CHILD SUBMISSION SERVICE

Matthew 19:1-30 is about the work of the death that leers along the human’s life.
Child submission is not a church tradition but our need since the death leers along our life.

  1. [Matthew 19:1-12] The death leers the pregnancy period through divorce.

  2. [Matthew 19:13-15] The death leers children through obstructing them to come to God. Children that obstruct their parents to come to God indicate that the death is leering them.
    Matthew 19:13
19:13 Then little children were brought to Him that He might put Hishands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them.

  3. [Matthew 19:16-26] The death leers youth through temptation, that is the evil desire or the lust of money that obstructs them to minister God. It also works through evil desire, that is sin concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.

  4. [Matthew 19:27-30] The death leers adult and old people through making them unfaithful in the ministry, even leaving it. It happens in the last step, so the first becomes the last.
    Matthew 19:30
19:30 But many who arefirst will be last, and the last first.

John 10:27-28
10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
10:28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.

Through the child submission, we can be within the hand of the Great Shepherd, so there is a certain guarantee from God for our present life, beautiful future, up to the eternal one. We are not destroyed by the death, but we overcome it forever.

God blesses us.

GENERAL SERVICE
Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 3:7-13 is about the church in Philadelphia.

Revelation 3:7
3:7 “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, ‘These things says He who is holy, He who is true, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”:

Jesus appears as He who has the key of David to the church in Philadelphia to do three great things as follows.

  1. [Revelation 3:8] To open the door that no one can shut.
  2. [Revelation 3:9] To give us victory over the synagogue of Satan.
  3. [Revelation 3:10] To keep us from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world.

ad. 1. To open the door that no one can shut.
Matthew 27:50-52
27:50 And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.
27:51 Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split,
27:52 and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised;

Jesus is obedient and faithful until He dies on the cross so He receives the key of David to open the grave or the door of the death.

Revelation 3:8
3:8 “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.

The church in Philadelphia is also obedient and faithful so they receive the key of David and are set free from the death. Likewise, all of us must be obedient and faithful so we are worthy to receive the key of David and set free from the death.

There are three types of the death as follows.

  1. Physical death because of age, disease, et cetera.
If one dies physically in Jesus, it equals to having rest. When Jesus comes a second time, he will be raised to welcome His second coming on the glorious clouds.

  2. Spiritual death.
It means being separated from God because of sin up to its peak, that is sin concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage. This kind of life preserves sin and enjoys it. He does not feel guilty in doing sin, even blames the others.

  3. The second death or everlasting death in the hell forever.
    Revelation 20:14
20:14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

1 Samuel 20:3
20:3 Then David took an oath again, and said, “Your father certainly knows that I have found favor in your eyes, and he has said, ‘Do not let Jonathan know this, lest he be grieved.’ But truly, asthe Lord lives and asyour soul lives, there isbut a step between me and death.”

No matter how great we are in this world, there is but a step between us and death. Do not be proud of and do not be disappointed about something.

Jeremiah 9:21-22
9:21 For death has come through our windows,
Has entered our palaces, To kill off the children— no longer to beoutside!
Andthe young men— no longeron the streets!
9:
22 Speak, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Even the carcasses of men shall fall as refuse on the open field,
Like cuttings after the harvester, And no one shall gather them.'”

Death works everywhere, in the palaces up to under the bridge. Death also works to people since they are inside the womb, during the childhood, young, as well as old period.

Where is the place that is safe from death?
1 Corinthians 15:25-26
15:25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.
15:26 The last enemy thatwill be destroyed isdeath.

The place that is safe from death is under Jesus’ feet.

Luke 10:39,42
10:39 And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and heard His word.
10:42 But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.”

Mary sits at Jesus’ feet to hear His word. It is the best and eternal place.
The spiritual meanings of sitting under Jesus’ feet are as follows.

  1. We become as sheep that hear and obey the voice of the Shepherd or the shepherding Word. It equals to becoming a well and right shepherded life.
    John 10:27-28
10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
    10:
28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.

We are always within the shepherding pen. The shepherding pen in physical meaning is the church organization. The shepherding pen in spiritual meaning is the Holy Place. There are three types of equipment inside it that refer to the perseverance in three main services as follows.

    • Golden Candlestick refers to perseverance in General Service. We have fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His gifts. The sheep is drinking.
    • Table of Showbread refers to perseverance in Bible Study Service with Holy Communion. We have fellowship with the Son of God in the true teaching Word and the sacrifice of Christ. The sheep is eating.
    • Golden Altar of Incense refers to perseverance in Prayer Service. We have fellowship with Father God in His love. The sheep is breathing.

Being within the shepherding pen equals to sitting under Jesus’ feet. The result is we experience care from God who is good and miraculous. The sheep also grow spiritually to salvation (living in righteousness), holiness (becoming the priest and king who serve God according to the ministry entrusted by Him), up to perfection.
The successfulness in preaching the shepherding Word is when we can bring the sheep entering the pen. Furthermore, the sheep is also brought to the other pen, that is the fellowship of the body of Christ.

  2. We hear and obey the word of Jesus or the sanctification Word. It is the Word whose secret is revealed through one verse explains the other verses in the Holy Bible.
    John 15:3
15:3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.

    What must be sanctified?
    John 13:10-11
13:10 Jesus said to him, “He who is bathed needs only to wash hisfeet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all of you.”
    13:
11 For He knew who would betray Him; therefore He said, “You are not all clean.”

We must be sanctified from the sin of Judas, that is the lust of money that causes one to become stingy and greedy. Being stingy means being unable to give for the work of God or the others who are in need. Being greedy means seizing the right of the others, especially the right of God. The consequence is Judas sits under the Satan’s feet with the power of death.

    Luke 10:40-41
10:40 But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.”
10:41 And Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things.

We must also be sanctified from the sin of Martha who likes to accuse the others and even God. Martha also likes to become the head, meaning not placing man as the head. When a woman becomes the head of a man, it means she teaches and commands man. The consequence is living in worry and sadness, up to everlasting perdition.

Thus, sitting under the feet of Jesus means being shepherded to the true teaching Word as well as being obedient and faithful.

The results are as follows.

  1. We live inside the hand of Jesus the Good Shepherd, so we get certain guarantee for our present life up to the eternal one.
    John 10:27-28
10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
    10:
28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.

  2. The Great Shepherd equips us with the ministry, so we are used in the ministry of building the body of Christ.
    Hebrews 13:20-21
13:20 Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
    13:
21 make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom beglory forever and ever. Amen.

    Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to beapostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
    4:
12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,

Ministry is the beautiful tunic. If God gives us ministry, He does not torture us, but He gives us beautiful and successful future.

  3. We are inside the hand of the Chief Shepherd, that is Jesus who will come for the second time to give us the crown of glory.
    1 Peter 5:4
5:4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.

The crown of glory is life renewal from the flesh man to the spiritual one. The crown that does not fade means being strong and of good courage. We do not become desperate or discouraged but keep being faithful and fervent in spirit in ministering God. We keep believing and fully surrendering our life to God. We keep worshiping Him whatever happens in our life. If spiritual miracles happen, the physical ones will also happen. The impossible things will be made possible.
When Jesus comes a second time, we will be renewed to become as perfect and glorious as Him. We will receive the crown of glory to enter the New Jerusalem, the last shepherding pen.

 God blesses us.
