Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 12 refers to
shekinah gloryor the light of glory in the arrangement of Tabernacle.
Revelation 12:112:1. Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.
It refers to the church in the light of glory that has been as light as Jesus, the perfect church, or the heavenly bride.
'
a great sign appeared in heaven' refers to the fulfillment of all signs about Jesus' second coming to the world, namely the appearance of the perfect church that is ready to be evacuated to the wilderness, far away from the presence of the Antichrist who rules over the world for three and a half years. She is also ready to be lifted up on the glorious clouds and meet Jesus who comes a second time as the Heavenly Bridegroom. We enter the spiritual marriage, the Paradise, and the New Jerusalem.
Revelation 12:312:3. And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads.
'
another sign appeared in heaven' refers to the fulfillment of all works of Satan for destroying the church, namely the appearance of the Antichrist who rules over the world for three and a half years.
What will happen to the church on the last days in Revelation 12:1,3 has happened, namely when the Israelites grew fast in Egypt and would go out of Egypt. Pharaoh tried to hinder their going out of Egypt and destroy them.
Now, it refers to the prophecy for the church on the last days.
Exodus 1 can be divided into two parts as follows:
- Exodus 1: 1-7
1:1. Now these are the names of the children of Israel who came to Egypt; each man and his household came with Jacob:
1:2 Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah;
1:3 Issachar, Zebulun, and Benjamin;
1:4 Dan, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
1:5 All those who were descendants of Jacob were seventy persons (for Joseph was in Egypt already).
1:6 And Joseph died, all his brothers, and all that generation.
1:7 But the children of Israel were fruitful and increased abundantly, multiplied and grew exceedingly mighty; and the land was filled with them.
It refers to the plan of God, namely the great development of the Israelites.
It prophesies about the great physical and spiritual development of the church or the plan of the edification of the perfect body of Christ or the heavenly bride for being lifted up on the glorious clouds to meet Jesus.
- Exodus 1:8-22
1:8. Now there arose a new king over Egypt, who did not know Joseph.
1:9 And he said to his people, "Look, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we;
1:10 "come, let us deal shrewdly with them, lest they multiply, and it happen, in the event of war, that they also join our enemies and fight against us, and so go up out of the land."
1:11 Therefore they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh supply cities, Pithom and Raamses.
1:12 But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. And they were in dread of the children of Israel.
1:13 So the Egyptians made the children of Israel serve with rigor.
1:14 And they made their lives bitter with hard bondage -- in mortar, in brick, and in all manner of service in the field. All their service in which they made them serve was with rigor.
1:15 Then the king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, of whom the name of one was Shiphrah and the name of the other Puah;
1:16 and he said, "When you do the duties of a midwife for the Hebrew women, and see them on the birthstools, if it is a son, then you shall kill him; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live."
1:17 But the midwives feared God, and did not do as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the male children alive.
1:18 So the king of Egypt called for the midwives and said to them, "Why have you done this thing, and saved the male children alive?"
1:19 And the midwives said to Pharaoh, "Because the Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women; for they are lively and give birth before the midwives come to them."
1:20 Therefore God dealt well with the midwives, and the people multiplied and grew very mighty.
1:21 And so it was, because the midwives feared God, that He provided households for them.
1:22 So Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying, "Every son who is born you shall cast into the river, and every daughter you shall save alive."
This is the plan of Satan for hindering the Israelites' going out of Egypt and destroying them.
Now, it refers to the work of Satan for destroying the church.
In Exodus 1:8-22, there are three ways of Satan for destroying the Israelites or the church as follows:
- The cunning.
Exodus 1:10
1:10. "come, let us deal shrewdly with them, lest they multiply, and it happen, in the event of war, that they also join our enemies and fight against us, and so go up out of the land."
- The rigor.
Exodus 1:13
1:13 So the Egyptians made the children of Israel serve with rigor.
- The murdering.
Exodus 1:16-22
1:16. and he said, "When you do the duties of a midwife for the Hebrew women, and see them on the birthstools, if it is a son, then you shall kill him; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live."
1:22 So Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying, "Every son who is born you shall cast into the river, and every daughter you shall save alive."
ad. 1.
Exodus 1:101:10. "come, let us deal shrewdlywith them, lest they multiply, and it happen, in the event of war, that they also join our enemies and fight against us, and so go up out of the land."
'
deal shrewdly' = the wisdom of Satan.
Genesis 3:13:1. Now the serpent was more cunningthan any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, 'You shall not eat of every tree of the garden'?"
The serpent refers to Satan. It is the most cunning animal. It means oftenly using the logic but without sincerity like dove.
The serpent faced the woman. It is the same as Pharaoh who faced the Israelites.
It prophesies Revelation 12:1-3 that Satan appears in the real form, namely the dragon for facing the woman (the church) who is pregnant and will give birth like Pharaoh who faced Isarelites to hinder their going out of Egypt.
Revelation 12:212:2. Then being with child, she cried out in labor and in pain to give birth.
In the New Testament, the cunning of serpent was put in Joseph for hindering Mary who conceived the baby Jesus as the Savior.
Matthew 1:18-191:18. Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. 1:19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly.
It is the same as destroying the plan of God although actally it was logical. Nevertheless, there was still the revelation of the Word.
Matthew 1:20-211:20. But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.
1:21 "And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins."
The dream refers to the revelation of the Word. God came to Joseph through the revelation of the Word for making the way which had been turned by Satan straight forward, so he could keep on being in His will.
Satan uses his cunning for making men fall through the temptation, namely in the marriage. Do not do anything which is not in line with God's will although it is logical because Satan wants to make us go out of God's will.
In Matthew 4:1-11, Satan also tested Jesus, the Heavenly Brideggroom, for making Him fall and cancelling God's plan for the church, especially the Gentiles.
Jesus has experienced the temptation. We, His body, will also experience the temptation.
Jesus was tested by Satan three times as follows:
- Stones' becoming bread.
Matthew 4:1-4
4:1. Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.
4:2 And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry.
4:3 Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, "If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread."
4:4 But He answered and said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'"
The plan of God for the Gentiles is the one of salvation, namely the stones or the Gentiles must be the spiritual bread or the descendants of Abraham.
The matter of stones which must be made bread refers to the economy crisis. This is the cunning of Satan for disturbing the sons of God. Satan destroys the world to be like the desert which is full of stones.
Isaiah 14:12,17
14:12. "How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations!
14:17 Who made the world as a wildernessAnd destroyed its cities, Who did not open the house of his prisoners?'
Matthew 3:7-9
3:7. But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, "Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
3:8 "Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance,
3:9 "and do not think to say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.' For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.
The process of the Gentiles' being the descendants of Abraham is as follows:
- Believing Jesus and repenting or stopping sinning and returning to God. It means being dead to sin, starting from the five main sins.
1 Peter 2:1
2:1. Therefore, laying aside all malice (1), all deceit(2), hypocrisy(3), envy(4), and all evil speaking(5),
- Malice = the root of sin, namely the evil and uncleanness.
- Deceit, hypocrisy, and envy = the bud of sin.
- Evil speaking up to blaspheming God or the true teaching Word = the fruit of sin, namely death and everlasting perdition.
- Being baptized of water.
1 Peter 2:2-3
2:2. as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby,
2:3 if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
The true water baptism means that one who has believed Jesus and repented or died to sin must be buried in water with Jesus and raised with Him to get the new or heavenly life.
The signs of the new life are as follows:
- Being baptized of Holy Spirit and living in righteousness or not sinning. It means being like a baby, not the fleshly man anymore. We are not controlled by the flesh anymore.
- 'desire the pure milk of the word' = the life only relies on the shepherding Word or the true teaching Word.
A pastor is the same as mother who preserves and father who brings up hard.
It is said as living by faith and the Gentiles have been the descendants of Abraham who are saved.
Galatians 3:7
3:7. Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham.
We are in the plan of God, namely the stones or the Gentiles have been the descendants of Abraham.
Satan destroys the world to be the wilderness, so there are stones only there.
It means that living in the world, men are in the difficulty for earning a living or the economy crisis as if they must change stones into bread.
Satan tempted men, including God's servants, about the food until someday the Antichrist rules over the economy of the world, so men cannot live from the world and they are forced by Satan to worship the Antichrist. They become the same as the Antichrist and are destroyed. It means going out of the plan of God.
Now, worshiping the Antichrist can happen through working in illegal ways, namely only to get money but without the salvation.
God allows the economy crisis to happen to His servants, not for sinning, but as the test of faith. It is to make us understand and confess that our life relies on the true teaching Word only, so we get the faith which is as the pure gold.
Deuteronomy 8:3
8:3. "So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD.
The proof of having the faith like the pure gold is that we can say 'It is better not to ........ that not to get the salvation.'
Deuteronomy 32:46-47
32:46. and He said to them: "Set your hearts on all the words which I testify among you today, which you shall command your children to be careful to observe -- all the words of this law.
32:47 "For it is not a futile thing for you, because it is your life, and by this word you shall prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to possess."
The true teaching Word is our life. It means that the Word is able to preserve our life in the world abundantly until we enter the heavenly kingdom forever.
- The temptation about the temple or our service and ministry to God.
Matthew 4:5-7
4:5. Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple,
4:6 and said to Him, "If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written: 'He shall give His angels charge over you,' and, 'In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.'"
4:7 Jesus said to him, "It is written again, 'You shall not tempt the LORD your God.'"
The plan of God is that Jesus must come to the world; even He must go down to lowest part of the earth by His death on the cross for delivering the Gentiles from the captivity of sin and appointing them as priests and kings or ones who serve and minister to God.
Revelation 1:5-6
1:5. and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood,
1:6 and has made us kings and prieststo His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
The Gentiles can serve and minister to God only because of the blood of Jesus that cannot be bought and traded by anything in the world.
Matthew 4:6
4:6. and said to Him, "If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written: 'He shall give His angels charge over you,' and, 'In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.'"
Satan did not push Jesus, but commanded Him.
Satan provides the stumbling-block that the Gentiles leave the service and ministry to God or they do not become the priests and kings anymore.
The stumbling-block can happen in the form of the hindrance, obstacle, job, study, anxiety, and sins up to the peak, namely the ones concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage. Having the anxiety, the Gentiles cannot be righteous and faithful.
Leaving the service and ministry to God is the same as being naked, ashamed, rotten, and destroyed forever like Judas Iscariot.
1 Peter 2:5
2:5. you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
The priests and kings are the same as the living or beautiful stones for being used in the ministry of the edification of the perfect body of Christ or the heavenly bride.
After being the priests and kings, the Gentiles will get the beautiful and successful future life. Therefore, Satan puts the stumbling-block so that the Gentiles return to be the hard stones that are in the mire of sins until they are drowned in the lake of fire and brimstone. The life is in total failure.
Therefore, the Gentiles must fulfill the requirement of the true ordination, namely the holiness.
Exodus 29:1
29:1. "And this is what you shall do to them to hallow themfor ministering to Me as priests: Take one young bull and two rams without blemish,
How can we live in holiness? We must live in the Holy Place.
Leviticus 21:12
21:12.'nor shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the consecration of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.
The Holy Place refers to the sheepfold or the perseverance in doing the three main services to God as follows:
- The Golden Candlestick refers to the perseverance in doing the General Service to get the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His anointing and gifts.
- The Table of Showbread refers to the perseverance in doing the Bible Study Service with the Holy Communion to get the fellowship with the Son of God in the teaching Word and the sacrifice of Christ.
- The Golden Altar of Incense or the perseverance in doing the Prayer Service to get the fellowship with Father God in His love.
In the sheepfold, our body, soul, and spirit attach to the Trinity of God, so we cannot be made stumble by the trinity of Satan through the stumbling-block.
God lets the stumbling-block as the test of our holiness and faithfulness so that we become firmer in the calling and election of God. We are more faithful and fervent in spirit in our service and ministry to God. Being lazy, one must check the holiness because maybe he has the stumbling-block.
Psalm 17:8
17:8. Keep me as the apple of Your eye; Hide me under the shadow of Your wings,
The holy, faithful, and fervent priest is the apple of God's eye. We are specialized by God or in the anointing of Holy Spirit, so a grain of sand cannot disturb us.
It means that we are never dry and a problem cannot disturb us.
What is the proof? We get the peace and impossible problems are finished.
Romans 16:20
16:20. And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
Facing the impossible problems, we must keep the holiness, faithfulness, and peaceful heart. Let God of peace work.
- The temptation about the worship.
Matthew 4:8-11
4:8. Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory.
4:9 And he said to Him, "All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me."
4:10 Then Jesus said to him, "Away with you, Satan! For it is written, 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.'"
4:11 Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.
The plan of God is that Jesus will come a second time soon in the glory as the King of all kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom who is worshiped by all men and appoint us as the kings in the One-Thousand-Year Kingdom of Peace or the Future Paradise up to the everlasting heavenly kingdom.
Satan wants to appoint Jesus as the king of the world as if He worships him.
John 6:15
6:15. Therefore when Jesus perceived that they were about to come and take Him by force to make Him king, He departed again to the mountain by Himself alone.
Worshiping Satan means that God's servants serve, mnister, and worship Him only to get the physical things in the world.
This is the test of patience.
We must pass the test of patience for reaching the glory as follows:
- Being patient in the temptation and persecution like Jesus who is patient until He dies on the cross.
- Being patient in waiting for the time of God. Jesus is also patient for waiting for the time of Father God that He may come a second time.
The fact found in the patience is going up to the mountain much more ('He departed again to the mountain') or worshiping God much more.
2 Peter 1:16-17
1:16. For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of His majesty.
1:17 For He received from God the Father honor and glory when such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
We can get the atmosphere of Jesus' glory as the King of all kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom on the mountain of worship.
We get the following things on the mountain of worship:
- The miracle of the life renewal from the fleshly man to the spiritual one like Jesus.
Revelation 21:9-11
21:9. Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, "Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife."
21:10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
21:11 having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal.
We must be honest and believe Jesus (being as clear as crystal). We become the precious stone in the New Jerusalem.
Formerly, we were only the hard stones, but now we can be the precious stones in the New Jerusalem.
- The physical miracle, namely the mercy and grace of God for finishing all problems. Face all things with honesty and believing God!
All temptations are the test from God for lifting us up.
Exodus 20:25
20:25. 'And if you make Me an altar of stone, you shall not build it of hewn stone; for if you use your tool on it, you have profaned it.
Come to God just the way we are! Let us bring our weaknesses to Him and He will help all of us!
God blesses you.
