From Delayed Broadcast of Fellowship Service in NiasPeace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 24:1-224:1Then Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the temple.
24:2 And Jesus said to them, "Do you not see all these things? Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down." Matthew 24 refers to the condemnation of God to the world that transgresses His law. The condemnation begins from the temple.
The service of the Israelites is only proud of the physical temple built for forty six years.
John 2:19-212:19 Jesus answered and said to them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."
2:20 Then the Jews said, "It has taken forty–six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?"
2:21 But He was speaking of the temple of His body. The figure forty six refers to the two tablets of stone. There are four commandments on the first tablet and six on the second one. It shows that the service of the house of Israel was in the system of the Law.
There are many churches in the last days that perform the service in the system of the Law like the house of Israel did. The signs are as follows.
- Prioritizing the physical things such as big building, a lot of money, and human, not the true teaching Word or Jesus Himself.
- Being set tidily with worldly ways such as entertainment, management, and human rules in order to bring many people to come, so there is no right consecration.
Consequently, Jesus went out of the temple. It means there is no Jesus in the service and ministry or there is no spiritual value as follows.
- There is no righteousness.
Galatians 3:11
3:11 But that no one is justifiedby the law in the sight of God is evident, for "the just shall live by faith."
- There is no liberty of Holy Spirit.
Galatians 5:18
5:18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
Be careful because there are many servants of God who preach the Word without the liberty of Holy Spirit.
Genesis 3:2, 2:16
3:2 And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eatthe fruit of the trees of the garden;
2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, "Of every tree of the garden you may freelyeat;
The fact found in it is taking away the word “freely.” It means that the preaching of the Word is bound or limited by the time. The content is also limited.
Consequently, the congregation is still bound by the sin.
Genesis 3:3, 2:17
3:3 "but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat it, nor shall you touchit, lest you die.' "
2:17 "but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die."
Adding the word ‘touch’ means that the Word is added with joke, fable, and so on to touch the emotion of the congregation. They are never touched by God.
Consequently, they never change. They keep on being blood and flesh human until being the same as the antichrist.
The service in the system of Law causes the nakedness and ones are not ashamed like dog and swine falling and rising in sin and living in curses. The condition is the same as the temple that falls and perishes.
The solution is in the service and ministry done spiritually, namely the ministry in the body of Christ that prioritizes Jesus as the Head. It is the service to God in the mercy system by the sacrifice of Jesus. The results are as follows.
- We are justified by the sacrifice of Christ, so we can live in righteousness.
Romans 4:25
4:25 who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.
- Holy Spirit is poured out.
John 16:7
16:7 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.
2 Corinthians 3:17
3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
We can serve and minister to God with the liberty of Holy Spirit. We can live in the liberty of Holy Spirit as follows.
- Walking in the Spirit.
Galatians 5:16-17
5:16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
5:17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
We do not fulfill the fleshly will, but God’s. We can obey the Word although it is not in line with our logic.
Psalm 119:105
119:105 NUN. Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.
The Word that is obeyed will be the lamp to our feet and the light to our path. The lamp to our feet means that we will never stumble. The light to our path means that the Word gives us the direction so that we are never lost, but able to enter the city of light or New Jerusalem. The obedient person has the beautiful and joyful future life.
- Being led by the Spirit.
Galatians 5:18-21
5:18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
5:19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,
5:20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,
5:21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Romans 8:13
8:13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
We can live in righteousness and be used to become the instruments of righteousness to serve and minister to God faithfully and correctly.
Proverbs 10:2-3
10:2 Treasures of wickedness profit nothing, But righteousnessdelivers from death.
10:3 The LORD will not allow the righteous soul to famish, But He casts away the desire of the wicked.
Proverbs 11:4
11:4 Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, But righteousnessdelivers from death.
As a result, we are saved from the condemnation of God and cared by Him abundantly until we can give thanks.
- Living in the Spirit.
Galatians 5:22-26
5:22 But the fruit of the Spiritis love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
5:23 gentleness, self–control. Against such there is no law.
5:24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
5:26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.
The fact found in it is being obedient until the flesh does not sound anymore. The sound of the flesh is being conceited, provoking and envying one another.
As a result, we can produce the fruits of Holy Spirit as follows.
- Love, joy, peace = the image of Father God.
- Longsuffering, kindness, goodness = the image of the Son of God.
- Faithfulness, gentleness, self-control = the image of Holy Spirit God.
We return to the first creation with the image or likeness of God the Trinity.
Genesis 1:26
1:26 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."
We get the power to defeat Satan the trinity that is the source of problems, sufferings, and failures. God is forming our characteristics when we are facing the pressure and distress so that we can have the image of God the trinity. The requirement is being silent and correcting our life by the sharpness of the sword of the Word. Finding the sin in our life, we must confess to God and others. We do not repeat the sin after being forgiven. We confess that we are only clay that is powerless, unworthy, and not able. The hand of God will change us little by little. The spiritual miracle happens and the physical one does too. The hand of God is able to create something that does not exist and make the impossible possible.
We are changed to be as glorious as Jesus is when He comes a second time. We are lifted up on the glorious clouds.
God blesses you.
