To coincide with the Upgrading of Priests

Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The three things that we must pay attention to for enteringthe New Jerusalem are as follows:

  1. The Book of Life.
The name must be written in the Book of Life. It means experiencing the redemption by the blood of Jesus.

  2. A pure river of water of life, proceeding from the throne of God. It refers to the power of Holy Spirit.

  3. The tree of life.

ad. 3.
Revelation 22:2
22:2. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

The tree of life yields its fruit every month. It refers to the Word of God that grows the church of God.

The growth of the church of God has been prophesied by the one of the Israelites.

Exodus 1:1-7
1:1. Now these are the names of the children of Israel who came to Egypt; each man and his household came with Jacob:
1:2. Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah;
1:3. Issachar, Zebulun, and Benjamin;
1:4. Dan, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
1:5. All those who were descendants of Jacob were seventy persons (for Joseph was in Egypt already).
1:6. And Joseph died, all his brothers, and all that generation.
1:7. But the children of Israel were fruitful and increased abundantly, multiplied and grew exceedingly mighty; and the land was filled with them.

The growth of the Israelites was Jacob --> twelve sons --> seventy men --> unlimited number.
The growth of the church of God is Jesus --> twelve disciples --> seventy disciples --> three thousand people --> five thousand people --> unlimited number.

The two kinds of the growth of the church of God are as follows:

  1. The growth in quantity. It is the result of the working of the Gospel Word or good news.
The Gospel Word preaches Jesus' first coming to the world to die on the cross and save the sinners, so the number of the saved people is increased.

  2. The growth in quality. It is the result of the working of the teaching Word or the Bride Tidings.
The teaching Word preaches Jesus' second coming in the glory of the King of kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom to purify the saved people up to perfection like Jesus until becoming the heavenly bride.

The growth of the church of God is signified by number twelve and seventy. Jesus sends twelve and seventy disciples. The number twelve and seventy refers to the deputation. So, the church of God must experience the spiritual growth until we are used or sent by God. We are consecrated as the priests and kings.

1 Peter 2:9-10
2:9. But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
2:10. who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

The priest and king refer to one who receives God's call and election. It is God's mercy through His sacrifice on the cross.

Why do we have to receive God's call and election?
Romans 3:23
3:23. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

All men in the world have sinned, got naked and lost the glory of God since Adam and Eve sinned in garden Eden, got naked, and were cast into the world. Men have no ability to return to God. If it continues, men will be separated from God forever and destroyed.

That is why God calls and chooses the sinners including the Gentiles.
How to?
Luke 6:12-13
6:12. Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountainto pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
6:13. And when it was day, He called His disciples to Himself; and from them He chose twelve whom He also named apostles:

  • Jesus must go out to the mountain. It means that He willingly suffers to the point of death on Golgotha to save the sinners. It is the blood sign.

  • Jesus lifts up the intercession prayer. It is the incense sign.

In the Old Testament, once a year Aaron as the high priest entered the Holy of Holiest of Tabernacle and brought blood and incense to make propitiation of the sins of the Israelites.

In the New Testament, Jesus as the High Priest enters the throne of heaven and brings His own blood, and He always prays--the incense--until now to make propitiation for the sins of all men including the Gentiles. And it is done every time.
The results are as follows:

  1. Setting us free from the sins by His blood. It is God's call to the sinner.
    Revelation 1:5
1:5. and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood,

Being encouraged by the Word that shows our sin, we can realize, regret, and confess it, so Jesus' blood forgives and sets us free from it.
The fact found in it is that we are not accused, and we do not accuse others.

  2. Lifting us up to become the priests and kings who glorify God forever. It is God's election.
    Revelation 1:6
1:6. and has made us kings and prieststo His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

    The priest is as follows:

    • The true man.
    • One who has ministry and ministers to God according to the ministry and gift that God gives to him. It means having the tunic of many colors.

    • One who ministers faithfully and correctly according to the ministry that God gives to him until the finish line.

Why do we have to become the priestsand kings?

    • We do not become naked like dog and swine but receive the tunic of many colors.

    • Only the priests and kings can return to the One-Thousand-Year Kingdom of Peace (the upcoming Paradise).

      Revelation 20:6
20:6. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

    • The priests and kings dwell in the New Jerusalem or the heavenly kingdom.
      Revelation 22:3,5
22:3. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.
22:5. There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

That is why Jesus makes effort earnestly to the point of death in curse on the cross. But, He is risen and ascends to heaven. He lifts up the intercession prayer to call and choose the sinners, so they become the priests and kings who minister to God with the tunic of many colors. As a result, their life becomes beautiful up to entering the New Jerusalem.

That is why we must also make effort earnestly to receive God's call and election by willingly sacrificing anything.

Do not have too much calculation with God like Judas Iscariot! Consequently, he is not counted by God but destroyed forever.

The facts of receiving God's call and election are as follows:

  1. Repenting and being reborn. It means stopping committing sin and returning to God , so we can live in righteousness.

  2. Ministering to God faithfully and fervently until the finish line.

2 Peter 1:10-11

1:10. Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and electionsure, for if you do these things you will never stumble;
1:11. for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We must make effort earnestly to hold fast the call and election--the ministry--until the finish line. It means ministering to God faithfully and fervently according to the ministry that God gives to us completely or until the finish line, so we receive an entrance into the heavenly kingdom. It is the birthright, namely the right to inherit the heavenly kingdom and enter the spiritual marriage or the marriage supper of the Lamb of God.

Why do we have to make effort earnestly to fight for our service and ministry to God?

  1. The atmosphere of deputation is as lambs among wolves.
    Luke 10:3
10:3. "Go your way; behold, I send you out as lambs among wolves.

    It means as follows:

    • The fear atmosphere especially fearing to sacrifice time, power, feeling, et cetera.

    • Facing the wild wolves. It refers to the wild mouth, namely gossip and evil speaking, and the wild lust of the flesh.

    • Facing the impossibility.

  2. Many are called, but few are chosen.

That is why we must make effort earnestly, so we do not lose our birthright like Esau. Why did Esau lose his birthright?

  1. He liked to hunt in the field. He did not like to dwell in tents.
    Genesis 25:27,29
25:27. So the boys grew. And Esau was a skillful hunter, a man of the field; but Jacob was a mild man, dwelling in tents.
25:29. Now Jacob cooked a stew; and Esau came in from the field, and he was weary.

The world is controlled by the spirit of hunting as follows:

    • The hunting of money.
    • The hunting of the physical entertainment that aims at the sin of fornication.

The spirit of hunting has come in the church of God, so it just hunts for money and entertainment but without purification, so the congregation is naked like dog and swine. The purpose is building Babylon or the false church, namely Satan's bride who will be destroyed.

Consequently, the system of the ministry is walking about, and not being shepherded. One never enters the narrow door of the sheepfold, starting from the shepherd and the congregation. Consequently he is weary, heavy burdens, and labor. He is never satisfied, so he looks for the worldly satisfaction, and falls into the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage up to perdition.

  2. Becoming spiritual fornicator and profaneperson.
    Genesis 25:30-32
25:30. And Esau said to Jacob, "Please feed me with that same red stew, for I am weary." Therefore his name was called Edom.
25:31. But Jacob said, "Sell me your birthright as of this day."
25:32. And Esau said, "Look, I am about to die; so what is this birthright to me?"

    Hebrews 12:16
12:16. lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright.

It means sacrificing the spiritual thing such as righteousness and the ministry the get the worthless physical thing.

    Hebrews 12:17
12:17. For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.

Consequently, Esau lost his birthright. He wept in the world up to the hell forever.

Jacob is one who made effort earnestly not to lose the birthright.
Genesis 25:27
25:27. So the boys grew. And Esau was a skillful hunter, a man of the field; but Jacob was a mild man, dwelling in tents.

Jacob dwelt in tents. It refers to the shepherding system. He was shepherded well and correctly. It means as follows:

  • Being shepherded to the true teaching Word or Jesus like a branch that abides in the true vine.

  • Obeying the voice of the shepherd or the shepherding Word, namely the true teaching word that is preached by the shepherd regularly.

Ezekiel 20:37
20:37. "I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant;

So, the rod of the shepherd or the shepherding Word will lead us to enter the sheepfold or the Holy Place, namely the perseverance in committing the three kinds of main service to God. In the sheepfold, our body, soul, and spirit attach to the trinity of of God, so the trinity of Satan cannot touch us. The fact is that we are calm, full, and satisfied. We can testify to others.

God just counts the sheep that are in the shepherding. Jesus is the Head who has been responsible to the point of death on the Place of a Skull to remember, care, and struggle for us who are powerless like a hair.

Genesis 3:7-8
3:7. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.
3:8. And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.

As a result, God remembers and cares for us, so He sets us free from our inmost feeling which is in suffering, so we experience peace. All things become easy and light.

Job 31:4
31:4. Does He not see my ways, And count all my steps?

God counts all our steps or every our heart beat for there is but a step between us and death

  • We are in the steps of faith or righteousness, so the death cannot touch us.

  • The beautiful steps or the ones of the ministry.

Romans 10:15
10:15. And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!"

We are used to testify the good news to the sinners, so they believe in Jesus and be saved. We also testify the Bride Tidings to the saved people, so they are shepherded up to perfection.

God guarantees the beautiful and successful future in His time.

Matthew 10:30
10:30. "But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

Acts 27:34
27:34. "Therefore I urge you to take nourishment, for this is for your survival, since not a hair will fall from the head of any of you."

God remembers a hair in the midst of the wavy sea of the world. It means that God is able to protect and take care of our life that is powerless in the midst of the increasing difficulties of the world.

God is able to finish all of impossible problems and calm all wind and waves.

We are used in the building of the body of Christ, starting from marriage, shepherding, inter shepherding until the Israelites and Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ. The more we are used, the more beautiful our life is.

God is able to purify and change us up to perfection completely. We become the heavenly bride who is ready to greet Jesus when He comes a second time until we enter the New Jerusalem.

God blesses us.
