Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The theme is
Revelation 21: 5: "
I make all things new."
21:5. Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful."
God has created the heaven and earth with the contents very well, including men with the same image as Him in garden Eden. Unfortunately, the serpent has deceived them to sin. Then, they are driven out to enter the world and live in curses, sorrow, heavy burden, and so on. They do not repent in the world, but corrupt their way.
Genesis 6: 11-12
6:11. The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.
6:12 So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.
They live in the flesh desires like the wild beast and a woman who was bent over in the synagogue for eighteen years. They are stamped with 666 by the antichrist.
The first six refers to the fleshly body.
The second six refers to the fleshly soul.
The third six refers to the fleshly spirit.
Consequently, they become the same as the antichrist to be destroyed forever.
God has a will to recreate the men who have been like the wild beast so that they can be the new men who are as glorious as Jesus is to put them in the new heaven and earth or New Jerusalem forever.
The process is said as
RENEWAL.
There are four kinds of the renewal in Revelation 21 as follows.
- Revelation 21: 1= the renewal of the new heaven and earth.
- Revelation 21: 2-3= the renewal of the new men.
- Revelation 21: 4-8= the renewal of the new atmosphere.
- Revelation 21: 9-27= the renewal of the New Jerusalem until there is eternality.
AD 3. THE RENEWAL OF THE NEW ATMOSPHERE Revelation 21: 4-8
21:4."And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away."
21:5 Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful."
21:6 And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.
21:7 "He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.
21:8 "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."
The renewal of the new atmosphere can be divided into four kinds as follows.
- Revelation 21: 4= the atmosphere without the death.
The death may work through the fear, doubt, and anxiety. God gives us the place where there is the new atmosphere without the death, namely under the feet of the Lord. We can also have the boldness or confidence toward God.
- Revelation 21: 5-6= the atmosphere of the heavenly satisfaction or joy.
- Revelation 21: 7= the atmosphere of victory.
- Revelation 21: 8= the atmosphere of holiness and perfection.
AD. 2. Revelation 21: 5-6=
the atmosphere of the heavenly satisfaction.
21:5. Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful."
21:6 And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.
The heavenly satisfaction is the true one that we will not thirst anymore. It comes from the heavenly living water or Holy Spirit.
How great a man in the world is, he is dry or dissatisfied spiritually if there is no Holy Spirit.
There are three main places where the dissatisfaction dwells as follows.
- In the marriage or household.
John 4: 15-18
4:15. The woman said to Him, "Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst, nor come here to draw."
4:16 Jesus said to her, "Go, call your husband, and come here."
4:17 The woman answered and said, "I have no husband." Jesus said to her, "You have well said, 'I have no husband,'
4:18 "for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; in that you spoke truly."
It happens to the Gentiles, including the servants of God. The woman of Samaria belongs to the Gentiles.
She had gotten married for five times and done the free sex, but still there was no satisfaction, but thirstiness.
Why does the marriage of the Gentiles often have no satisfaction?
- Because of bitterness in heart or revenge.
John 4: 9
4:9. Then the woman of Samaria said to Him, "How is it that You, being a Jew, ask a drink from me, a Samaritan woman?" For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.
- Because of uncleanness.
John 4: 18
4:18. "for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; in that you spoke truly."
Consequently, the quarrel happens, even the violence and sexual affairs, divorce and remarrying, as well as marrying-being given in marriage or free sex that will bring to Babylon or the great harlot that will be destroyed in one hour.
- In the vineyard or the ministry that is brought up by the Bride Tidings.
Matthew 20: 10-12
20:10. "But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; and they likewise received each a denarius.
20:11 "And when they had received it, they complained against the landowner,
20:12 "saying, 'These last men have worked only one hour, and you made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the heat of the day.'
The Bride Tidings, the solid food, or the true teaching Word prepares or sanctifies us to be as perfect as Jesus. We can know Jesus as the Head or Heavenly Bridegroom through it. We are prepared to be the perfect body of Christ or the heavenly bride and we will not be separated from Him anymore. The gospel Word will add the quantity and the true teaching Word adds the quality of the body of Christ in the holiness and perfection.
Matthew 20: 15
20:15. 'Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evilbecause I am good?'
Actually, only the house of Israel might work in the vineyard, but the Gentiles may get it in the last opportunity (at 5 p.m.). This is the mercy of God for us, the Gentiles, because only one hour remains. God does not want us to be idle.
Why does the dissatisfaction happen in the vineyard?
It happens because of the jealousy. The jealousy means underestimating the blessings of Godlike Esau towards Jacob.
It also happens because other people are used by God like the brothers of Joseph who envied him.
The envy also happens because of not appreciating the mercy of God, especially for the Gentiles who get the mercy of God from the fifth wound of Jesus on the cross. It happens because of the love of money. The denarius is made as dollar.
Revelation 6: 6
6:6. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, "A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine."
Only the people who have the denarius can be saved at the time of famine in the last days up to when the antichrist reigns over the world for three years and a half.
Genesis 37: 3-4, 11
37:3.Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of many colors.
37:4 But when his brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, they hated himand could not speak peaceably to him.
37:11 And his brothers envied him, but his father kept the matter in mind.
The envy will be hatred, even the one without a cause, and one becomes a killer or wild beast.
Genesis 37: 31-33
37:31. So they took Joseph's tunic, killed a kid of the goats, and dipped the tunic in the blood.
37:32 Then they sent the tunic of many colors, and they brought it to their father and said, "We have found this. Do you know whether it is your son's tunic or not?"
37:33 And he recognized it and said, "It is my son's tunic. A wild beast has devoured him. Without doubt Joseph is torn to pieces."
The wild beast refers to the brothers of Joseph.
Matthew 20: 16
20:16. "So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen."
- In the wilderness of the world.
Exodus 17: 1-3
17:1. Then all the congregation of the children of Israel set out on their journey from the Wilderness of Sin, according to the commandment of the LORD, and camped in Rephidim; but there was no water for the people to drink.
17:2 Therefore the people contended with Moses, and said, "Give us water, that we may drink." And Moses said to them, "Why do you contend with me? Why do you tempt the LORD?"
17:3 And the people thirstedthere for water, and the people complained against Moses, and said, "Why is it you have brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our livestock with thirst?"
There is a resting place in the world like Rephidim that was without water.
It means the rest or joy without Holy Spirit. It is not the true one, so there is thirstiness, even contention or other things.
Why does the cpntention happen?
- Meribah.
Exodus 17: 7
17:7. So he called the name of the place Massah and Meribah, because of the contention of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the LORD, saying, "Is the LORD among us or not?"
Meribahmeans the self-truthas follows.
- Covering the sin by blaming others.
The truth from God means that the false must confess and the right must forgive.
- Covering the sin by blaming God or the true teaching Word.
- Massah.
Massah means the temptations, heavy burdens, and impossible problems.
We are in distress when we use our own power, not surrendering to God.
- Doubt because of using the logic or mind.
Exodus 17: 7
17:7. So he called the name of the place Massah and Meribah, because of the contention of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the LORD, saying, "Is the LORD among us or not?"
The doubt means that one does not believe in God and His power.
Use your faith. The faith is higher than the knowledge or logic. Just believe and obey the true teaching Word and the miracle will happen.
Exodus 17: 4-6
17:4. So Moses cried out to the LORD, saying, "What shall I do with this people? They are almost ready to stone me!"
17:5 And the LORD said to Moses, "Go on before the people, and take with you some of the elders of Israel. Also take in your hand your rod with which you struck the river, and go.
17:6 "Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in Horeb; and you shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink." And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.
The consequences are as follows.
- Murmuring or grumbling. There is no satisfaction. One blames other people. This is the spiritual dryness.
- Provoking others or supporting the false.
- Stoning. It means the hard heart or judging and persecuting others.
The solutionExodus 17: 5-6
17:5. And the LORD said to Moses, "Go on before the people, and take with you some of the elders of Israel. Also take in your hand your rod with which you struck the river, and go.
17:6 "Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in Horeb; and you shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink." And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel. The rock refers to Jesus (1 Corinthians 10).
It must be struck to make the water come out of it.
John 16: 7
16:7. "Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.It means that Jesus must die on the cross and be raised to ascend to heaven and pour the living water from heaven or Holy Spirit.
John 19: 28-30
19:28. After this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, "I thirst!"
19:29 Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth.
19:30 So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.
He drinks the sourwine mingled with gall. He dies to bear our dissatisfaction, spiritual dryness, bitterness, and sufferings in the world.
He's risen and ascended to heaven to pour out Holy Spirit or the living water for us.
We must go to Golgotha or the cross to confess our evil, sins, uncleanness, failure, bitterness, and sorrowto give the sourwine to Jesus until He says '
It is done!' and gives us the heavenly water. We will never thirst anymore.
The functions of the living water are as follows.
- Holy Spirit pours out the blessings up to our descendants.
Isaiah 44: 3-4
44:3. For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring;
44:4 They will spring up among the grass Like willowsby the watercourses.'
Physically, we are preserved in the midst of the difficulties in the world. We get the beautiful successful future life.
Spiritually, we have the heavenly joy up to our descendants, so we do not need to look for any satisfaction in the world. We and our family are also used by God.
Isaiah 44: 4
44:4. They will spring up among the grass Like willowsby the watercourses.
- Holy Spirit gives extra power to the weak servants of God who are like the willowsthat they can keep faithful and fervent in spirit in serving and ministering to God until the end.
Psalm 137: 1-3
137:1. By the rivers of Babylon, There we sat down, yea, we wept When we remembered Zion.
137:2 We hung our harps Upon the willowsin the midst of it.
137:3 For there those who carried us away captive asked of us a song, And those who plundered us requested mirth, Saying, "Sing us one of the songs of Zion!"
Without Holy Spirit, one will hang the harp or stop ministering. He is by the rivers of Babylon. A full time servant of God who hangs the harp is hanging himself like Judas Iscariotwho stopped ministering because of the love of money or not appreciating the sacrifice of Jesus who has been hung on the cross.
- Holy Spirit changes us from fleshly man to spiritual one like Jesus is.
Isaiah 44: 5
44:5. One will say, 'I am the LORD'S';Another will call himself by the name of Jacob; Another will write with his hand, 'The LORD'S,' And name himself by the name of Israel.
Jacob became Israel. Jacob means a liar. Israel means a winner.
Liar will get a bitter destroyed life.
The winner is honest. Say 'yes' if yes and 'no' if no. It begins from the matter of the teachings. If there is no honesty, the way is serpentine. On the contrary, if we are honest, we will be on the straight way to go to New Jerusalem.
If we are honest, we will overcome our struggle. Jacob struggled in facing Esau, namely the image of the antichrist, death, fear, distress, marriage problems, impossible ones. We also struggle to get the new name.
Genesis 32: 24, 28
32:24. Then Jacob was left alone; and a Man wrestled with him until the breaking of day.
32:28 And He said, "Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed."
We are renewed continually until we are as perfect as Jesus is and worthy to enter New Jerusalem.
God blesses you.
