Child Submission Service
Matthew 19 refers to the journey of human life in the world as follows.
- Verse 1-12, in the womb.
- Verse 13-15, little child.
- Verse 16-26, youth.
- Adult, until Jesus comes a second time.
Matthew 19:11-12
19:11 But He said to them, "All cannot accept this saying, but only those to whom it has been given:
19:12 "For there are eunuchs who were born thus from their mother’s womb, and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake. He who is able to accept it, let him accept it."
To get married is the grace of God. Not to get married is also the grace of God, even the status of not married person is higher than the married.
If we get married because of the grace of God, we will understand the meaning of the marriage that is in Christ, namely in holiness and unity.
The holiness of marriage must be cared through the sword of the Word, beginning from the engagement and during the marriage, until it reaches the marriage supper of the Lamb of God.
The unity in marriage must be kept, so that there is no quarrel, sexual affairs, divorce, and remarriage. It must be cared by the one sword of the true teaching Word, one shepherding, and one ministry.
The success of the child submission relies on the holiness and unity in the marriage of the parents. The child submission is not only for today but we submit all future things in the hand of God. If the marriage of the parents is true, the child submission is too.
Starting from this morning, the child is in the merciful hand of God. It means as follows.
- [Matthew 19:13-15] The merciful hand of God guides the children to come to God always and they will get the blessings of God.
The parents should not hinder the children to come to God and vice versa.
- [Matthew 19:16-26] The merciful hand of God consecrates us to become the ministers of God whom He uses in the revival of Holy Spirit at the latter rain.
- [Matthew 19:27] The merciful hand of God guides us until we are inside the hand of God forever.
GENERAL SERVICEPeace and grace in the love of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:20b
28:20 ... and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
It is about the accompaniment of God. He is with us even to the end of the earth. It means that He is with us from now on inside the world even to the time when the antichrist reigns over the world for three years and six months and until Jesus comes a second time and we sit with Him on the throne of heavenly kingdom forever.
Revelation 3:21
3:21 "To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
We need His accompaniment absolutely in our life and it cannot be replaced by anything in the world.
Who may get the accompaniment of God? They are the people who overcome together with Jesus.
Revelation 17:14
17:14 "These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful."
The requirement of overcoming together with Jesus is being called, chosen, and faithful.
- Being called means entering the Court of Tabernacle.
Why must be the calling? Since Adam and Eve sinned, all men in the world have sinned and become naked. The sinners have no power to return to God and even they are far from God more and more until they perish. The sign of being far from God is spiritual dryness or there is no peace. Therefore, we need the calling of God.
Acts 2:36-38,40
2:36 "Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ."
2:37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?"
2:38 Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
2:40 And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, "Be saved from this perverse generation."
The process to get the calling of God is as follows.
- To know assuredly or believe in Jesus as the only One Savior. It means that we pass the Gate of Tabernacle.
Only Jesus the one Man who has no sin can save the sinners.
Romans 10:17
10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
The true faith comes from hearing the Word of Christ, namely the Word anointed by Holy Spirit. The anointing of Holy Spirit cannot be limited by anything in the world such as age, intelligence, et cetera.
- To repent. It refers to the Altar of Burnt Offering.
Our heart believes and our mouth confesses Jesus and our sin to God and other people. We should not sin again after being forgiven.
To repent means to stop sinning and return to God.
- To be baptized of water. It refers to Brazen Laver.
Romans 6:4
6:4 Therefore we were buriedwith Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the deadby the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
The true water baptism happens when the ones who have died to sin are buried in water together with Jesus and they raise in new life, namely life in righteousness.
Matthew 3:7-8
3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, "Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
3:8 "Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance,
The true water baptism resulting in the new life equals to fleeing from the wrath of God.
The fault in water baptism is to bury one who has not died to sin. Consequently he rebels and gets the condemnation of God. The second fault is when the one who has died to sin does not want to be buried in water or he gets other baptisms which are not a burial in water. Consequently he gets rotten and receives the condemnation of God.
- To be baptized of Holy Spirit. It refers to the Door of Tabernacle.
Romans 8:15
8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."
Holy Spirit put to death the flesh with all its desires, lusts, and wills, so we can cry out “Abba, Father.” We can be obedient whatever risk we have to face.
Thus, one who gets the calling of God to be justified is the righteous and obedient.
The results are as follows.
- We can live in righteousness and obedience. It means that we build a house on the rock, so there is victory over the test and the trinity of Satan.
Matthew 7:24-25
7:24 "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
7:25 "and the raindescended, the floodscame, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
- The heavy rain refers to Satan with evil and unclean spirit. We have victory over it means that we can live in righteousness.
- The strong wind refers to false prophet with lie spirit and false teaching. We have victory over it means that we can live in honesty, especially about teaching, marriage and finance.
- The flood refers to the antichrist with the power of mammon. We have victory over it means that we are not stingy and greedy.
- We are blessed by God.
Haggai 2:19-20
2:19 ‘Consider now from this day forward, from the twenty–fourth day of the ninth month, from the day that the foundation of the LORD’S temple was laid––consider it:
2:20 ‘Is the seed still in the barn? As yet the vine, the fig tree, the pomegranate, and the olive tree have not yielded fruit. But from this day I will bless you.’"
Life in righteousness and obedience is a strong foundation to get the blessings of God.
Do not harden your heart. Let us throw away unrighteousness and disobedience. The more we are blessed, the more we must be careful to fight in the election of God.
- Being chosen. It means that we enter the Holy Place.
It means as follows.
- To be shepherded by Godas a branch that dwells in the True Vine. We are shepherded by the true teaching Word.
We persevere in the sheepfold, namely in the three main services to God referring to three kinds of equipment inside the Holy Place as follows.
- Golden Candlestick or perseverance in doing General Service.
- Table of Showbread or perseverance in doing Bible Study Service with Holy Communion.
- Golden Altar of Incense or perseverance in doing Prayer Service.
The result of perseverance in the sheepfold is we are always anointed by Holy Spirit, so we do not become dry in spirituality or fall and rise in sins. Moreover, we are not deceived by other teachings, so we can be firm to grow in salvation. Starting from a pastor must be firm in the shepherding.
- To be sanctified. God chooses one from among many in order to sanctify and use him.
We are sanctified continually inside the shepherding until we are perfect without any sin.
Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12 for the equipping of the saintsfor the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
One who is sanctified in the shepherding will be equipped with the tunic of many colors or the ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit to become priests and kings used for building the perfect body of Christ. It begins from the marriage, shepherding, and inter-shepherding.
The more we are sanctified, the more God uses our life.
Exodus 28:1,3,41
28:1 "Now take Aaron your brother, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may minister to Me as priest, Aaron and Aaron's sons: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
28:3 "So you shall speak to all who are gifted artisans, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron's garments, to consecrate him, that he may minister to Me as priest.
28:41 "So you shall put them on Aaron your brother and on his sons with him. You shall anoint them, consecrate them, and sanctify them, that they may minister to Me as priests.
Exodus 29:1,9,44
29:1 "And this is what you shall do to them to hallow them for ministering to Me as priests: Take one young bull and two rams without blemish,
29:9 "And you shall gird them with sashes, Aaron and his sons, and put the hats on them. The priesthood shall be theirs for a perpetual statute. So you shall consecrate Aaron and his sons.
29:44 "So I will consecrate the tabernacle of meeting and the altar. I will also consecrate both Aaron and his sons to minister to Me as priests.
It is written six times that we must be sanctified to minister to God as His priests. The figure six refers to human. It means as follows.
- Ones who are exalted as priests and kings are the sinful who want to be justified and sanctified. Therefore, do not be hopeless when you find sins in your life. Moreover, do not be arrogant when God uses your life.
- The Word is preached repetitively so that we do not do the service and ministry to God deceitfully or leave it.
Jeremiah 48:10
48:10 Cursed is he who does the work of the LORD deceitfully, And cursed is he who keeps back his sword from blood.
God chooses the ones who are shepherded and sanctified to be used in the ministry for building the perfect body of Christ. It is not to make us suffer but produce sweet beautiful fruits in His time.
- Being faithful. It means that we enter the Most Holy Place.
The faithfulness can be described as the mercy seat, referring to the Lord Jesus Christ as Heavenly Bridegroom, that cannot move from the ark, referring to the congregation as heavenly bride.
Hebrews 10:25,27
10:25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
10:27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.
There are many servants of God become unfaithful and leave the service and ministry when Jesus’ second coming is drawing near. The unfaithfulness begins from habitual sin that one does not regret when he does not serve and minister to God. It will continue to become intentional sin.
Acts 20:24
20:24"But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.
We must sacrifice all things in order to keep on being faithful and fervent in spirit doing our service and ministry until the end.
Hebrews 3:1,6
3:1 Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus,
3:6 but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.
If we are faithful in our faith, service, and ministry to God, Jesus as High Priest will be faithful as the Head of His house. He is responsible to care our life.
The results are as follows.
- Jesus, the High Priest, stretches His faithful and just hand to sanctify and wash our sins. We can live in righteousness and holiness.
1 John 1:9
1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
- Jesus, the High Priest, stretches His faithful and merciful hand to give us peace and silence in the midst of waves in the world. He is able to help and solve all impossible problems.
Hebrews 2:16-17
2:16 For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham.
2:17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.
- Jesus as High Priest stretches His faithful hand and fulfills His promise to preserve our body, soul, and spirit. He also changes our life until we are as perfect as He is. We are without blemish when He comes a second time. We are exalted to sit with Him on His throne.
1 Thessalonians 5:23-24
5:23 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
5:24 He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.
Romans 11:29
11:29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
God is still faithful although now we are not faithful. We still have an opportunity to return to the calling and election with faithfulness. There is still an opportunity to return to the hand of High Priest.
God blesses you.
