Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 11:3
11:3. "And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth."One thousand two hundred and sixty days is the same as three and a half years when the Antichrist reigns over the world.
God sends two witnesses, namely Moses and Elijah to strengthen the church or servants of God who are left in the days of the persecution of the antichrist for three and a half years.
They are strengthened, so they do not worship the antichrist or deny Jesus but keep worshipping Jesus although they must be tormented up to being beheaded to fulfill the measurement of the worship, namely obedience until the flesh does not speak anymore. But, they will be risen in the body of glory when Jesus comes a second time, so they are worthy to greet Him on the glorious clouds.
Why is Elijah chosen by God to become His witness in the world when the antichrist reigns over the world? He is chosen because he has faced the Israelites who worshipped Baal.
1 Kings 18:20-21
18:20. So Ahab sent for all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together on Mount Carmel.
18:21. And Elijah came to all the people, and said, "How long will you falter between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him." But the people answered him not a word.
Judges 2:11-13
2:11. Then the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD, and served the Baals;
2:12. and they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, who had brought them out of the land of Egypt; and they followed other gods from among the gods of the people who were all around them, and they bowed down to them; and they provoked the LORD to anger.
2:13. They forsook the LORD and served Baal and the Ashtoreths. One of Baal's names is Ashtoreth.
The Israelites worshipped the Ashtoreth, so they left God, the fountain of living waters.
Jeremiah 2:13
2:13. "For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, the fountain of living waters, And hewn themselves cisterns--broken cisterns that can hold no water.
The fountain of living waters refers to the true teaching word.
Leaving God, the fountain of living waters, means that one rejects the true teaching word.
Hewing broken cisterns that can hold no water means that one turns to the false teaching and worship.
Isaiah 29:5-6
29:5. "Moreover the multitude of your foes Shall be like fine dust, And the multitude of the terrible ones Like chaff that passes away; Yes, it shall be in an instant, suddenly.
29:6. You will be punished by the LORD of hosts With thunder and earthquake and great noise, With storm and tempest And the flame of devouring fire. One who rejects the true teaching word is the same as the chaff, and he will be destroyed in the twinkling of an eye.
The meanings of the spiritual chaff are as follows:
- The servant of God who is only satisfied with physical blessings but does not want to be filled by the true teaching word. It is the same as being empty.
1 John 1:10
1:10. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
Not being filled by the Word or not experiencing the purification, we will not be able to confess our sin, but we just blame at others and God. It means that we are empty. We are never satisfied or happy.
- The ungodly servant of God who cannot stand in the congregation of the righteous or the true fellowship that is based on the true teaching word.
Psalm 1:4-5
1:4. The ungodlyare not so, But are like the chaffwhich the wind drives away.
1:5. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
Consequently, he cannot enter the unity of the perfect body of Christ.
- The Gentiles who want to be free or do not want to be shepherded well and correctly.
Isaiah 17:12-13
17:12. Woe to the multitude of many people Who make a noise like the roar of the seas, And to the rushing of nations That make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!
17:13. The nations will rush like the rushing of many waters; But God will rebuke them and they will flee far away, And be chased like the chaffof the mountains before the wind, Like a rolling thing before the whirlwind.
Revelation 17:1,5,15
17:1. Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, "Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,
17:5. And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
17:15. Then he said to me, "The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.
Consequently, one will be controlled by Babylon the great, the mother of harlots. It means that he commits sins up to the peak, namely the sins of eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse) and marrying-giving in marriage (fornication between man and woman who are not husband and wife, mixed-marriage, divorce-remarrying, and free sex).
- The servant of God who never experiences the renewal of life from fleshly men to spiritual ones like Jesusalthough he has already ministered to God.
Jeremiah 13:23-24
13:23. Can the Ethiopian change his skin or the leopard its spots? Then may you also do good who are accustomed to do evil.
13:24. "Therefore I will scatter them like stubble That passes away by the wind of the wilderness.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
3:1. But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:
3:2. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3:3. unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,
3:4. traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
3:5. having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
He does not experience the renewal of life because he rejects the power of godliness, namely the cross. It means that he does not want to suffer in the flesh with Jesus. He just looks for the thing that is comfortable for flesh.
He also rejects the sword of the word that is able to purify and change him.
Consequently, he keeps the flesh and blood man with the eighteen attitudes of flesh, so he is marked 666. He becomes the same as the antichrist who will be destroyed in the twinkling of an eye.
1 Corinthians 15:51-52
15:51. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed--
15:52. in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. The right attitude is that we use the very short time to hear and obey the true teaching word or trumpet sound, so we are purified and changed little by little until we become as perfect as Jesus when He comes a second time.
Our life and death are not important. The important thing is that we use the opportunity as well as possible to hear and obey the true teaching word as long as we live, so we experience the renewal of life up to being perfect like Jesus and becoming the heavenly bride.
What must be changed in the twinkling of an eye?
- When the Israelites doubted to God, there was no rain. The doubtmust be changed into believing and obedience.
As a result, there will be rain in the twinkling of an eye.
1 Kings 18:21,45
18:21. And Elijah came to all the people, and said, "How long will you falter between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him." But the people answered him not a word.
18:45. Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain. So Ahab rode away and went to Jezreel.
- Lying tongueis changed to become honest.
Proverbs 12:19
12:19. The truthful lip shall be established forever, But a lying tongue is but for a moment.
If we are honest, believing, and obedient, the altar of the LORD that is broken down will be repaired.
1 Kings 18:30
18:30. Then Elijah said to all the people, "Come near to me." So all the people came near to him. And he repaired the altar of the LORD that was broken down.
We become the house of prayer.
1 Kings 18:38-39
18:38. Then the fire of the LORD fell and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood and the stones and the dust, and it licked up the water that was in the trench.
18:39. Now when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces; and they said, "The LORD, He is God! The LORD, He is God!"
As a result, the restoration happens and God answers our prayer.
- Impatience and not perseveringare changed into patience and perseverance until we fulfill the measurement of God. We can totally surrender to God. We fall down before God a lot.
1 Kings 18:41-45
18:41. Then Elijah said to Ahab, "Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain."
18:42. So Ahab went up to eat and drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; then he bowed down on the ground, and put his face between his knees,
18:43. and said to his servant, "Go up now, look toward the sea." So he went up and looked, and said, "There is nothing." And seven times he said, "Go again."
8:44. Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, "There is a cloud, as small as a man's hand, rising out of the sea!" So he said, "Go up, say to Ahab, 'Prepare your chariot, and go down
18:45. Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain. So Ahab rode away and went to Jezreel.
As a result, we will see a cloud, as small as a man's hand on the sky. God is remembering and struggling for us by stretching out His nail-pierced hands that are often insulted and diminished by men.
There is the big cloud of glory behind God's nail-pierced hands that cannot be blocked by anything in this world.
The results of falling down at Jesus' feet are as follows:
- The renewal of life, namely we can confess our sin to God and others. Do not sin anymore after being forgiven!
We can also confess our failures. We can confess that all things are from God.
Luke 5:8-10
5:8. When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, "Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!"
5:9. For he and all who were with him were astonished at the catch of fish which they had taken;
5:10. and so also were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, "Do not be afraid. From now on you will catch men."
As a result, there is miracle from no fish to many fish. We are taken care of by God miraculously in the midst of difficulties and shocks in the world until the antichrist reigns over the world for three and a half years.
Our worry or fear in the world is changed into the fear of God.
Fisherman becomes the fisher of men. It means that we prioritize God and the ministry more than anything.
- Healing all of physical diseases including the spiritual ones, namely stress, weariness, and heavy burden.
All things become easy and light.
Mark 5:29-33
5:29. Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction.
5:30. And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, "Who touched My clothes?"
5:31. But His disciples said to Him, "You see the multitude thronging You, and You say, 'Who touched Me?'"
5:32. And He looked around to see her who had done this thing.
5:33. But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth.
The disease and destruction in marriage and children are also healed. God is able to restore them up to the unity of the marriage and children in the marriage supper of the Lamb of God.
- God also weeps when a young man falls down and weeps a lot.
John 11:32-35
11:32. Then, when Mary came where Jesus was, and saw Him, she fell down at His feet, saying to Him, "Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died."
11:33. Therefore, when Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her weeping, He groaned in the spirit and was troubled.
11:34. And He said, "Where have you laid him?" They said to Him, "Lord, come and see.
11:35. Jesus wept.
Lazarus is risen. It means that the decay is changed into fragrance, failure becomes success and beauty, and the impossible thing becomes possible.
It continues until Jesus comes a second time that we are changed to become as perfect as He is. We are worthy to greet His coming on the glorious clouds.
God blesses us.
