Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 22:522:5. There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever. The night refers to the darkness.
We must not live in the darkness of the sin, so we can enter the New Jerusalem.
Romans 3:23 3:23. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,All men in the world have sinned, got naked and lost the cloth of glory and the light of glory. It means living in the darkness of the sin, so they may not enter the New Jerusalem, but be destroyed forever.
Revelation 22:5b 22:5 ..., They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever1 John 1:51:5. This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, thatGod is lightand in Him is no darkness at all.For entering the New Jerusalem, the sinners absolutely need the light of God.
The three kinds of the light of God are as follows:
- The light of the righteousness or redemption, namely the purification by Jesus' blood. It refers to the Court of the Tabernacle.
1 John 1:6-7
1:6. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
1:7. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
- Having faith or trusting Jesus--the Gate.
- We must have fellowship with God [verse 6] and others [verse 7] by making peace with God and others. We come to the cross of Jesus. We can confess and forgive one another.
As a result, the blood of Jesus purifies us from all sins, so we can repent. We are dead to sin especially lie. It refers to the Altar Of Burnt Offerings.
- Being newly born from water and the Spirit, namely water baptism--the Brazen Laver--and Holy Spirit baptism--the Door of the Tabernacle.
Isaiah 11:1-4
11:1. There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
11:2. The Spirit of the LORD(1)shall rest upon Him, The Spirit of wisdom(2)and understanding(3), The Spirit of counsel(4)and might(5), The Spirit of knowledge(6)and of the fear of the LORD(7).
11:3. His delight is in the fear of the LORD, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;
11:4. But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, And decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked.
We live in the anointing of Holy Spirit with His seven manifestations until we have the fear of the Lord.
Proverbs 8:13
8:13. The fear of the LORD is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth I hate.
Hating the sin up to the perverse mouth, we live in righteousness. We are called out of darkness into His marvelous light. We do not judge others, but ourselves.
As a result, we can bear the fruit although we are like the stem that is useless, disable to do anything, meaningless, and dead. We experience the wonder of God.
Psalm 128:1-6
128:1. <<A Song of Ascents.>> Blessed is every one who fears the LORD, Who walks in His ways.
128:2. When you eat the labor of your hands, You shall be happy, and it shall be well with you.
128:3. Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine In the very heart of your house, Your children like olive plants All around your table.
128:4. Behold, thus shall the man be blessed Who fears the LORD.
128:5. The LORD bless you out of Zion, And may you see the good of Jerusalem All the days of your life.
128:6. Yes, may you see your children's children. Peace be upon Israel!
God pours out the physical and spiritual blessings in our marriage. A wife submits to her husband, so she bears the sweet fruit as well as brings the heavenly bliss. The children results the olive oil, namely the anointing of Holy Spirit and obedience. There is a light in the marriage, so it is set free from the darkness of basket, namely economy and sin of eating-drinking, and the one of bed, namely the sin of marrying-giving in marriage.
- The light of the gospel of the glory of Christ.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
4:3. But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4:4. whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
It is the same as the teaching Word that is sharper than any two-edged sword or the Bride Tidings.
Jeremiah 23:29
23:29. "Is not My word like a fire?" says the LORD, "And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?
'like a fire' refers to the Word that preaches God's second coming in the glory of the King of kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom to purify us from sins and the hardness of heart until we become as perfect as Jesus. We become the heavenly bride who is ready to greet Jesus when He comes a second time until we enter the New Jerusalem.
Where can we experience the fire of the purification of the Word? In the sheepfold--the Holy Place.
Exodus 3:1-4
3:1. Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.
3:2. And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed.
3:3. Then Moses said, "I will now turn aside and see this great sight, why the bush does not burn."
3:4. So when the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him from the midst of the bush and said, "Moses, Moses!" And he said, "Here I am."
In the sheepfold, we can see the great sight or testimony, namely the bush is burning with fire, but the bush is not consumed.
The bush refers to the sinful fleshly man, namely hypocrisy. If there is no wind of temptation, all will seem good and obedient. But when the wind comes, they will penetrate to hurt one another.
If the fire had come from the world, the bush would surely have been consumed. The bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. It means that the fire comes from God, namely the one of the true teaching Word, Holy Spirit, and the love of God. We can receive it in the sheepfold.
That is why must be shepherded well and correctly.
Do not become the worthless shepherd!
The worthless shepherd does not feed the congregation. Further, he stops becoming the shepherd.
Do not become the trader shepherd!
The trader shepherd sacrifices the sheep to get the physical advantages.
Do not become the lost sheep! The lost sheep refers to those who walk about, so their life is uneasy. They are not firm in the shepherding; even they sacrifice the shepherd to get the physical advantages.
[verse 4] The shepherd and the sheep must obey the Great Shepherd.
We are always in the sheepfold--the Holy Place--, namely the perseverance in the committing the three kinds of main service to God as follows:
- The Table of Showbread refers to perseverance in committing the Bible Study Service with Holy Communion. We have fellowship with the Son of God. We are purified by the fire of the Word.
- The Golden Candlestick refers to perseverance in committing the General Service. We have fellowship with Holy Spirit God. We are purified by the fire of Holy Spirit.
- The Golden Altar of Incense refers to perseverance in committing the Prayer Service. We have fellowship with Father God . We are purified by the fire of the love of God.
Exodus 3:5
3:5. Then He said, "Do not draw near this place. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground."
We experience the purification of body, soul, and spirit by the fire of the Word, Holy Spirit, and God's love until we take our sandals off. It means the sanctification of the physical and spiritual life, so we become as a newborn baby.
1 Peter 2:1
2:1. Therefore, laying aside all malice(1), all deceit(2), hypocrisy(3), envy(4), and all evil speaking(5),
We are purified from the five main sins.
Matthew 21:15
21:15. But when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that He did, and the children crying out in the temple and saying, "Hosanna to the Son of David!" they were indignant
We are purified from indignation, dislike, envy, and hatred.
Matthew 21:16
21:16. and said to Him, "Do You hear what these are saying?" And Jesus said to them, "Yes. Have you never read, 'Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have perfected praise'?"
1 Peter 2:2
2:2. as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby,
We are purified until we become as newborn babes.
The facts are as follows:
- The mouth just desires the pure milk of the word, namely the shepherding Word. The shepherding Word has covered all of our needs in the world up to eternal life.
- The mouth just praises and worships God, or cries out to Him.
The holiness has an impact on our surroundings.
Matthew 14:19-21
14:19. Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes.
14:20. So they all ate and were filled, and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained.
14:21. Now those who had eaten were about five thousand men, besides women and children.
A man or husband must sit down first on the grass. It means being stable in the shepherding. It will be followed by wife and children.
The results are as follows:
- [Ephesians 4:11-12] We are appointed as the priests and kings to be used in the building of the body of Christ.
- [Psalm 23:1] 'I shall not want' means that we are taken care of in the midst of the difficulties of the world up to eternal life.
- We are changed up to perfection. We become the light of the world.
Revelation 12:1
12:1. Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.
Do not be lost from the shepherding! The destiny is like a woman of Canaan whose marriage and children are broken.
- The fiery trial or shekinah glory or the Spirit of glory.
1 Peter 4:12-14
4:12. Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trialwhich is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you;
4:13. but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ's sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy.
4:14. If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.
The requirement is that we must experience the sprinkle of blood--the Most Holy Place--, namely suffering in the flesh with Jesus or suffering in the flesh without sin such as facing the problem, being slandered, fasting prayer, all night-long prayer, et cetera.
God allows us experiencing the sprinkle of blood, so we receive the Spirit of glory.
The results are as follows:
- We are happy even in the suffering. We always give thanks.
- We are renewed from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones like Jesus.
For example, Saul became Paul.
Acts 9:3-5, 8-9, 17-18
9:3. As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven.
9:4. Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?"
9:8. Then Saul arose from the ground, and when his eyes were opened he saw no one. But they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus.
9:9. And he was three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank.
9:17. And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit."
9:18. Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and he arose and was baptized.
Saul was changed by the light of the righteousness, namely he was baptized.
Then, he was changed by the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, namely he was purified and appointed as Paul the apostle.
At last, he was changed by the light of the glory, namely he did not eat and drink for three days
1 Peter 5:5-6
5:5. Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble."
5:6. Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,
The youth must become lowly in heart as well as submit to or obey the parents, so we are exalted in due time. Failure becomes success and beauty. Those who fall into sin will be restored to live in righteousness and holiness. We are changed to become as perfect as Him. We are exalted on the glorious clouds.
God blesses us.
