Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 16:3
16:3 Then the second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became blood as of a dead man; and every living creature in the sea died.
The second judgment or bowl of God's wrath was poured on the sea, so it became blood as of a dead man.
Matthew 26:37-39
26:37 And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and He began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed.
26:38 Then He said to them, "My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch with Me."
26:39 He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will."
Actually, the bowl of God's wrath has been received by Jesus in the cross sorrowfully and with trembling as the proof of His great love to the sinful men.
Therefore, the sinful men who reject the love of God will receive the pouring of the bowl of God's wrath.
Isaiah 57:20-21
57:20 But the wicked are like the troubled sea, When it cannot rest, Whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
57:21 "There is no peace," Says my God, "for the wicked."
The spiritual meaning of the sea is the group of the sinful or wicked men who only cause the dirt or useless things and mire or sins until there is turbidity. It means the atmosphere of curses. There is no peace, but weariness, heavy burden, and tears. If it continues, the sea will become blood as of dead man. It refers to the spiritual death or one only commits sins up to the peak and enjoys in it until he perishes forever.
After many hundred years of being lost like the sea which casts up mire and dirt, the Lord took a little amount of the sea water, namely Abraham [Genesis 12]. God called Abraham from the midst of the hard-hearted people in Ur of the Chaldeans in Shinar. There had been built the tower of Babel in Shinar [Genesis 11] as the proof of the hardness of the heart of men, namely the willingness to make the own way to heaven or the own way in the temptations.
Afterwards, God called the descendants of Abraham, namely Isaac and Jacob.
Exodus 32:9
32:9 And the LORD said to Moses, "I have seen this people, and indeed it is a stiff-necked people!
The descendants of Jacob or the Israelites were stiff-necked people.
Exodus 19:6
19:6'And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.'These are the words which you shall speak to the children of Israel."
God called the Israelites to be the priests and kings until being the core of the heavenly bride.
Isaiah 54:5
54:5 For your Maker is your husband, The LORD of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth.
It was prophesied by Isaiah the prophet and fulfilled in the book of Revelation.
Revelation 7:4-8
7:4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed. One hundred and forty-four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel were sealed:
7:5 of the tribe of Judah twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Reuben twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Gad twelve thousand were sealed;
7:6 of the tribe of Asher twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Naphtali twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Manasseh twelve thousand were sealed;
7:7 of the tribe of Simeon twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Levi twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Issachar twelve thousand were sealed;
7:8 of the tribe of Zebulun twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand were sealed; of the tribe of Benjamin twelve thousand were sealed.
Revelation 14:1
14:1 Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads.
Taking a little amount of the sea water or calling the sinful and stiff-necked Israelites for being the priests and kings until being the core of the heavenly bride refers to God's love.
1 Peter 1:18-19
1:18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers,
1:19 but withthe precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.
The love of God comes true through the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. Thus, He does not only call, but also redeems or buys the cheap sinful men by His precious blood, so our life becomes precious before His eyes. Therefore, do not trade it with cheap things, namely sins up to the peak.
In the Old Testament, God called Abraham and his descendants through His great love.
In the New Testament, He called the Gentiles through His mercy.
1 Peter 2:9-10
2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
2:10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
It is to make us priests and kings until we become the complement of the heavenly bride. [Revelation 7:9-17].
Revelation 7:9-10
7:9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands,
7:10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!"
Thus, the Israelites and Gentiles can be one body or the perfect heavenly bride.
What must we do for answering and receiving the calling of God?
- We must fully surrender to God until being "doulos" as follows:
- The servant of God who only has duty, without any right, and cannot insist Him and others.
- The servant of God who has no right for his own life. Such is increased to be the bride of God.
1 Corinthians 7:4
7:4 The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.
For example, Jesus as the Husband or Heavenly Bridegroom has no right for His life, but has surrendered fully for cleansing or sanctifying and changing us until being perfect.
Ephesians 5:25-27
5:25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,
5:26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word,
5:27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.
The Church as His wife must be submissive to Him or obedient until the flesh does not speak. We prioritize Jesus more than anything. As a result, God will prioritize us also.
- We must follow and obey the calling and will of God, regardless of anything which must be sacrificed like an ox whose nostrils are pierced with robe.
Genesis 12:1
12:1 Now the LORD had said to Abram: "Get out of your country, From your family And from your father's house, To a land that I will show you.
For example, Abraham received and obeyed God's calling, so he willingly left the following things:
- The fleshly family or the flesh with all of its wills, desires, emotion, ambition, and characteristics.
We must get the crucifixion or tearing to the flesh, so it does not have authority anymore (=Holy Place) until it does not speak anymore (=the Veil is torn or the Most Holy Place). We only prioritize the will of God. As a result, we will not go out of the railway of God's will or we will never fall, but always be successful up to the eternal life.
- The father's house or Satan, who is the father of liars and murderers.
It means that we must be set free from the sins of lies and hatred, so we can repent or return to God.
- The country or the old world, the bad friendship, and sins. We leave the worldliness or the world with all of its influences such as the business, sorrows, amenities, and so on, so we can keep faithful in the service and ministry to God.
James 4:4
4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
Making friendship with the world, one will be unfaithful or become the enemy of God.
1 John 2:15-16
2:15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
2:16 For all that is in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--is not of the Father but is of the world.
Loving the world is the same as fulfilling the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. Relying on something in the world more than God also refers to not loving Him. It is the same as the sea which brings dirt and mire. All things are in vain, useless, and destroyed.
If we can love God more than anything and love other people as we love ourselves, we will be useful for God and others. As a result, God is able to make all things good. The destroyed things can be made good.
- We must glorify God.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
6:19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
6:20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
Genesis 12:2
12:2 I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing.
The main duty of priests and kings is glorifying God through being blessed and becoming blessings for others.
Ministering to God for looking for blessings, one will make Him ashamed.
Revelation 14:7
14:7 saying with a loud voice, "Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water."
How can we glorify God?
- Through the fear of the Lord or hating sins and living in holiness.
- Through worshiping God, the Creator, the King of all kings, or the Heavenly Bridegroom.
We humble ourselves as low as possible before God or confess that we are only the clay which is unable and not worthy, but only rely on His mercy.
The results are as follows:
- God blows Holy Spirit to us, so we can be a living being.
Genesis 2:7
2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.
It means that Holy Spirit is able to preserve us physically in the midst of crises in the world up to the time when the Antichrist reigns over the world that we are evacuated to the wilderness and preserved by the teaching Word and Holy Communion.
Spiritually, Holy Spirit helps us to live in righteousness and holiness or we are not influenced by sins.
- Holy Spirit is able to divide the Red Sea.
Exodus 14:21
14:21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.
It means that Holy Spirit is able to give us way out of all impossible problems. Holy Spirit is able to give us the beautiful and successful future life. We are used in the revival of Holy Spirit at the latter rain or the edification of Christ's body.
- God pours Holy Spirit doubly on the last days.
Acts 2:1-4
2:1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
2:3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
It is for changing us from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones like Jesus is. It begins from the mouth which does not lie, but becomes honest.
God blesses you.
