the seven condemnations of the Trinity of God, the doomsday, and the hell forever.
We can hear the prophecy word because of the mercy of God.
God does not do all things before He tells His servant and prophet through the prophecy word.
For example, before He condemned the world in the past time, He had told and given the solution and the shelter first.
- At the days of Noah, before the world would be condemned by the great flood, He had given the shelter by entering the ark.
- At the days of Lot, before there was a condemnation by fire and brimstone, He had given the shelter at the mountain.
Now, we learn about the condemnation of God by the famine which has happened and will happen again for sure at the last days.
There are two times of famine which has happened as follows:
- The famine in the days of Joseph.
Genesis 41:25-32
41:25 Then Joseph said to Pharaoh, "The dreams of Pharaoh are one; God has shown Pharaoh what He is about to do:
41:26 "The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good heads are seven years; the dreams are one.
41:27 "And the seven thin and ugly cows which came up after them are seven years, and the seven empty heads blighted by the east wind are seven years of famine.
41:28 "This is the thing which I have spoken to Pharaoh. God has shown Pharaoh what He is about to do.
41:29 "Indeed seven years of great plenty will come throughout all the land of Egypt;
41:30 "but after them seven years of famine will arise, and all the plenty will be forgotten in the land of Egypt; and the famine will deplete the land.
41:31 "So the plenty will not be known in the land because of the famine following, for it will be very severe.
41:32 "And the dream was repeated to Pharaoh twice because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.
The prophecy word is repeated for the following things:
- To give the faith for us that God will do all things that have been spoken soon.
- To give the opportunity to us to do the word, so we are set free from the condemnation of God and we can be sanctified and changed until we are lifted to the glorious clouds.
Before the famine happened for seven years in the Egypt, God had told Joseph first. Joseph is the son of Jacob in His old time. He refers to the church on the last days with the Bride Tidings.
Acts 7:9-10
7:9 "And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into Egypt. But God was with him
7:10 "and delivered him out of all his troubles, and gave him favor and wisdom in the presence of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.
The solution in facing the famine is that Joseph got wisdom to gather the wheat as much as possible.
Genesis 37:7
37:7 "There we were, binding sheaves in the field. Then behold, my sheaf arose and also stood upright; and indeed your sheaves stood all around and bowed down to my sheaf."
The sheaf of Joseph stands upright and the sheaves of his brothers bow down to his sheaf. It means that all of the preaching of the word of God which is entrusted by God to a pastor will increase to the Bride Tidings.
Through his wheat, he became the governor. It means that the Bride Tidings is able to give the physical glory in the world; even more the spiritual glory until we become the heavenly bride who is ready to welcome Jesus' second coming.
The famine also happened in the land of Canaan or the promise land. Now, it refers to the spiritual revival.
Amos 8:11-14
8:11 "Behold, the days are coming," says the Lord GOD, "That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, Nor a thirst for water, But of hearing the words of the LORD.
8:12 They shall wander from sea to sea, And from north to east; They shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the LORD, But shall not find it.
8:13 "In that day the fair virgins And strong young men Shall faint from thirst.
8:14 Those who swear by the sin of Samaria, Who say, 'As your god lives, O Dan!' And, 'As the way of Beersheba lives!' They shall fall and never rise again."
The consequence is being fainted and lukewarm or being unfaithful until leaving the service and ministry.
If it continues, one will fall in sins up to the peak or the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage until he does not arise anymore, namely enjoying sins up to the peak.
Why can the church of God in the spiritual revival experience the spiritual famine?
They experience the spiritual famine because they do not have the true teaching word or the Bride Tidings. They only tell the prosperity and physical entertainment. It refers to the false scale or the deceitful one.
Amos 8:5
8:5 Saying: "When will the New Moon be past, That we may sell grain? And the Sabbath, That we may trade wheat? Making the ephah small and the shekel large, Falsifying the scales by deceit.
Shekel is the scale of money or the physical things.
Ephah is the scale of wheat or the spiritual things.
Making the ephah small and the shekel large means making the Word small and prioritizing the worldly things.
Amos 8:10
8:10 I will turn your feasts into mourning, And all your songs into lamentation; I will bring sackcloth on every waist, And baldness on every head; I will make it like mourning for an only son, And its end like a bitter day.
When the service and ministry are without the word of God, all songs turn into lamentation, weeping, and the gnashing of teeth forever.
Mark 8:4-5
8:4 Then His disciples answered Him, "How can one satisfy these people with bread here in the wilderness?"
8:5 He asked them, "How many loaves do you have?" And they said, "Seven."
The right attitude is saying "How many loaves do you have?" or prioritizing the word.
If we prioritize the word until we do it, the glory of Joseph will happen.
The solution in facing the famine is that we must live in the wisdom and mercy of God to gather the double teaching Word as much as possible. The sheaf of Joseph stands upright means that we will never fall, but be glorified by God.
The brothers of Joseph went to Egypt twice as follows:
- The first time they bought grain, but then it ran out so they were hungry again.
Genesis 42:1
42:1 When Jacob saw that there was grain in Egypt, Jacob said to his sons, "Why do you look at one another?"
It means hearing the word of God only to get the physical help, preservation, et cetera, so, men will enter the spiritual famine again for sure.
- The second time they bought the grain and they were united with Joseph.
Genesis 43:1-2
43:1 Now the famine was severe in the land.
43:2 And it came to pass, when they had eaten up the grain which they had brought from Egypt, that their father said to them, "Go back, buy us a little food."
It means that we look for the true teaching word and experience the sanctification and renewal of life continually until we enter the unity of the perfect body of Christ.
Revelation 14:1,5
14:1 Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads.
14:5 And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before the throne of God.
The quality of the bride is that she must be honest and transparent up to there is no blemish anymore.
- The famine in the days of Elijah.
1 Kings 17:7-12
17:7 And it happened after a while that the brook dried up, because there had been no rain in the land.
17:8 Then the word of the LORD came to him, saying,
17:9 "Arise, go to Zarephath, which belongs to Sidon, and dwell there. See, I have commanded a widow there to provide for you."
17:10 So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, indeed a widow was there gathering sticks. And he called to her and said, "Please bring me a little water in a cup, that I may drink."
17:11 And as she was going to get it, he called to her and said, "Please bring me a morsel of bread in your hand."
17:12 So she said, "As the LORD your God lives, I do not have bread, only a handful of flour in a bin, and a little oil in a jar; and see, I am gathering a couple of sticks that I may go in and prepare it for myself and my son, that we may eat it, and die."
The river became dry. It means that all sources in the world cannot guarantee the life of men because the world is powered by Antichrist. So, if they want to live in the world, they must worship the Antichrist. Therefore, we must always hope to the word of God. We live by the word of God, the true teaching word, or the Bride Tidings. Being bored in hearing the word is the same as being bored to live.
The solution in facing the famine is as follows:
- Preparing a handful of flour and a little oil.
1 Kings 17:12-15
17:12 So she said, "As the LORD your God lives, I do not have bread, only a handful of flour in a bin, and a little oil in a jar; and see, I am gathering a couple of sticks that I may go in and prepare it for myself and my son, that we may eat it, and die."
17:13 And Elijah said to her, "Do not fear; go and do as you have said, but make me a small cake from it first, and bring it to me; and afterward make some for yourself and your son.
17:14 "For thus says the LORD God of Israel: 'The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the LORD sends rain on the earth.'"
17:15 So she went away and did according to the word of Elijah; and she and he and her household ate for many days.
A handful of flour means as follows:
- Hearing the true teaching word until it enters the heart (the size of one's heart is the same as one's handful) and becomes faith in our heart. We live by the word of God.
- Doing the true teaching word by paying the expensive price until the flesh does not speak anymore like Abraham who was obedient to sacrifice his only son.
- The loaf must be burnt. It refers to the fire of the torment, the sprinkling of blood, or the suffering in flesh without sin.
1 Peter 4:12-14
4:12 Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you;
4:13 but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ's sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.
4:14 If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.
When we experience the sprinkling of blood, Holy Spirit works to make us endure, rejoice, and give thanks when we face the problems until we become a cooked small cake which is pleasant before God.
The things that must be burnt are as follows:
- Being egoistic, thinking one's own self, not giving nor visiting others who are in need, and not giving to the work of God. It must be burnt, so we can be more joyful in giving than receiving.
- The worry that makes one unfaithful and disobedient. It must be burnt, so we can be obedient and faithful or become the pillar.
Revelation 3:7-8
3:7 "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, 'These things says He who is holy, He who is true, "He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens":
3:8 "I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.
God will give the key of David or His mercy and kindness.
Psalms 136:4
136:4 To Him who alone does great wonders, For His mercy endures forever.
God Himself is able to do the great wonders. He is able to open the doors for us and preserve us in the difficult time until the time when Antichrist rules over the world. There are help for all impossible problems and the successful and beautiful future life. When the door in the world opens, the door of heaven also opens. We are used by God in the revival at the later rain. We are sanctified and changed until we are as perfect as Him, become the pillar in the New Jerusalem, and do not go out from there.
God blesses you.
