Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 4:54:5 And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire wereburning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.It is about the seven lamps of fire which are burning before the throne. In the Tabernacle, they refer to the Golden Candlestick.
For us now, they refer to the power of Holy Spirit.
Acts 1:81:8But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."The promise of God is to pour Holy Spirit to us, so we become His witness like a burning lamp or seven lamps of fire. Why must we be the witness of God?
- Because the witness of God always glorifies and exalts God wherever, whenever, and under any situations. Thus, when Jesus comes a second time, we will be glorified together with Him forever.
- If one does not want to bear witness about God, the consequences are as follows.
- It is a guilt of bloodsheed that cannot be paid by anything.
- He will become as an accuser as Satan.
- He will be devoured by the darkness of the last days, so he will shame God through doing sin up to its peak, that is sin concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage. If one shames God, he will be left on His second coming.
What things must be testified?
- The Gospel of Salvation or Gospel Word or Good News. It preaches about Jesus' first coming to the world as a sinless man, but He must die on the cross to save sinfull men and call them to believe Him and be saved.
The process is believing Jesus, repenting (dying to sin), and being baptized in water and Holy Spirit. Being newly born from water and the Spirit will result in new life, that is living in righteousness. Testifying about the Gospel of Salvation means we must live in righteousness in every matter.
The direction of the Gospel of Salvation is from the west to the east, that is from Jerusalem, to Judea, to Samaria, up to the end of the world, that is to the Gentiles. It is called as the revival of Holy Spirit in the first rain.
- The light of the gospel of the glory of Christ or the teaching Word that is sharper than any two-edged sword or Bride Tidings.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
4:3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4:4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
It preaches Jesus' second coming in glory to sanctify saved lives up to perfection so we are ready to welcome His second coming.
Romans 13:12-14
13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.
13:13 Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy.
13:14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill itslusts.
Tesifying about the Bride Tidings means we must live in holiness. There must be no envy and strife. If one has strife about the teaching Word, he must return to the Holy Bible.
Matthew 24:27
24:27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
The direction of the testimony about the Bride Tidings is from the east to the west, that is from eastern countries to Samaria, to Judea, up to the Jerusalem. It is until the Israelites are united with the Gentiles and we are ready to welcome Jesus' second coming. We will enter the New Jerusalem. It is called as the revival of Holy Spirit in the last rain or the revival of perfection.
Revelation 4:5
4:5 And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices. Seven lamps of fire wereburning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
It is the revival of lightnings that must be according to the will of God or the true teaching Word.
It is also the revival of thunderings that cannot be dammed or obstructed by anything.
How can we testify?
We must testify with the power of Holy Spirit. Why? Because we testify in a discomfort ambience, that is as lambs among wolves.
John 15:25-2715:25 But this happenedthat the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, 'They hated Me without a cause.'15:26 "But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me. 15:27 And you also will bear witness, because you have been with Me from the beginning.John 16:1-216:1 "These things I have spoken to you, that you should not be made to stumble. 16:2They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service. The situation of the world is in difficulties, imposibilities, wickedness, uncleaness, and hatred without any reasons. The strength of the flesh, knowledge, and occupation cannot help us to testify in the darkness of the last days. Only the power of Holy Spirit is able to help us.
Where can we get the power of Holy Spirit from?
John 16:716:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.Jesus must go, meaning He must die and raise to Heaven, to pour the Holy Spirit. Without the sacrifice of Christ, Holy Spirit will not be poured.
Therefore, we must appreciate the sacrifice of Christ or His cross. The practices are as follows.
- Following the steps with the sign of blood, meaning being willing to experience flesh suffering to repent and die to sins. We are also willing to experience flesh suffering to live in righteousness and become the instrument of righteousness, that is becoming the priests and kings.
1 Peter 2:21-24
2:21 For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps:
2:22 "Who committed no sin,Nor was deceit found in His mouth";
2:23 who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himselfto Him who judges righteously;
2:24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness--by whose stripes you were healed.
- Becoming a well and right shepherded life.
1 Peter 2:25
2:25 For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.
We are always within the shepherding pen, that is perseverance in three main services as follows.
- Golden Candlestick refers to perseverance in General Service. We have fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His gifts.
- Table of Showbread refers to perseverance in Bible Study Service with Holy Communion. We have fellowship with the Son of God in the true teaching Word and the sacrifice of Christ.
- Golden Altar of Incense refers to perseverance in Prayer Service. We have fellowship with Father God in His love.
Leviticus 21:12
21:12 nor shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the consecration of the anointing oil of his God isupon him: I amthe Lord.
Within the shepherding pen, our body, spirit, and soul are always sanctified and anointed by Holy Spirit, so the lamp keeps burning. We become the witness of God.
- Being willing to experience the sprinkling of blood, that is flesh suffering with Jesus.
1 Peter 4:12-14
4:12 Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you;
4:13 but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ's sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.
4:14 If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you,for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.
Thus, the Spirit of glory will be poured. The Spirit of glory is the Holy Spirit that overflows in our life. It is the oil for supply so the lamp keeps burning until Jesus' second coming.
How is the condition of our lamp now? Is it still burning? Or is it almost or already quenched?
Whatever the answer is, the power of Holy Spirit is able to help us so the lamp keeps burning.
The examples are as follows.
- The lamp is almost quenched: Moses and the Israelites cry because they face deadlock, impossibilities, and death.
Exodus 14:15-16,21-22
14:15 And the Lord said to Moses, "Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.
14:16 But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it. And the children of Israel shall go on dry groundthrough the midst of the sea.
14:21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go backby a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.
14:22 So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters werea wall to them on their right hand and on their left.
Thankfully, Moses still follows God's command. He appreciates the cross of Christ (lifting up the rod). Moses fully surrenders to God. Thus, the east wind blows to divide the sea. It means as follows.
- Holy Spirit is able to care our life in the middle of difficulties and impossibilities.
- Holy Spirit gives us way out from all problems.
- The lamp is already quenched: A woman of Samaria experiences a broken marriage.
John 4:10,15-18
4:10 Jesus answered and said to her, "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, 'Give Me a drink,' you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water."
4:15 The woman said to Him, "Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst, nor come here to draw."
4:16 Jesus said to her, "Go, call your husband, and come here."
4:17 The woman answered and said, "I have no husband." Jesus said to her, "You have well said, 'I have no husband,'
4:18 for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; in that you spoke truly."
This woman confesses her sins honestly to God. Thus, He forgives and pours the Holy Spirit. She is satisfied by the water of life, so she does not repeat her sins.
John 4:39
4:39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed in Him because of the word of the woman who testified, "He told me all that I everdid."
- Peter denies Jesus three times, but he is saved by the crow of the rooster, that is the shepherding Word repeated through perseverance in three main services. It is able to pierce the deepness of our heart. Peter can confess and receive the Holy Spirit in the upper room of Jerusalem. He can testify about Jesus and becomes a burning lamp until the end line.
God blesses us.
