Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 9:1-12is about the fifth trumpet or the fifth condemnation of the Son of God to men on earth, namely the torment of the scorpions five months which makes men want to die, but they cannot because they must experience the torment.
Revelation 9:7-12
9:7 The shape of the locusts was like horses prepared for battle. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and their faces were like the faces of men.
9:8 They had hair like women's hair, and their teeth were like lions' teeth.
9:9 And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses running into battle.
9:10 They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. Their power was to hurt men five months.
9:11 And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name Apollyon.
9:12 One woe is past. Behold, still two more woes are coming after these things. The locusts and scorpions refer to the wicked and unclean spirits which come up from the bottomless pit.
The shape of the locusts is like the horses which are prepared for battle.
The battle refers to the spiritual battle.
The horse refers to the power and speed.
So, the locusts are the wicked and unclean spirits which use the power and speed to battle spiritually against men including the servant and minister of God to rule over their heart and mind so that they have the wrong thinking or vision in all aspects especially in the service and ministry to God. So, they do the service and ministry to God with only thinking and looking for the physical things such as position, finance, family,
et cetera, not the spiritual ones, especially the true teaching word.
Exodus 32:1-2,432:1 Now when the people saw that Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered together to Aaron, and said to him, "Come, make us gods that shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him."
32:2 And Aaron said to them, "Break off the golden earrings which are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me." 32:4 And he received the gold from their hand, and he fashioned it with an engraving tool, and made a molded calf. Then they said, "This is your god, O Israel, that brought you out of the land of Egypt!"
In the Old Testament, when Moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the Israelites did the wrong service and ministry which was ruled by the locusts or the wicked and unclean spirits, namely they gathered together to Aaron, not to God.
In the New Testament, when Jesus comes for the second time, the servant and minister of God also do the false service and ministry, namely gathering together to Aaron that refers to the physical things such as a famous, rich, and smart man, many people, entertainment,
et cetera. Consequently, they worship the golden calf or become hard-hearted. The men only do the sins up to the peak, namely the sins of eating-drinking and the sins of marrying-being given in marriage. It hinders and breaks the edifying of the perfect body of Christ and aims at the edification of the Babylon or the bride of Satan who is perfect in wickedness and uncleanness, so they receive the wrath of God and perish forever.
Luke 5:1,3
5:1 So it was, as the multitude pressed about Him to hear the word of God, that He stood by the Lake of Gennesaret.
5:3 Then He got into one of the boats, which was Simon's, and asked him to put out a little from the land. And He sat down and taught the multitudes from the boat.
The true service and ministry mean pressing about Jesus. It means prioritizing Him or the word of God especially the true teaching word which is sharper than any two-edged sword or the sound of the trumpets which is repeated. So, the direction of our service and ministry is to the edification or the fellowship of the perfect body of Christ or the heavenly bride.
1 John 1:1,3-4
1:1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life.
1:3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.
1:4 And these things we write to you that your joy may be full. The living word refers to the true teaching word which is practiced and becomes the experience in our daily life. It will bring us to the fellowship with other people or the edification of the body of Christ, so we can feel the joy. It continues to the fellowship of the body with the Head on the glorious clouds to enter the marriage supper of the Lamb and we feel the full joy.
Hebrews 4:12-13
4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
4:13 And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. The true teaching word which is sharper than any two-edged sword is able to sanctify us until we are without blemish or perfect.
What must be sanctified?
- The heart.
The true teaching word sanctifies our heart from the wicked and unclean desires which are hidden.
Acts 5:33
5:33 When they heard this, they were furious and plotted to kill them.
When the word pierces the heart, there are two attitudes as follows:
- Rejecting the word.
- Being touched and confessing the sins.
Matthew 15:19
15:19 "For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.
The heart of men is filled with seven wicked and unclean desires which make them weary, heavy-laden, and in difficulties, tears, and curse. If it is continued, they will perish forever.
Isaiah 11:1-3
11:1 There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
11:2 The Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and might, The Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.
11:3 His delight is in the fear of the LORD, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;
The true teaching word or the sound of trumpet which is repeated is able to sanctify us from the seven wicked and unclean desires, so our heart is filled by Holy Spirit with the seven manifestations until we have the fear of the Lord.
Having the fear of the Lord means hating sins.
The results are as follows:
- We will experience peace and rest from Holy Spirit until all things become easy and light.
- Although we are small and weak, Holy Spirit is able to help us.
- The joints.
Hebrews 4:12
4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The joints refer to the relationship between two bones.
There are two kinds of the joints as follows:
- The joints at the body. It refers to the relationship between the parts of the body of Christ.
1 Corinthians 3:3
3:3 for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men?
We must be sanctified from the envy and strife.
The envy is the same as mocking the blessing and the using of God toward our life until mocking the grace and the sacrifice of Christ.
When the strife happens because of sins, we must reconcile, confess, and forgive one another. But, when it happens because of the teaching, we must return to the Bible and the sincerity.
2 Corinthians 12:20
12:20 For I fear lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I wish, and that I shall be found by you such as you do not wish; lest there be contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, backbitings, whisperings, conceits, tumults.
If the envy and strife have been sanctified, the next things will not be anymore, so we can love one another even we can love the enemy and repay good for evil.
- The joint at neck. It refers to the relationship with God or the worship prayer.
Proverbs 23:1-3
23:1 When you sit down to eat with a ruler, Consider carefully what is before you;
23:2 And put a knife to your throat If you are a man given to appetite.
23:3 Do not desire his delicacies, For they are deceptive food.
It is the sanctification to the fiery lusts of the flesh as follows:
- The physical food. We can control ourselves from food which we should not eat.
- The spiritual food. When it is different from the true one, we must go away and do not give any opportunity to hear it.
- The sanctification to the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.
It is also the sanctification to the sins of Babylon, namely the sins of unfaithfulness and the idol or love of money which makes people become stingy and greedy until they do the illegal ways to get money. The idol also refers to all things which hinder us to love God. It must be sanctified for sure.
Proverbs 3:3
3:3 Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart.
If the neck is sanctified, God will give the necklace of His mercy.
Isaiah 54:5-10
54:5 For your Maker is your husband, The LORD of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth.
54:6 For the LORD has called you Like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, Like a youthful wife when you were refused," Says your God.
54:7 "For a mere moment I have forsaken you, But with great mercies I will gather you.
54:8 With a little wrath I hid My face from you for a moment; But with everlasting kindness I will have mercy on you," Says the LORD, your Redeemer.
54:9 "For this is like the waters of Noah to Me; For as I have sworn That the waters of Noah would no longer cover the earth, So have I sworn That I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you.
54:10 For the mountains shall depart And the hills be removed, But My kindness shall not depart from you, Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed," Says the LORD, who has mercy on you.
The mercy of God gives us serenity and peace in the midst of the shakings in the world.
The mercy of God protects us from the condemnation which will come, from the torment of the scorpions five months to the hell.
The eternal mercy of God is able to make us become His bride and we are perfect like Him.
Whatever our condition, do not be hopeless. When we want to receive the sanctification up to the neck, the mercy of God is able to help us.
- The mouth or the tongue.
Psalms 149:6
149:6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand.
Mark 7:25-30
7:25 For a woman whose young daughter had an unclean spirit heard about Him, and she came and fell at His feet.
7:26 The woman was a Greek, a Syro-Phoenician by birth, and she kept asking Him to cast the demon out of her daughter.
7:27 But Jesus said to her, "Let the children be filled first, for it is not good to take the children's bread and throw it to the little dogs."
7:28 And she answered and said to Him, "Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs under the table eat from the children's crumbs."
7:29 Then He said to her, "For this saying go your way; the demon has gone out of your daughter."
7:30 And when she had come to her house, she found the demon gone out, and her daughter lying on the bed.
The tongue of the Gentiles licks the vomit, namely so many idle words which make ones demon possessed, so they do sins up to the peak. Consequently, their life is not calm until they face the impossible problem.
So, the tongue determines our life, whether we are possessed by the Satan or touched by God..
If the tongue of the dog is sanctified by the true teaching word, it will lick the crumbs of the word. So, it becomes honest or does not lie anymore. It can say the words of faith and confess "yes Lord", namely justifying the word and confessing our weakness. Our eyes only look at Jesus to ask for His mercy. Our hand is lifted up to surrender to God. So, He will stretch out His merciful hand for us and miracles happen. He is able to do what we cannot do and think. The spiritual miracle also happens, namely the life renewal until we do not stumble in words anymore. We welcome His second coming with joy by saying "Alleluia".
James 3:2
3:2 For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
God blesses you.
