Revelation 1:3
1:3. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.
People in the world including the servants or sons of God crave and strive for happiness, but unfortunately they have the false sight about the happiness, so they use the false way to get it. Consequently, they are miserable and destroyed.
For example, the servant of God assumes that the happiness is related to riches, so he competes to find it in the false ways such as corruption, deceiving others,
et cetera.
Consequently, he is caught, miserable, and destroyed.
The others assume that the happiness is related to intelligence, so many of them including the servants of God look for diploma by falsifying it.
Even more, people including the servants of God assume that sinning is a kind of happiness, so they do sins up to the peak, namely the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage.
That is why God gives the heavenly bliss to us. It is the true and eternal happiness.
There are seven heavenly blisses in the book of Revelation that God gives to us.
The early happiness is in the book of Revelation 1: 3, namely "blessed is he who reads, hears, and obeys the words of this prophecy".
The last happiness is in the Revelation 19: 9, namely "blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!"
Revelation 19:9
19:9. Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!'"And he said to me, "These are the true sayings of God."
The marriage supper of the Lamb refers to the meeting between Jesus, who comes a second time in the glory as the King of all kings or the Heavenly Bridegroom, and the perfect church or the heavenly bride on the glorious clouds. The head and body cannot be separated forever.
Then, we enter the One-Thousand-Year Kingdom of Peace (Revelation 20), and the New Jerusalem or the kingdom of heaven forever (Revelation 21-22). We sit together with Jesus on the throne of God forever. This is the true happiness that God gives to us.
Revelation 3:21
3:21. "To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.Revelation 1:3
1:3. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.
The early or the gate of the heavenly bliss is reading, hearing, and obeying the prophetic word.
There are two kinds of the preaching of the word that is taught by Paul the apostle and exemplified by Jesus as follows:
- The gospel of salvation/the gospel word/the good news.
Ephesians1:13
1:13. In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
Proverbs25:25
25:25. As cold water to a weary soul, So is good news from a far countr
The gospel word is the one that preaches Jesus' first coming in the world as the only sinless man who must die on the cross to save the sinners.
The proof of receiving salvation is as follows:
- Believing Jesus.
- Repenting or stopping sinning and returning to God.
- Water and Holy Spirit baptism.
As a result, we receive the new life, namely life in righteousness.
- The gospel of the glory of Christ, teaching word, Bride Tidings, or solid food.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
4:3. But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4:4. whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
Matthew25:6
25:6. "And at midnight a cry was heard: 'Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!'
The Bride Tidings is the word that preaches Jesus' second coming in the glory as the King of kings and Heavenly Bridegroom to purify the saved people up to being perfect or spotless like Jesus. We are worthy to greet Jesus on the glorious clouds.
Be alert! Many are called, but few are chosen. Many are saved, but unable to greet Jesus when He comes a second time.
For example, there were 603.550 men of Israel who had left Egypt, not including women and children, but only two men entered Canaan.
We must accept the Gospel Word and the true teaching word, so we are purified up to perfection.
Jesus has not come for the second time, so the Bride Tidings is the same as the prophetic word. This is the one that we have to hear.
What does make us happy when we serve and minister to God? If the song makes us happy, it may not the heavenly bliss, because there is a song in the world that makes us happy. But if we are happy when hearing the word, it is the heavenly bliss.
The process of reading, hearing, and obeying the Bride Tidings or the teaching word is as follows:
- Reading and hearing the teaching word solemnly and with a needlike dog which licks the crumbs. It is so careful and nothing is left.
Holy Spirit helps us to hear the word earnestly and understand it, so the word is written in our mind.
Further, Holy Spirit helps us to believe the word, so it becomes faith in our heart.
Hebrews 10:16-17
10:16. "This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,"
10:17. then He adds, "Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more."
If our heart believes in the word, our mouth will confess our sin to God (vertical) and others (horizontal). Do not sin anymore after being forgiven!
As a result, the blood of Jesus takes away, forgives, and forgets all of our sins, so we are justified and live in righteousness.
If the sin is forgiven, we will experience the heavenly bliss.
Psalm 32:1-4
32:1. <<A Psalm of David. A Contemplation.>> Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, Whose sin is covered.
32:2. Blessed is the man to whom the LORD does not impute iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no deceit.
32:3. When I kept silent, my bones grew old Through my groaning all the day long.
32:4. For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality was turned into the drought of summer. Selah
Deceit means that one does not want to confess his sin.
Consequently, his bones grow old, so he is bent spiritually like a woman who is bent over in the synagogue for eighteen years. He is marked with 666 until being the same as antichrist.
Further, the deceit means that one does not want to confess his sin, but blames others. He covers his sin by blaming others, even God.
Consequently, he will be destroyed forever.
- Obeying the teaching word or obedience.
By the power of Holy Spirit, we can obey the word, so it is written at hand (deed) and mouth (testifying about the word).
Revelation 13:16-18
13:16. He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,
13:17. and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
13:18. Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.
If our mind, heart, hand, and mouth are marked with the teaching word, we will receive the heavenly wisdom and bliss, so antichrist is unable to mark with 666.
The perfect example of being obedient is Jesus.
There are three points of His obedience as follows:
- Water baptism in the Jordan River.
Matthew 3:13-16
3:13. Then Jesus came from Galilee to John at the Jordan to be baptized by him.
3:14. And John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I need to be baptized by You, and are You coming to me?"
3:15. But Jesus answered and said to him, "Permit it to be so now, for thus it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he allowed Him.
3:16. When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were openedto Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.
Jesus is an innocent man and knows no sin, so He does not need to be baptized in the water.
Why is Jesus baptized in the water?
- To do the will of the Father in heaven although it contradicts the logic as well as He must sacrifice the dignity or prestige.
Jesus should have baptized John, but He keeps prioritizing the will of Father more than the logic.
- To give the example of the true water baptism.
Romans 6:4
6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Colossians 2:12
2:12. buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.
The true water baptism is that one who has died to sin or repented must be buried in water with Jesus and come out or rise from water with Him to receive the new or heavenly life. At that time, the heavens are opened.
1 Peter 3:20-21
3:20. who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.
3:21. There is also an antitype which now saves us--baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
There is only one ark that is able to save. Likewise, there is only one true water baptism.
The new life means having a good conscience, namely obedience.
The result is that we experience the heavenly bliss.
- In Gethsemane, Jesus prayed not to be crucified. It refers to the worship prayer, namely the process to tear the flesh with all of its lusts and will, so we can receive God's will although we have to suffer in the flesh.
We sacrifice self-will through the worship prayer.
If the flesh is torn, Holy Spirit will be poured out to give the heavenly bliss to us.
- Jesus sacrifices His whole life on the cross.
Philippians 2:8-9
2:8. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
2:9. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
Jesus becomes obedient to the point of death on cross, so He receives the name which is above every name, namely the powerful name of Jesus.
If we become obedient until the flesh does not sound anymore (The Veil is torn), we can cry out the powerful name of Jesus. We receive the power of the name of Jesus in every step of our life.
The results are as follows:
- The power of the name of Jesus is the same as the one of winning over Satan the trinity.
Philippians 2:10
2:10. that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,
The beast in heaven refers to the dragon or Satan.
The beast on earth refers to the false prophet.
The beast under the earth refers to the antichrist.
Satan is the source of sins up to the peak.
The power of the name of Jesus is able to help, so we can live in righteousness and holiness.
Satan is the source of impossible problems. The power of the name of Jesus is able to finish all impossible problems.
Satan is the source of tears. The power of the name of Jesus is able to wipe tears and give the happiness.
- The power of the name of Jesus lifts us up.
Philippians 2:9
2:9. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
Acts 3:6-7
3:6. Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk."
3:7. And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
The power of the name of Jesus lifts us up from paralysis, especially the spiritual one.
Failure becomes success and beauty.
The fall in marriage and children will be recovered.
The falls in sin will be lifted up.
We are also used in the revival of the building of the body of Christ in the last rain.
- The power of the name of Jesus is the one of renewal from fleshly men to spiritual ones like Jesus.
Philippians 2:11
2:11. and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Ephesians 4:24-25
4:24. and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
4:25. Therefore, putting away lying, "Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor," for we are members of one another.
The new man starts from there is no more lie.
A liar cannot be helped by God, but when we become honest, we will experience the power of the name of Jesus that is able to help us.
A widow of Zarephath is honest, believing, and obedient. As a result, the miracle happens.s
She is taken care of. She has no lack.
Martha faces Lazarus who has died for four days but when she is honest, believing, and obedient, she experiences miracle, namely Lazarus is raised.
We keep experiencing miracle until Jesus comes a second time that we are changed to become as perfect as He is. We do not stumble in word. We greet Jesus when He comes a second time by saying, "Alleluia!"
God blesses us.
