Revelation 19: 919:9.Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!'"And he said to me, "These are the true sayings of God." There are seven kinds of heavenly joy in Revelation as follows:
- Revelation 1: 3
- Revelation 14: 13
- Revelation 16: 15
- Revelation 19: 9 (the core or the peak of joy)
- Revelation 20: 6
- Revelation 22: 7
- Revelation 22: 14
These seven joys are as the seven lamps of golden candlestick or the seven lights of joy.
The figure seven refers to perfection.
The middle joy
(the core or the peak of joy) is in Revelation 19: 9.
Thus, we have to experience the other six joys in order to reach the peak of joy, i.e. the joy in the marriage supper of the Lamb when Jesus comes a second time.
We are discussing the seventh joy.
Revelation 22:1422:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments (In Indonesian text: "Blessed are those who wash their robes), that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.
The robeis the ministry or priest's offices and the gifts of Holy Spirit or the miraculous abilities from Holy Spirit for us to minister). All ministries need the gifts of Holy Spirit.
Romans 3:233:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Men have been naked because of sinning. Therefore, we need the robe.
John 19:23-2419:23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took His garments and made four parts, to each soldier a part, and also the tunic. Now the tunic was without seam, woven from the top in one piece.
19:24 They said therefore among themselves, "Let us not tear it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be," that the Scripture might be fulfilled which says: "They divided My garments among them, And for My clothing they cast lots." Therefore the soldiers did these things.
We get the robe through Jesus' death on the cross. He is willing to be naked in order to give us, the naked people, the garment of salvation and the robe of ministry.
Luke 6:12-136:12. Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
6:13 And when it was day, He called His disciples to Himself; and from them He chose twelve whom He also named apostles:Process to receive the robe is as follows:- Being called by God = being justified or saved.
Romans 3:23-24
3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
3:24 being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
Men who have been destroyed and naked do not have any power to repair the destruction nor to cover their nakedness.
The Lord called the men so they were not perished but redeemed by Jesus' blood, justified and covered by the garment of salvation.
The steps to receive the garment of salvation is below:
- Believing in Jesus and confessing sins (the Gate of Tabernacle) (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_the+gate.html).
- Repenting, meaning stopping sinning to return to God (the Altar of Burnt Offering) (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_the+altar+of+burnt+offerings.html).
- Water Baptism (the Brazen Laver) (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_the+brazen+laver.html) and Holy Spirit Baptism (the Door of Tabernacle) (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_door+of+tabernacle.html) resulting in new life in righteousness.
- Being chosen = one is being taken from many in order to be sanctified.
Exodus 29:1
29:1. "And this is what you shall do to them to hallow them for ministering to Me as priests: Take one young bull and two rams without blemish,
From the called, there is one who is chosen to get the sanctification.
We may have the sanctification in the Holy Place of Tabernacle or the shepherding where there are three equipments as follows:
- Golden Candlestick (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_golden+candlestick.html) -->patience in committing General Service in which we have fellowship with Holy Spirit God (Christ).
- Table of Showbread (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_table+of+showbread.html) -->patience in committing Bible Study Service and Holy Communion in which we have fellowship with the Son of God (Jesus).
- Golden Altar of Incense (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_the+golden+altar+of+incense.html) -->patience in Prayer Service in which we have the fellowship with Father God (the Lord).
Thus, we have patience in committing three main services to have fellowship with the Trinity of God or The Lord Jesus Christ.
Acts 2:46
2:46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart,
These three main services are still the minimum because drawing near the revival of the last rain we will commit the service to God daily.
Genesis 37:1-2
37:1. Now Jacob dwelt in the land where his father was a stranger, in the land of Canaan.
37:2 This is the history of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flockwith his brothers. And the lad was with the sons of Bilhah and the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives; and Joseph brought a bad report of them to his father.
We are sanctified by the true teaching Word in shepherding.
This sanctification begins with our heart and mind.
Mark 7:21-23
7:21 "For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
7:22 "thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness.
7:23 "All these evil things come from within and defile a man."
The heart and mind must be sanctified so we have no compromise with the sin/flesh.
It continues with the sanctification on our deeds and mouthuntil our mouth says righteously and we do not stumble in word.
James 3:2
3:2 For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
- Being appointed = we are given the ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit = we are given the tunic of many colors.
Luke 6:12-13
6:12. Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
6:13 And when it was day, He called His disciples to Himself; and from them He chose twelve whom He also named apostles:
Mark 3:13-14
3:13. And He went up on the mountain and called to Him those He Himself wanted. And they came to Him.
3:14 Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach,
Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
Genesis 37:3
37:3 Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of many colors.
The naked can have the robe of ministry means he/she is lifted up by God. We were the captive of death or the servants of sins but now we are lifted up to become the servants of God who are employed in forming the body of Christ, meaning we have the beautiful and precious robe and we are useful before the Lord.
Whatever position or education certificate or riches we have will not be valuable even perished if we are naked. But the Lord wants to give us the robe to make our lives beautiful and valuable.
Revelation 22:14a22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments. (In Indonesian text: "Blessed are those who wash their robes) This robe must be washed so we receive the heavenly joy.
The robe must be washed with these things:- The soap of launderer, meaning the true teaching Word preached continuously and repetitiously to clean the spots of garments.
Malachi 3:1-2
3:1. "Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant, In whom you delight. Behold, He is coming," Says the LORD of hosts.
3:2 "But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner's fire And like launderer's soap.
Matthew 25:25-26
25:25 'And I was afraid, and went and hid your talent in the ground. Look, there you have what is yours.'
25:26 "But his lord answered and said to him, 'You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed.
The spot we must wash is the spot of wickedness and laziness.
Laziness means unfaithfulness.
Wickedness is real through hitting other servants of God in the forms of judging them in words, slandering, et cetera.
Matthew 25:30
25:30 'And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'
The robe with the spot of wickedness and laziness will make there is no joy and beauty but tears and the one becomes not precious.
Matthew 25:21
25:21 "His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'
The Lord will give us heavenly joy nothing may influence if we wash our robe.
- The sprinkling of blood or suffering without any sin.
Revelation 7:13-14
7:13. Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?"
7:14 And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Joseph received the tunic of many colors and it had to be dipped in blood. Likewise we must dip our robe in the blood.
Genesis 37:31
37:31. So they took Joseph's tunic, killed a kid of the goats, and dipped the tunic in the blood.
Dipping the robe in the blood means we suffer but it is the safest place because Satan cannot strip us if our robe has been dipped in the blood.
There are three kinds of test Joseph has experienced as follows:
- Facing beast, referring to the test of righteousness.
Genesis 37:33
37:33 And he recognized it and said, "It is my son's tunic. A wild beast has devoured him. Without doubt Joseph is torn to pieces."
The beast refers to antichrist with the power of money (Mammon). Do not leave the truth in order to seek money.
- The test of holiness.
Genesis 39:7-8
39:7. And it came to pass after these things that his master's wife cast longing eyes on Joseph, and she said, "Lie with me."
39:8 But he refused and said to his master's wife, "Look, my master does not know what is with me in the house, and he has committed all that he has to my hand.
- The test of glory.
Genesis 39:20
39:20 Then Joseph's master took him and put him into the prison, a place where the king's prisoners were confined. And he was there in the prison.
Genesis 40:15
40:15 "For indeed I was stolen away from the land of the Hebrews; and also I have done nothing here that they should put me into the dungeon."
The purpose of the tests is to give us the grace of God.
1 Peter 2:19
2:19 For this is commendable, if because of conscience toward God one endures grief, suffering wrongfully.
Joseph has the gift with his dreams. He was in prison but the gift was still his. Meaning we have to be faithful and fervent in spirit although we are facing tests.
Hebrews 1:7
1:7 And of the angels He says: "Who makes His angels spirits And His ministers a flame of fire."
Revelation 1:14
1:14 His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire;
The minister of God who is faithful and fervent in spirit although facing test is like the flame of fire.
The apple of God's eye is also as the flame of fire.
In short, the servant of God who is faithful and fervent in spirit is the apple of God's eye.
The results of being the apple of God's eye are below:
- We experience the marvelous grace of God which protects and preserves usin the midst of the dry wilderness of the world even in the days of antichrist reigning over the world.
Psalm 17:7
17:7 Show Your marvelous lovingkindness by Your right hand, O You who save those who trust in You From those who rise up against them.
- The grace of God makes us prosper although we have many limitations.
Genesis 39:21-23
39:21 But the LORD was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.
39:22 And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph's hand all the prisoners who were in the prison; whatever they did there, it was his doing.
39:23 The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under Joseph's authority, because the LORD was with him; and whatever he did, the LORD made it prosper.
- The merciful hand of God does miracle to renew our livesfrom carnal men to spiritual men as Jesus is.
Revelation 22:15
22:15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.
The miracle continues up to the last miracle that we are renewed to become same with Him and we have the fine linen, clean and bright.
God blesses you.
