Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 11:1
11:1. Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, "Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.
This is about the measuring rod, the one of the shepherd, or the shepherding Word.
The shepherding Word refers to the true teaching Word which God entrusts to a pastor that he may deliver to the congregation faithfully, regularly, sequentially, and repetitively. The results are as follows:
- It becomes the spiritual food for the congregation so that they can be strong and of courage for waiting for Jesus' second coming and growing towards the perfection.
- It becomes the rod of command for arranging the things which can and cannot be done, so we do neither fall nor go astray.
- It becomes the measuring rod for measuring the following two things:
- The temple of God or our life.
The measure is living in holiness and glorifying God.
The temple of God also refers to the fellowship in the marriage, shepherding, and inter-shepherding.
- The golden altar of incense or the worship prayer.
There are three levels of the worship prayer which is measured by the measuring rod as follows:
- The worship prayer on earth.
Revelation 11:19
11:19. Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.
The measure is until the Veil is torn or the flesh does not speak anymore. Thus, the Ark of the Covenant can be seen.
The Ark of the Covenant consists of the following two things:
- The mercy seat with the two cherubim of pure gold.
The first cherub refers to Father God or the Lord.
The mercy seat refers to the Son of God or Jesus.
The second cherub refers to Holy Spirit God or Christ.
Thus, the mercy seat refers to the Trinity of God in Jesus Himself in the glory as the King of all kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom.
- The Ark of the shittim wood whose color is black, but overlaid with gold inside and out, so the wood cannot be seen anymore.
It refers to the church that is being overlaid and adorned from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones like Jesus.
1 Peter 3:1-6
3:1. Wives, likewise, be submissive to your own husbands, that even if some do not obey the word, they, without a word, may be won by the conduct of their wives,
3:2 when they observe your chaste conduct accompanied by fear.
3:3 Do not let your adornment be merely outward--arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel--
3:4 rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.
3:5 For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being submissiveto their own husbands,
3:6 as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror.
The renewal of the church must be as follows:
- Gentleness. It means as follows:
- The ability to receive the true teaching Word which is hard and sharper than any two-edged sword.
- The ability to receive other people in their goodness, so we can take the example, as well as in their weakness, so we can forgive and forget their sins.
- Quietness.
It means that we keep silent or do the introspection in our life through the sharpness of the sword of the Word.
Finding sin, we must confess to God and others. After being forgiven, we must not repeat the sin.
Finding failure, we must confess it so that God can fix it.
The gentleness and quietness refer to the renewal from inside. It is very precious before God's eyes.
- Submissionor obedience until the flesh does not speak anymore like Jesus who is obedient until He dies.
The submission refers to the renewal from outside or adornment.
If one is gentle and quiet, he must be able to be submissive.
For example, Sarah was gentle, quiet, and submissive.
The results are as follows:
- All doors in the world will be opened like the opening of the womb of Sarah.
- Being the perfect church that is given the two wings of a great eagle. We are evacuated to the wilderness for three and a half years, far away from the presence of the Antichrist.
Revelation 12:1,3,6,14
12:1. Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.
12:3 And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads.
12:6 Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
12:14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.
- The worship prayer on the glorious clouds.
Revelation 19:6-7
19:6. And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!
19:7 "Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."
It happens when Jesus comes a second time in the glory as the King of all kings or the Heavenly Bridegroom. We, the heavenly bride, meet Jesus on the glorious clouds. It is called as the marriage supper of the Lamb, the spiritual marriage, or the perfect one.
There are two great things which happen when Jesus comes a second time in the glory of the King of all kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom as follows:
- The Antichrist, who has ruled over the world for three and a half years, will be destroyed by God.
2 Thessalonians 2:7-8
2:7. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.
2:8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.
- The great multitude or the perfect bride of God will be lifted up to the glorious clouds for worshiping Jesus, shouting for joy "Alleluia".
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
4:16. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
4:17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
The end of the life of Christian may be the physical death or still living until Jesus comes a second time. It will be the authority and mercy of God.
The important thing is that we must be renewed from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones like Jesus while we are still living in the world.
Thus, the great multitude can be divided in the following two groups:
- Ones who have died in the Lord from now on and ones who are beheaded by the Antichrist because they do not want to worship him. They will be resurrected in the glorious body like Jesus.
- Ones who still live until being evacuated to the wilderness for three and a half years and being renewed in the body of glory like Jesus in the twinkling of an eye when Jesus comes a second time on the glorious clouds.
Both of them will be one perfect glorious body of Christ and the heavenly bride. We worship Jesus with shouting for joy "Alleluia".
- The worship prayer on the throne of the heavenly kingdom forever.
Revelation 22:3-4
22:3. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.
22:4 They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.
Revelation 11:1
11:1. Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, "Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.
In the worship prayer, we are looking at Jesus' face and His name is being written in our life. We become Jesus'.
James 4:8
4:8. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
Serving and ministering to God until we can worship Him means that we draw near to God until we are not separated from Him.
The requirements of drawing near to God are as follows:
- Living in the holiness of heart. There are no evil (the love of money), uncleanness, bitterness of heart, and doubt to the true teaching Word.
- Having a broken heart or confessing all physical and spiritual infirmities and weakness.
Psalm 34:19
34:19. The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.
Then, God will also draw near to, pay attention to, care for, and struggle for us.
The results are as follows:
- Being strong and of good courage and keeping on holding fast the true teaching Word and obeying it, regardless of any risks we must take. We keep on living in righteousness and cannot be made stumble. We are not disappointed, hopeless, or proud of anything. We keep on giving thanks to God.
Psalm 62:1-3
62:1. <<To the Chief Musician. To Jeduthun. A Psalm of David.>>
62:2 Truly my soul silently waits for God; From Him comes my salvation.
62:3 He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.
- The power of healing.
Matthew 9:20-21
9:20. And suddenly, a woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment.
9:21 For she said to herself, "If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well."
Physically, all problems can be solved.
Spiritually, the rotten things or the sins up to the peak can be changed into fragrance by God.
Luke 7:11-15
7:11. Now it happened, the day after, that He went into a city called Nain; and many of His disciples went with Him, and a large crowd.
7:12 And when He came near the gate of the city, behold, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother; and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her.
7:13 When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, "Do not weep."
7:14 Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said, "Young man, I say to you, arise."
7:15 So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother.
We can firmly sit in the shepherding. The disobedience and unfaithfulness are changed into obedience and faithfulness. As a result, the condition of having nothing can be changed into having something. The dead things can be made alive and impossible ones can be made possible. The tears are wiped away to be the joy. There is unity in the marriage and children.
It continues until we are changed to be as perfect as Jesus is when He comes a second time.
God blesses you.
