To Coincide with Priests and Priests To Be Upgrading IIPeace and grace in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 27 refers to the seven sprinklings of blood upon the Ark of the Covenant. Now it means the suffering Jesus experiences until He dies on the cross to save, sanctify, and perfect us.
We are learning the seventh passage, namely
Pilate Sets a Guard.
Matthew 27:62-66 27:62 On the next day, which followed the Day of Preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees gathered together to Pilate,
27:63 saying, "Sir, we remember, while He was still alive, how that deceiver said, ‘After three days I will rise.’
27:64 "Therefore command that the tomb be made secure until the third day, lest His disciples come by night and steal Him away, and say to the people, ‘He has risen from the dead.’ So the last deception will be worse than the first."
27:65 Pilate said to them, "You have a guard; go your way, make it as secure as you know how."
27:66 So they went and made the tomb secure, sealing the stone and setting the guard. The chief priests and the Pharisees seal the tomb of Jesus and set the guard of Pilate, so it is impossible with the logic of human that Jesus can resurrect. But actually, Jesus is risen.
The impossibility often terrorizes our life. The sprinkling of blood is the last sanctification until we can receive that there is nothing impossible for God. Afterwards, we can face impossible matters with the resurrection power of Jesus and we are able to keep on ministering to God until the end line, namely until we die or Jesus comes a second time.
The servants of God always face impossibility from age to age as follows.
There are three kinds of impossibility that happen from age to age as follows.
- The age of Father God, namely from Adam to Abraham. The representatives are Abraham and Sarah.
Genesis 18:1,11
18:1. Then the LORD appeared to him by the terebinth trees of Mamre, as he was sitting in the tent door in the heat of the day.
18:11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in age; and Sarah had passed the age of childbearing.
There two things Abraham and Sarah face are as follows.
- The heat of the day refers to the temptations in all life aspects causing the spirituality to fade away.
- Sarah is barren and she has passed the age of childbearing. The door of her womb is closed and it is impossible to bear a child. Now it means marriage and children problems even the impossible one.
One often takes his own solution to face the impossible problems. It is not the real solution but deadlock and perdition.
The solution of God is we must be in the tent.
Genesis 18:9
18:9. Then they said to him, "Where is Sarah your wife?" So he said, "Here, in the tent."
It means we are in the sheepfold or the Holy Place of Tabernacle. Meaning we must be well shepherded. The fact found in it is perseverance in doing three main services to God as follows.
- Golden Candlestick or the perseverance in doing General Service.
- Table of Showbread or the perseverance in doing Bible Study Service with Holy Communion.
- Golden Altar of Incense, namely perseverance in doing Prayer Service.
The ways of life of the shepherded people are as follows.
- We learn from Abraham who does not doubt the true teaching Word.
Romans 4:17-21
4:17. (as it is written, "I have made you a father of many nations") in the presence of Him whom he believed––God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did;
4:18 who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, "So shall your descendants be."
4:19 And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body, already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb.
4:20 He did not waverat the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God,
4:21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.
Meaning we keep on holding fast to the true teaching Word although our eyes see impossible things.
It also means we do not doubt the power of God but keep on hoping in Him although our eyes see impossible things.
In addition, we are patient in waiting for the time of God. He works right in His time, not too late or soon.
- We learn from Sarah who is gentle, quiet, and submissive.
1 Peter 3:3-6
3:3 Do not let your adornment be merely outward––arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel––
3:4 rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.
3:5 For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being submissiveto their own husbands,
3:6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror.
The gentleness is an ability to receive the teaching Word no matter how hard it is and how long it is preached. As long as we have not received the true teaching Word, there will be no help.
The quietness means we keep silent many more.
The submission means being obedient whatever risk may come.
As a result, the door of Sarah’s womb is opened. Meaning there is resurrection power to remove all impossibilities.
The sheepfold is the place to remove all impossibilities. There is no beautiful place but the shepherding in the true teaching Word.
- The age of the Son of God, that is from Abraham to Jesus’ first coming. The representative is a good rich young man.
Matthew 19:16-17,20-26
19:16. Now behold, one came and said to Him, "Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?"
19:17 So He said to him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments."
19:20 The young mansaid to Him, "All these things I have kept from my youth. What do I still lack?"
19:21 Jesus said to him, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me."
19:22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions.
19:23 Then Jesus said to His disciples, "Assuredly, I say to you that it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.
19:24 "And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
19:25 When His disciples heard it, they were greatly astonished, saying, "Who then can be saved?"
19:26 But Jesus looked at them and said to them, "With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
The Lord does not see the physical success but our ministry.
The most important thing is about how we can be saved [Matthew 19:16]. Have we already been consecrated and employed by God? This matter determines whether the door of salvation is opened or not.
Unfortunately, the good rich young man is not willing to be employed by God.
Consequently, he is in sorrow, heavy burden, weariness, and disappointment or hopelessness until he leaves God and perishes forever. It means the door of salvation is closed for him.
Not being willing to be employed by God, one is not in the hand of God but in the hand of Satan and he perishes forever.
Matthew 19:21
19:21 Jesus said to him, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me."
‘Sell what you have’ is a natural thing because he has them, meaning a full surrendering to God. All things depend on the heart. If the heart is bound by something in the world, one will not be able to have the right consecration.
All things we have come from God. If God asks them, they will not run out, but it is to employ us and we can be blessings for other people. Moreover, we can be in the hand of God and we get a life in abundance.
It is as the five loaves and two fish of a little child, which are so meaningless. God asks them and i If they are given to the hand of God, they will not run out but become meaningful to feed five thousand people even there is abundance. The child can become blessing for others.
On the contrary, the property will run out if it is not given to God. Moreover, there will be a total failure.
The more we are humble and obedient, the more we can worship God and be employed by Him in the ministry of Christ’s body building.
1 Peter 2:5
2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
The result is as follows.
- We become living stones.
We live in the hand of God by His mercy anywhere, anytime, and in any condition.
- The hand of God makes our life neat and beautiful in His time.
- The door of salvation is opened for us.
- The age of Holy Spirit God, that is from the first coming of Jesus to the second one. The representative is the Church of God [Matthew 27:62-66].
The chief priests and the Pharisees seal the tomb of Jesus and set the guard of Pilate, so it is impossible with the logic of human that Jesus can resurrect.
1 Corinthians 15:13,32
15:13 But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ is not risen.
15:32 If, in the manner of men, I have fought with beastsat Ephesus, what advantage is it to me? If the dead do not rise, "Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die!"
If Jesus had not resurrected, there would have been no glory and human would have only been ruled by the beasts or the trinity of Satan to become same as them as follows.
- The mouth is wild because of producing vain words, lies, gossips, and false teaching.
James 3:7-8
3:7 For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind.
3:8 But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
- The deeds are wild because of the sins concerning eating-drinking such as smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse as well as marrying-being given in marriage, namely the sexual intercourse between a man and a woman who are not legal spouse, mixed marriage, and marriage after divorce.
Consequently, the door of the marriage supper of the Lamb is closed. Meaning one cannot enter it, even the door of New Jerusalem is also closed, so one perishes forever.
Philippians 2:8-11
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,
2:11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The solution is through Jesus’ obedience until He dies on the cross. The result is as follows.
- He receives the resurrection power to defeat three kinds of beast or the trinity of Satan conquering the servants or Church of God in the last days.
- He delivers us from the three kinds of beast or the trinity of Satan, so we can be obedient until our flesh does not speak anymore.
If we can be obedient until our flesh does not speak anymore, we will be able to return to the image of the trinity of God.
John 14:15-17,21,23
14:15.If you love Me, keep My commandments.
14:16 "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever––
14:17 "the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
14:21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him."
14:23 Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.
The facts found in it are as follows.
- We do righteous, holy, and good deeds.
- There are righteous, holy, and good words. We use our mouth to confess our sins, bear witness, and worship God to become the house of prayer. As a result, our prayer is answered by God and there is nothing impossible for Him.
James 3:2
3:2 For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.
It continues until Jesus comes a second time that we are changed to become same as the Lord. We are lifted up on glorious clouds and enter the marriage supper of the Lamb, the future Paradise, and heavenly kingdom.
God blesses you.
