Peace and grace in the love of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 1:1-3 is about the title or introduction.
Revelation 1:1
1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants––things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John

There are two things about the Revelation as follows.

  1. The Revelation does not come from any human, but God. It is given to Jesus, and then to the angel or Holy Spirit whom God sent to reveal to John the Apostle. From John, it is given to the servants of God. It can be described in the diagram as follows.
God -->Jesus -->angel/ Holy Spirit -->John the Apostle -->the servants of God.

  2. The Revelation is not a closed thing, but a mystery that is revealed to show the things that must happen soon, especially about Jesus’ second coming.

Paul shows the two hidden great mysteries that have been revealed now to the Gentiles as follows.

  1. Great mystery of godliness or the mystery of salvation.
    1 Timothy 3:16
3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: (1)God (2)was manifested in the flesh, (3)Justified in the Spirit, (4)Seen by angels, (5)Preached among the Gentiles, (6)Believed on in the world, (7)Received up in glory.

There are seven mysteries about Jesus in the true godliness as follows.

    • Jesus is God.
      Colossians 1:19
1:19 For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell,

    • Jesus is God that was manifested in the flesh or human.
      Romans 8:3
8:3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh,

    • Jesus was justified in the Spirit.
      Romans 1:3-4
1:3concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh,
1:4 and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.

    • Jesus was seen by angels.
      1 Peter 1:10-12
1:10 Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you,
1:11 searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow.
1:12 To them it was revealed that, not to themselves, but to us they were ministering the things which now have been reported to you through those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven––things which angels desire to look into.

    • Jesus was preached among the Gentiles.
      Galatians 3:28
3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

    • Jesus was believed on in the world. It refers to the faith.
    • Jesus was received up in glory to sit on the right hand of God the Father.
      Luke 24:51
24:51 Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.

    Hebrews 2:16-17
2:16 For indeed He does not give aid to angels, but He does give aid to the seed of Abraham.
2:17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.

Thus, Jesus appears as the High Priest in the true service. The true service is served by Jesus, the High Priest.

There are three things we get from the ministry of Jesus as the High Priest in the true service as follows.

    • We can experience the ministry of reconciliation.
      Hebrews 2:17
2:17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sinsof the people.

      The process is as follows.

      1. To confess our sins to God and other people. We do not repeat them after being forgiven.
      2. To forgive the sin of other people and forget it.

      Romans 3:24-26
3:24 being justifiedfreely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
3:25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His
righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,
3:26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

The result of the ministry of reconciliation is the justification to the sinners because of the blood of Jesus, so they can live in righteousness.

      Proverbs 11:4
11:4 Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, But righteousness delivers from death.

      Proverbs 10:2

10:2 Treasures of wickedness profit nothing, But righteousness delivers from death.

We are saved and blessed by God up to our descendants.

      Psalm 37:25-26

37:25 I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread.
37:26 He is ever merciful, and lends; And his descendants are blessed.

    • We can take the example of the holiness of Jesus, the High Priest.
      Hebrews 7:26
      7:26 For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens;

The requirement is we must be inside the Holy Place or the sheepfold. There are three kinds of equipment in it that refer to the perseverance in doing three main services to God as follows.

      1. Golden Candlestick or perseverance in doing General Service to have fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His gifts.
        Romans 15:16
15:16 that I might be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

Holy Spirit God sanctifies us, the Gentiles who are as dog and swine, to become offering that is acceptable before God.

      2. Table of Showbread or perseverance in doing Bible Study Service to have fellowship with the Son of God in the teaching Word and Holy Communion, especially to face the sins of Judas Iscariot.
        John 13:23, 26-27, 30
13:23 Now there was leaning on Jesus’ bosom one of His disciples, whom Jesus loved.
13:26 Jesus answered, "It is he to whom I shall give a piece of bread when I have dipped it." And having dipped the bread, He gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.
13:27 Now after the piece of bread, Satan entered him. Then Jesus said to him, "What you do, do quickly."
13:30 Having received the piece of bread, he then went out immediately. And it was night.

The sins of Judas Iscariot are liar, accuser, thief stealing the possession of God, namely tithes and offering, traitor or unfaithfulness until leaving the service and ministry because of something in the world, and hypocrisy or pretense because he kisses Jesus in order to betray Him.
We are sanctified in order to be able to lean on Jesus’ bosom. Keeping the sins of Judas, one is separated from the Lord.

      3. Golden Altar of Incense or perseverance in doing Prayer Service to have fellowship with God the Father in the love. God the Father sanctifies us until we are perfect.
        1 Thessalonians 5:23
5:23 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and bodybe preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Our body, soul, and spirit are sanctified by the Trinity of God through the perseverance in doing the three main services until we are as perfect as Jesus is.
      Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,

If we live holily as Jesus the High Priest, we will be equipped with the ministry and gifts of Holy Spirit and used in the ministry for building the perfect body of Christ. Thus, we will never be used by Satan to build Babylon or the peak of uncleanness and evil that will perish.
The ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit are the tunic of many colors of Joseph. It means that God gives us beautiful successful future life in His time if we are used in the ministry for building the perfect body of Christ.

    • The High Priest will always stretch His faithful and merciful hand to be able to help us from all problems and temptations, even the impossible one.
      Hebrews 2:18
2:18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.

  2. The mystery of marriage.
The mystery of marriage or the Bride Tidings cannot be separated from the mystery of godliness or the Tabernacle teaching. It is a great mystery not all people or servants of God know.

    Ephesians 5:31-32
5:31 "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh."
    5:32 This is
a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

The marriage is a holy institution according to the will of God who wants to get married with human in the spiritual marriage.
If a servant of God is false in the marriage, he will give disadvantage to the congregation.
The physical marriage in the world will get bored and bitter soon because it is only to fulfill worldly or bodily need. Therefore, the physical marriage must be directed toward the spiritual one.
The main thought to get married is about the spiritual matter, namely whether there is one true teaching Word or one Head or not.

The mystery of marriage is great because of the reasons as follow.

    • There is no relationship of one flesh, but in marriage.
The spiritual marriage is in one glorious flesh between Jesus and the congregation.
The training to become one flesh with Jesus is with consuming Holy Communion.
    • It refers to the relationship between Christ and the congregation.
Jesus who comes a second time in the glory as Heavenly Bridegroom meets the perfect congregation or the Heavenly Bride.

    1 Corinthians 15:51-52
15:51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed––
15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

It is a mystery that we will not all die. There are some people God allows to die and there are some people who keep alive until Jesus comes a second time. To die or keep alive is not important. It must be according to God’s will. The important thing is we must experience the life renewal from flesh men to spiritual ones while we are still alive now, so that the dead will be resurrected in glorious body and the alive will be renewed in the glorious body also as Jesus is. Both will become one glorious body to meet Jesus on the glorious clouds.
Thus, the great mystery of marriageequals to the mystery of life renewal.

    Matthew 24:32

24:32 "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near.

To learn to the fig tree, there are three things that must be renewed as follows.

    • The renewal in marriage. To learn from the fig tree in garden Eden, the fruit is not mentioned, but the leaves to cover the nakedness of Adam and Eve. It refers to the self truth, whose practices are as follows.

      1. False marriage structure.
        Genesis 3:6
3:6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.

The wife wants to become the head of the marriage as Eve who gives the forbidden fruit to Adam. It means that the wife teaches, has authority over the husband, and makes decision in the marriage.
The right structure is Christ as the Head of the husband and the husband is the head of the wife. The husband must make all decisions and become spiritual and physical flow in the marriage. As a result, Jesus becomes the Head of the marriage and it becomes light in unity.
If the wife becomes the head, Jesus will not become the Head of the marriage, but the serpent. Consequently, the marriage is dark, and full of lie and quarrel.
The children are as the limbs to lighten the burdens of the parents. Thus, the children should not become burden.

      2. To cover the sin by blaming other people, the Word, and Satan, so that one cannot repent, but equals to Satan.
        Genesis 3:11-13
3:11 And He said, "Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?"
3:12 Then the man said, "The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate."
3:13 And the LORD God said to the woman, "What is this you have done?" The woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate."

Consequently, he is cursed, weary, heavy laden untuil he perishes.

    • The renewal in service and ministry, learning from the fig tree by the road.
      Matthew 21:18-19
21:18 Now in the morning, as He returned to the city, He was hungry.
21:19 And seeing a fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and said to it, "Let no fruit grow on you ever again." Immediately the fig tree withered away.

The fig tree has leaves, but fruit. It means that one has served and ministered to God but cannot satisfy Him. Consequently, the Lord curses him and he becomes dry spiritually.
If one is shepherded, he still gets an opportunity although he has not produced the fruits yet. For example, the fig tree inside the vineyard. It happens because there is a pastor lifting up the intercession prayer.

Why is one cursed although he has ministered to God?

      1. Because he is not shepherded.
      2. Because of being careless and unfaithful, even he leaves the service and ministry.
        Jeremiah 48:10
48:10 Cursed is he who does the work of the LORD deceitfully, And cursed is he who keeps back his sword from blood.

Being careless to the sword means that one does not want to hear and obey the Word, so he is not willing to be sanctified.
The ministry without holiness and faithfulness means a branch that has been cut from the true Vine. Consequently, there is spiritual dryness and it is ready to be burnt.
On the contrary, one who ministers faithfully and holily will produce sweet grape fruits, namely the fruits of preservation and joy of God.

    • The renewal to private characteristic. We learn to the fig tree on the last days. It is the last opportunity.
      Matthew 24:32-33
24:32 "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near.
24:33 "So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near––at the doors!

      For example, Job.

      Job 32:1-2

32:1 So these three men ceased answering Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
32:2 Then the wrath of Elihu, the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the family of Ram, was aroused against Job; his wrath was aroused because he justified himself rather than God.

God lets the complete test comes to Job to make him meek.

      Job 42:5-6

42:5 "I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But now my eye sees You.
42:6 Therefore I abhor myself, And repent in dust and ashes."

Job can repent in dust and ashes. It means that he can confess his failure and faults. He also confesses that he is powerless and unworthy. He can revoke his false saying and replace it with the righteous good words and worship to God only. He lifts up his hands and God also stretches His merciful hand to restore Job doubly.
The hand of God, the Creator, is able to reform the clay and restore all things to become good even perfect.

God blesses you.
