To Coincide with Priests and Priests To Be Upgrading Service IIPeace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 9:20-21
9:20. But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk.
9:21. And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts.
It is about the sound of the sixth trumpet or the sixth judgment of the Son of God, so a third of mankind is killed by the great war.
There are two things that happen after the great war as follows:
- One who does not repent from his sins and idolatry is destroyed forever.
- One who repents earnestly until he cannot sin anymore becomes as perfect as Jesus and enters the building of the perfect body of Christ.
Who may enter the building of the perfect body of Christ? The holy priesthood or the priests and kings may.
1 Peter 2:5
2:5. you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.A priest is the holy man, or one who has ministry and ministers to God according to the ministry that God gives to him.
The requirement to become a priest is being mature spiritually.
Numbers 4:3-4
4:3. "from thirty years old and above, even to fifty years old, all who enter the service to do the work in the tabernacle of meeting.
4:4. " This is the service of the sons of Kohath in the tabernacle of meeting, relating to the most holy things:The spiritual maturity is signified with the things as follows:
- Eating solid food, namely the true teaching word that is sharper than any two-edged sword.
Hebrews 5:14
5:14. But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
There are two kinds of spiritual food as follows:
- The milk, the gospel word, the gospel of salvation, or the Good News.
Hebrews 5:11-13
5:11. of whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.
5:12. For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.
5:13. For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.
The gospel word is the one that preaches Jesus' first coming in the world as the only sinless man who must die on the cross to save the sinners.
The fact of receiving the gospel word is believing in Jesus, repenting, and experiencing water and spirit baptism.
The result is being saved and blessed by God.
Exodus 2:2
2:2. So the woman conceived and bore a son. And when she saw that he was a beautiful child, she hid him three months.
The baby Moses had been saved and blessed, but he was still pursued by Pharaoh or Satan.
That was why he was hidden for three months.
Acts 19:5-8
19:5. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
19:6. And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied.
19:7. Now the men were about twelve in all.
19:8. And he went into the synagogue and spoke boldly for three months, reasoning and persuading concerning the things of the kingdom of God.
We must receive the teaching word after receiving the gospel one.
- The solid food, the teaching word that is sharper than any two-edged sword, the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, or the Bride Tidings.
Hebrews 5:14
5:14. But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
The teaching word is the one that preaches Jesus' second coming in the glory as the King of kings to purify the saved people and grow their spirituality to reach the maturity.
What must be purified? It starts from the senses or heart, so we have a sincere heart.
As a result, we can differentiate everything that is right and wrong.
Our mouth can speak the true and good words. Our ears can hear and obey the word.
If our mouth and ears are good, God is able to make all things good.
Mark 7:37
7:37. And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak."
- Having tunic of many colors, namely the ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit, so we are used in the ministry of the building of the perfect body of Christ.
Ephesians 4:10-13
4:10. He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)
4:11. And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12. for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
4:13. till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
1 Timothy 4:14
4:14. Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership.
We receive the ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit through the laying on of the hands of the shepherd.
The facts of ministering to God with the ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit are as follows:
- Becoming doulos.
It means that we do our duty without demanding the right.
As a result, our reward and work are in the hands of God.
Luke 17:7-8
17:7. "And which of you, having a servant plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he has come in from the field, 'Come at once and sit down to eat'?
17:8. "But will he not rather say to him, 'Prepare something for my supper, and gird yourself and serve me till I have eaten and drunk, and afterward you will eat and drink'?
- Wearing the belt of righteousness and faithfulness.
Isaiah 11:5
11:5. Righteousness shall be the belt of His loins, And faithfulness the belt of His waist.
We must minister to God faithfully, correctly, well, and fervently according to the ministry that He gives to us.
1 Timothy 4:14
4:14. Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership.
- Choosing to suffer affliction with the people of God or willingly bear the cross with Jesus.
Hebrews 11:24-25
11:24. By faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter,
11:25. choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin,
John 1:29-30
1:29. The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
1:30. "This is He of whom I said, 'After me comes a Man who is preferred before me, for He was before me.'
Matthew 11:2-6
11:2. And when John had heard in prison about the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples
11:3. and said to Him, "Are You the Coming One, or do we look for another?"
11:4. Jesus answered and said to them, "Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:
11:5. "The blind see and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear; the dead are raised up and the poor have the gospel preached to them.
11:6. "And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me."
Luke 2:20
2:20. Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them.
We must return to hear the shepherding word or the repeated one if when we doubt because of anything.
John the Baptist becomes strong and of good courage because of the shepherding word. He does neither get disappointed and desperate nor leave God no matter anything that happens. Even, he can enjoy the cross up to willingly suffer anything for Jesus.
Matthew 27:61
27:61. And Mary Magdalene was there, and the other Mary, sitting opposite the tomb.
God allows us to experience the cross, so we know Him in His four characteristics.
Jesus is the glorious Son of God but He is also a Man who suffers.
Jesus is the King who wins over the sin, but He is also the Servant who ministers, not being served.
We can be changed to become honest and obedient. We just stretch out our hands to God.
Ecclesiastes 7:29
7:29. Truly, this only I have found: That God made man upright, But they have sought out many schemes."
Physical miracle happens too. The impossible thing becomes possible for God.
It continues until the last miracle when Jesus comes a second time that we are changed to become as perfect as He is and enter the New Jerusalem.
God blesses us.
