Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 14 refers to the seven sprinklings of blood in front of the Ark of the Covenant or the suffering in the flesh for the church together with Jesus as the last sanctification that the church can reach the quality of being blameless or perfect.
Revelation 14 can be divided into the following three parts:
- Verse 1-5 = the church's following Jesus as the Lamb of God (it has been explained in General Service in Malang, August 15, 2021).
- Verse 6-13 = the judgment.
- Verse 14-20 = the harvest on earth.
ad. 1.
Revelation 14:114:1.Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads.
There are the sprinkling of blood and the following.
Thus, the church's following Jesus is signified by the sprinkling of blood, so there is increasing sanctification and renewal up to Mount Zion or the quality of the perfection of the heavenly bride (it has been explained from General Service in Malang, August 15, 2021 to General Service in Malang, August 29, 2021).
Revelation 14:2-514:2. And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters(1), and like the voice of loud thunder(2). And I heard the sound of harpists(3)playing their harps.
14:3 They sang as it were a new song(4)before the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth.
14:4 These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins(5). These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being firstfruits(6)to God and to the Lamb.
14:5 And in their mouth was found no deceit(7), for they are without fault before the throne of God. There are seven facts about our following Jesus up to Mount Zion as follows:
- [Revelation 14:2a] like the voice of many waters. It means that it cannot be blocked (it has been explained from Bible Study Service in Malang, August 31, 2021 to Prayer Service in Malang, September 2, 2021).
- [Revelation 14:2b] like the voice of loud thunder. It means the power of the teaching Word (it has been explained in General Service in Malang, September 5, 2021).
- [Revelation 14:2c] the sound of harpists playing their harps. It means the peace, fellowship or unity, and obeying the rule (it has been explained in Bible Study Service in Malang, September 7, 2021 to Prayer Service in Malang, September 16, 2021)
- [Revelation 14:3] a new song(it has been explained in General Service in Malang, September 19, 2021).
- [Revelation 14:4a] they are virgins.
- [Revelation 14:4b] being firstfruits to God.
- [Revelation 14:5] in their mouth was found no deceit = for they are without fault.
ad. 4.
A new song.
Revelation 14:314:3.They sang as it were a new songbefore the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth.
The new song will increase up to the great multitude, namely the perfect body of Christ with the shout for joy saying "
Alleluia"for welcoming Jesus' second coming.
Revelation 19:619:6.And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!
It will continue to the new song before the throne of heaven forever.
Thus, following Jesus like a new song is in the death and resurrection experience or renewal (it has been explained in General Service in Malang, September 19, 2021).
Revelation 14:314:3. They sang as it were a new song before the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth.
Tonight we learn about following God like a new song, namely in the redemption.
Only God's servants who are redeemed from the world by the blood of Jesus can sing the new song.
The facts found in God's servant who is redeemed from the world by the blood of Jesus are as follows:
- Being faithful, good, and fervent in spirit in serving and ministering to God.
James 4:4
4:4.Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the worldis enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
The influences of the world such as the business, amenities, and so on make God's servants make friendship with the world, so they are unfaithful in serving and ministering to God. It means being the enemy of God.
Being unfaithful until leaving the service and ministry to God is the same as being the lazy and wicked servant.
Psalm 73:27
73:27.For indeed, those who are far from You shall perish; You have destroyed all those who desert You for harlotry.
Leaving the service and ministry to God is the same as leaving or being far away from Him, or committing the spiritual adultery.
The consequence is being God's servant who is unprofitable or only becomes heavy burden and hurts others. His life is in the darkness and tears. There is no voice "Alleluia".
Matthew 25:26,30
25:26."But his lord answered and said to him, 'You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed.
25:30 'And cast the unprofitable servantinto the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'
If it continues, he will enter the outer darkness in the world when the Antichrist reigns over the world. He must get the persecution until being beheaded or he worships the Antichrist and gets the everlasting perdition.
Psalm 73:27
73:27.For indeed, those who are far from You shall perish; You have destroyed all those who desert You for harlotry.
Being unfaithful is the same as committing adultery. This is the character of a harlot (Babylon).
It means that God's servant who is unfaithful will be used in the edification of Babylon or the bride of Satan who will be destroyed forever in the hell. There is the shout for joy or the new song on the glorious clouds and before the throne of God.
Therefore, the servants of God must be redeemed from the world with all of its influences, so they do not make friendship with the world, but with God. We are near God, namely we are faithful, good, and fervent in spirit.
Matthew 25:21
25:21."His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'
The results are as follows:
- The joy of the bride which increases. It starts from the marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, up to the shout for joy on the glorious clouds.
The heavenly joy refers to the new song.
- 'ruler over many things' = being used in the edification of the perfect body of Christ.
We will not face the outer darkness, but be evacuated to the wilderness, far away from the presence of the Antichrist who will reign over the world for three and a half years. We are truly in the new song.
- Longing for the revelation of the Word more than anything and being obedient.
1 John 2:15-17
2:15Do not love the worldor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
2:16 For all that is in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--is not of the Father but is of the world.
2:17 And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of Godabides forever.
The contents of the world are as follows:
- The lust of the eyes that goes towards the sins concerning eating-drinking. We remember about the fall of Eve because of seeing the forbidden fruit.
- The lust of the flesh that is towards the sins concerning marrying-being given in marriage or the adultery through the sight, words, deeds, including the wrong marriage, namely mix marriage, divorce-remarrying, and marrying-being given in marriage.
- The pride of life. It means relying on great things in the world such as the riches, intelligence, and position more than God until ignoring and resisting against God.
Resisting against God means disobeying Him or the true teaching Word.
The disobedience to the true teaching Word happens because of being arrogance or feeling strange the shepherding Word.
Hosea 8:1,12
8:1."Set the trumpet to your mouth! He shall come like an eagle against the house of the LORD, Because they have transgressed My covenant And rebelled against My law.
8:12 I have written for him the great things of My law, But they were considered a strange thing.
'I have written for him the great things of My law' = the repeated or shepherding Word.
Why does one feel strange to the Word which he has heard and experienced in his life? It happens because he likes hearing the strange voice, namely gossip, slander, and false teaching or because he has the strange things in his heart such as the envy, hatred, sins, and so on.
The strange voice is always comfortable for the flesh while the Word of God is always painful.
Feeling strange to the true teaching Word, one will disobey it. It means not being willing to hear and obey the Word; even he blasphemies the true teaching Word.
Thus, God's servant who is tied to the contents of the world is arrogant, namely rejecting the true teaching Word until committing sins up to the peak.
The consequence is passing away together with the world until perishing in the hell.
Psalm 119:19-20
119:19.I am a stranger in the earth; Do not hide Your commandments from me.
119:20 My soul breaks with longing For Your judgments at all times.
Therefore, the servants of God must be redeemed from the contents of the world, so they do not love the world, but feel strange to it.
The proof is longing for the revelation of the Word more than anything.
King David was loved by God and he loved Him because he longed for the Word. John the apostle was loved by God and he loved Him too. He was willingly exiled to Patmos Island because of the Word and he cried because none could reveal the Word.
The woman of Canaan who belonged to the Gentile also longed for the Word like a dog licking the crumbs.
If there is the longing of the Word, we will cry for the revelation of the Word, not because of the influence of the world, so we can hear and obey the repeated true teaching Word.
Being obedient is the same as living in holiness and loving God, not the world. Not being obedient, one loves the world or he is arrogant.
John 14:15
14:15."If you love Me, keep My commandments.
Obedience is the characteristic of a sheep. It means that we can be shepherded well and correctly. We only hear and obey the voice of the shepherd. We are always in the shepherding pen, namely the perseverance in doing the three main services to God as follows:
- The Golden Candlestick or the perseverance in doing the General Service to get the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His anointing and gifts.
- The Table of Showbread or the perseverance in doing the Bible Study Service with the Holy Communion to get the fellowship with the Son of God in the teaching Word and sacrifice of Christ.
- The Golden Altar of Incense or the perseverance in doing the Prayer Service to get the fellowship with Father God in His love.
In the shepherding pen, our body, soul, and spirit attach to the Trinity of God. We love Him more than anything and we do not love the world at all.
The result is the new song, namely 'I shall not want.' It means that we can get the preservation of God until being on the glorious clouds.
Psalm 23:1
23:1.<<A Psalm of David.>> The LORD is my shepherd;I shall not want.
- Being conformed to Jesus.
Romans 12:2
12:2.And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
The pattern of the world will resist against the will of God until the righteous are said false and the wicked are said good.
If a servant of God takes the example of the world in the marriage, private life, appearance, friendship, the service and ministry to God, and so on, he will be conformed to the world, so he cannot be perfect like Jesus is. He will be left when Jesus comes a second time and perish together with the world although he is true and good.
On the contrary, the wicked and unclean servant of God will be true and good as well as perfect like Jesus if he willingly takes His example.
Therefore, the servants of God must be redeemed from the pattern of the world, so they can take the pattern of Jesus to be conformed and the same glorious and perfect as He is.
The process of being the same as Jesus is as follows:
- Receiving the sprinkling of blood.
There are two times of the seven sprinklings of blood at the Ark of the Covenant as follows:
- The seven sprinklings of blood upon the Ark of the Covenant or the ones Jesus experiences.
- The seven sprinklings of blood in front of the Ark of the Covenant or the ones for the church.
The sprinkling of blood refers to the suffering in the flesh because of or together with Jesus, without the sin.
The form of the sprinkling of blood is the suffering because of the true teaching Word, the suffering in the service and ministry to God, the fasting prayer, and all night-long prayer, or because of being reviled, and so on.
The experience of the cross is private and cannot be imitated by others.
Why does God let us get the sprinkling of blood? He lets it so that there is the Spirit of Glory or shekinah glory.
1 Peter 4:12-14
4:12.Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trialwhich is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you;
4:13 but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ's sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.
4:14 If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of gloryand of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.
The hands of God work in our life.
When shekinah gloryhappens, all sins have been deleted or the reconciliation happens and our heart becomes peaceful.
- The renewal.
Romans 12:2
12:2.And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
The Spirit of Glory changes us from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones like Jesus. It begins from the heart, so we can distinguish the true from the false. It is the same as being strong and of good courage. We can firmly distinguish the false and true teachings regardless of any risk we have to take, and then we can distinguish the true marriage, ordination, and things from the false ones.
We only do and say the righteous and good things. W become the witness of God.
Keep the peaceful heart because there will be shekinah gloryand the hands of God start changing us! Afterwards, the other miracles will also happen.
The functions of the shekinah gloryare as follows:
- Renewing us.
- Working when we are under pressure or cannot do anything.
Exodus 14:18,21-22
14:18."Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gained honor for Myselfover Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen."
14:21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east windall that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.
14:22 So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.
'a strong east wind' = shekinah glory.
Theshekinah glory gives the strong and courageous heart. It means neither being disappointed nor hopeless. It also means not leaving God, but we keep faithful and fervent in spirit in the service and ministry to God as well as the worship to Him.
The Spirit of Glory was able to divide the Red Sea. It means giving us the way out of all impossible problems; even the dead can be made alive.
'a wall to them on their right hand and on their left' = the protection and preservation of God in the midst of the difficulties in the world up to the time when the Antichrist reigns over the world.
'on the dry ground' = the storm becomes the dry ground. It means the peace and all things become easy and light.
We are also used in the revival of Holy Spirit as the latter rain.
- John 11: 32, 39-40
11:32.Then, when Mary came where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell downat His feet, saying to Him, "Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died."
11:39 Jesus said, "Take away the stone." Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to Him, "Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been dead four days."
11:40 Jesus said to her, "Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?"
Lazarus had died for four days and Mary fell down at Jesus' feet.
It means that we must also fall down at Jesus' feet when we are facing the destruction, gloomy future life, tears, and impossibilities. God must help us. It is never too late for Him. He works right in His time.
Falling down at Jesus' feet means confessing all of our weaknesses.
The rotten things will be fragrant. The failure can be successful and beautiful. The impossibility becomes possible and the tears become the new song.
When Jesus comes a second time, we will be changed to be as perfect as He is for being worthy for welcoming His second coming on the glorious clouds. We shout for joy saying "Alleluia" until entering the New Jerusalem.
God blesses you.
