Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 7:15-167:15 "Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them.
7:16 "They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat. The activity of God on the throne of heaven is dwelling, spreading the wings, or giving His covering for us.
There are four curtains of the Tabernacle as follows:
- The curtains of the Tabernacle.
Exodus 26:1-6
26:1. "Moreover you shall make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine woven linen and blue, purple, and scarlet thread; with artistic designs of cherubim you shall weave them.
26:2. "The length of each curtain shall be twenty-eight cubits, and the width of each curtain four cubits. And every one of the curtains shall have the same measurements.
26:3. "Five curtains shall be coupled to one another, and the other five curtains shall be coupled to one another.
26:4. "And you shall make loops of blue yarn on the edge of the curtain on the selvedge of one set, and likewise you shall do on the outer edge of the other curtain of the second set.
26:5. "Fifty loops you shall make in the one curtain, and fifty loops you shall make on the edge of the curtain that is on the end of the second set, that the loops may be clasped to one another.
26:6. "And you shall make fifty clasps of gold, and couple the curtains together with the clasps, so that it may be one tabernacle.
The curtains of the Tabernacle have four main colors as follows:
- Blue.
- Purple.
- Scarlet thread= red.
- Linen= white.
These colors are the same as the ones of the screen of the gate.
Exodus 27:16
27:16. " For the gateof the court there shall be a screen twenty cubits long, woven of blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine woven linen, made by a weaver. It shall have four pillars and four sockets.
Exodus 26:3
26:3. "Five curtains shall be coupled to one another, and the other five curtains shall be coupled to one another.
There are ten curtains of Tabernacle that are divided into two parts as follows:
- Five curtains that cover the Holy Place. It refers to the faith.
- Five curtains that cover the Most Holy Place. It refers to the work of faith.
It means that the curtains of the Tabernacle refer to the ones of faith with the works. It is written in the epistle of James.
Romans 10:17
10:17. So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
The true faith comes by hearing the Word of God.
The Word of God means the true teaching one in the anointing of Holy Spirit. It means that Holy Spirit helps us to hear the Word earnestly until we understand it, so we believe in it (the Word becomes faith in our heart), and we practice it (the work of faith).
We have to heed two things in hearing the Word as follows:
- Do we accept and experience the curtain of faith or not? If there is no curtain of faith, the Tabernacle will be opened and destroyed. It depends on our attitude when hearing the Word of God.
- The thing that we hear must be the truth of the Word.
Hebrews 13:7-9
13:7. Remember those who rule over you, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow, considering the outcome of their conduct.
13:8. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
13:9. Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.
A pastor must follow the example of Jesus, so he becomes the example of faith for the congregation and they feel the presence of Jesus.
- A shepherd must hold fast the true teaching Word which means as follows:
- Being written in the bible.
- Being revealed by God, namely a verse explains other verses in the bible.
- Daring to reveal the true marriage and hidden sins.
- Being preached not to get physical advantage.
- A shepherd must be righteous in his whole life.
- A shepherd must keep believing and hoping God especially in facing problem up to the impossible one.
Hebrews 13:17
13:17. Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you.
The fact found in the congregation who receive the curtain of faith is obeying the voice of shepherd or the shepherding Word God entrusts to a pastor to preach to the congregation, and running away from strange voice.
John 10:5
10:5. "Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers."
The result is that the sheep feel the power of intercession prayer from the pastor and the Chief Shepherd. We experience the curtain of protection and preservation physically in the middle of difficulties and disasters in the world, up to the age of the antichrist who reigns over the world for three and a half years.
Spiritually, God protects us from sins of evil and uncleanness, so we are not stumbled but firm in righteousness and salvation up to perfection.
- The curtains of goats' hair.
Exodus 26:7
26:7. " You shall also make curtains of goats' hair,to be a tent over the tabernacle. You shall make eleven curtains.
The hair refers to the holiness.
Number 6:5
6:5. 'All the days of the vow of his separation no razor shall come upon his head; until the days are fulfilled for which he separated himself to the LORD, he shall be holy. Then he shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.
The hair also refers to the anointing of Holy Spirit.
2 Kings 1:8
1:8. So they answered him, "A hairy man wearing a leather belt around his waist." And he said, "It is Elijah the Tishbite."
Mark 1:6
1:6. Now John was clothed with camel's hair and with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey.
The curtains of goat's hair refer to the holiness in the Holy Spirit.
Exodus 26:9
26:9. "And you shall couple five curtains by themselves and six curtains by themselves, and you shall double over the sixth curtain at the forefront of the tent.
There are eleven curtains of goat's hair that are divided into two parts as follows:
- Six curtains that cover the Holy Place. It refers to the holiness in the Holy Spirit.
- Five curtains that cover the Most Holy Place. It refers to the work of holiness or hope.
It means that the curtains of goat's hair refer to the ones of holiness and hope by Holy Spirit. It is written in the first and second epistles of Peter.
The curtains of goat's hair are useful as a stabilizer. It means as follows:
- Restraining the heat of the sun during the day. It means restraining the temptation or problems, so we are not disappointed and desperate, but keep giving thanks to God.
- Warming us in the wilderness that is very cold in the evening.
It means warming our spirituality, so we do not experience the spiritual cold, but keep ministering to God faithfully and fervently according to the ministry that He gives to us.
- Protecting us from destruction in the wilderness, namely the one in marriage and children, economy, ministry, future life, et cetera.
The heat during the day and the cold during the evening will cause the destruction.
The fact of having the curtains of goat's hair is being honest and obedient.
Romans 8:15
8:15. For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, "Abba, Father."
It starts from being honest about God/the teaching word. We support the true fellowship and refuse the false one.
We will never be destroyed as long as we are honest and obedient.
- The covering of ram's skins dyed red.
Exodus 26:14a
26:14a. "You shall also make a covering of ram skins dyed redfor the tent,
The ram refers to Jesus as the Lamb of God.
Jesus must be slain and skinned on the cross. It is a sacrifice.
The red color refers to the blood of Jesus or the love.
It means that the covering of ram's skins dyed red refers to the one of Jesus' love and sacrifice as the Lamb of God.
The size and quantity of the first and second coverings are clearly mentioned, but the third one is different because the size and quantity are not mentioned. It means that Jesus' love and sacrifice are not limited by anything for people who believe in Him. It is written in the gospel according to John and the first, second, and third epistles of John.
John 3:16
3:16. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
The fact of having the curtains of love is loving one another.
1 John 4:10-11
4:10. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
4:11. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
Loving one another means as follows:
- We love others as we love ourselves.
- We can love our enemy. We return good for evil.
It starts from marriage where we have our closest neighbor.
We do, speak, and think to others like we want them to do, speak, and think.
- The covering of badger's skins.
Exodus 26:14b
26:14b. and a covering of badger skinsabove that.
It is the same as the curtains of God the Father that is made from seal's skin that is flexible, resilient, and resistant to the influence of weather. This covering is on the top. It means the one that protects us from the punishment of God. It is written in the epistle of Jude.
For example, God the Father protected Noah and his family, so they were not destroyed by floodwaters.
In the age of Lot, he was saved from fire and brimstone, so he was not destroyed.
The size of this covering is not mentioned also. It refers to an unlimited condition. It means that the punishment of God is unlimited for those who refuse the love of God in Christ's sacrifice.
The results of having the curtains of faith (James), hope/holiness (Peter), and love (John) are as follows:
- We will receive the curtains of punishment. It means that we are protected from God's punishment which is to come, namely three times seven punishments of the Trinity of God or the doomsday.
The proof that we are protected from God's punishment is experiencing peace. All things become easy and light.
- We can ascend into the hill of worship. We worship God delightfully. We just see Him, cry out, and totally surrender to Him.
Matthew 17:1-2
17:1. Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and Johnhis brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves;
17:2. and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light.
As a result, God will stretch out His powerful hands as follows:
- The power of life renewal.
We are changed to become strong and of good courage to face anything. We keep ministering God faithfully and totally surrendering to Him.
- The power of God to use us.
We are used to become the pillar in the building of the perfect body of Christ. It starts from marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, until the Israelites and Gentiles become one body.
Galatians 2:9
2:9. and when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that had been given to me, they gave me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised.
If there is a pillar that can be steadfast in the household, God is still able to restore and establish the sloping one.
Galatians 2:10
2:10. They desired only that we should remember the poor, the very thing which I also was eager to do.
We are used to become a witness for the poor physically (we can give to others) and spiritually (sinful man).
- The power of resurrection.
Mark 5:35-37,41-43
5:35. While He was still speaking, some came from the ruler of the synagogue's house who said, "Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?"
5:36. As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said to the ruler of the synagogue, "Do not be afraid; only believe."
5:37. And He permitted no one to follow Him except Peter, James, and John the brother of James.
5:41. Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her, "Talitha, cumi," which is translated, "Little girl, I say to you, arise."
5:42. Immediately the girl arose and walked, for she was twelve years of age. And they were overcome with great amazement.
5:43. But He commanded them strictly that no one should know it, and said that something should be given her to eat.
God is able to raise the thing that has died.
- The power of lifting up.
1 Corinthians 13:12-13
13:12. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
13:13. And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
God is able to lift us up from the fall into sin, failure, and decadence. All things are restored until we are lifted up to the glorious clouds. We are perfect and worthy to stand before the throne of heaven. We minister to Him day and night with our family.
God blesses us.
