Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 12:3-18
12:3. And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads.
12:4. His tail drew a third of the stars of heavenand threw them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devourher Child as soon as it was born.
12:5. She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne.
12:6. Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
12:7. And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought,
12:8. but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer.
12:9. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
12:10. Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down.
12:11. "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
12:12. "Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time."
12:13. Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecutedthe woman who gave birth to the male Child.
12:14. But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.
12:15. So the serpent spewed water out of his mouth like a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood.
12:16. But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the flood which the dragon had spewed out of his mouth.
12:17. And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
12:18. Then I stood on the sand of the sea.There are six activities of Satan as follows:
- [Revelation 12:4a] His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven.
- [Revelation 12:4b] Devouring.
- [Revelation 12:7] Fighting.
- [Revelation 12:13] Persecuting or catching up fast.
- [Revelation 12:15] Causing the woman or the church of God to be carried away by the flood.
- [Revelation 12:17] Making war or persecuting.
ad. 1.
His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven.
Generally, the star refers to a pastor. Specially, it refers to the servant of God.
Isaiah 9:14
9:14 The elder and honorable, he is the head; The prophet who teaches lies, he is the tail.
The tail of the dragon refers to the false teachings which are not in line with the Bible. It also refers to the spirit of lies. The false teaching also refers to the Bible which is reversed, namely being interpreted according to the will or logic of men.
We must be careful because the false teachings drag a third of the stars, namely the servants of God who are in the Bride Tidings.
Why can the star be dragged by the false teachings?
1 Timothy 4:1-2
4:1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,
4:2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron,
It can happen because the servant of God is not firm for rejecting the false teachings. He gives opportunity for hearing the false teachings with many reasons.
If a servant of God is in the anointing of Holy Spirit, he will always be firm for rejecting the false teachings and not giving any chance for hearing the false teachings, regardless of any risk which must come.
Genesis 3:1-7
3:1 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, 'You shall not eat of every tree of the garden'?"
3:2 And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden;
3:3 "but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.' "
3:4 Then the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die.
3:5 "For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."
3:6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.
3:7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.
Eve gave opportunity once for hearing the false teaching, so she was dragged by the tail of the dragon or false teachings.
The process of the tail of the dragon's dragging Eve or the church of God on the last days is as follows:
- Eve gave the opportunity once for hearing the false teaching, so she was doubtful to the true teaching Word and questioned it. It means that her heart was seared or stamped by the false teachings or the spirit of lies.
- Changing or adding and taking away the true teaching Word.
Genesis 3:2
3:2 And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden;
Genesis 2:16
2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, "Of every tree of the garden you may freelyeat;
The word 'freely' in the true teaching Word is taken away. The word 'freely' refers to the anointing of Holy Spirit. Taking away the word 'freely' means that the time for preaching of the Word is limited. The content is also limited. The hearer gets bored. Thus, the preacher and the hearer are without the anointing.
Taking away the word 'freely' means being without the anointing of Holy Spirit. The preaching of the Word is with the power of the flesh, so the content and time are limited.
Genesis 3:3
3:3 "but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat it, nor shall you touchit, lest you die.' "
Genesis 2:17
2:17 "but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die."
The word 'touch' is added to the true teaching Word. The preaching of the Word is added with knowledge, illustration, joke, and meaningless words which are not proper.
Ephesians 5:4
5:4 neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks.
The consequence is like Samson who was commanded to perform in the temple of Dagon, so three thousand people died. It means the spiritual death. One cannot enter the sanctification as well as perfection, but perdition.
Changing the true teaching Word, one will be controlled by the false teachings or the spirit of lies.
Genesis 3:4-5
3:4 Then the serpent said to the woman, "You will not surely die.
3:5 "For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."
The spirit of lies causes the truth of the flesh or the self-truth, the fleshly wills and lusts, up to the arrogance for being the same as God with legalizing all ways.
- The false teaching makes disobedience and rejection to the true teaching Word until one leaves it and becomes the fallen star.
Genesis 3:6
3:6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.
3 John 1:9-10
1:9 I wrote to the church, but Diotrephes, who loves to have the preeminence among them, does not receive us.
1:10 Therefore, if I come, I will call to mind his deeds which he does, prating against us with malicious words. And not content with that, he himself does not receive the brethren, and forbids those who wish to, putting them out of the church.
There are three shining stars in the third epistle of John as follows:
- 3 John 3:1, Gaius --> the shining star.
- 3 John 1:9-10, Diotrephes --> the fallen star (1/3)
- 3 John 1:12, Demetrius --> the shining star.
The facts found in being the fallen star are as follows:
- The characteristic is to have the preeminence among others or be arrogant and ambitious like Lucifer. In such condition, one does not confess the true teaching Word, but supports the false teachings. He does not admit the true servant of God who is used by Him. Finally, he cannot be obedient in the shepherding. He always becomes the trouble maker.
- Prating against with malicious words. It means the words which have no spiritual meaning. It also means grumbling, slandering, and reviling.
- Not being willing to receive the servant of God in the true teaching Word or not being willing to be shepherded correctly. He does not want the true fellowship; even he hinders others who want to enter the true shepherding, excommunicates, and threatens.
Isaiah 14:12-17
14:12 "How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations!
14:13 For you have said in your heart: 'I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north;
14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.'
14:15 Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit.
14:16 "Those who see you will gaze at you, And consider you, saying: 'Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms,
14:17 Who made the world as a wilderness And destroyed its cities, Who did not open the house of his prisoners?'
Diotrephes refers to the fallen star that takes the example of Lucifer, the morning star in heaven who falls because of the top of arrogance.
Consequently, he enters the atmosphere of the wilderness or curse, namely the crisis in all aspects of life until entering the persecution of the Antichrist for three and a half years on earth. It means the atmosphere of weariness, heavy burden, tears, sorrows, destruction, and perdition in the hell forever.
Philippians 2:7-9
2:7but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
When Lucifer fell on earth because of the arrogance, the position could not be empty, so he was replaced y Jesus, the Bright and Morning Star who was obedient up to the point of death on the cross with the four wound for the Israelites and the fifth one for the Gentiles.
Revelation 22:16
22:16 "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star."
Therefore, every star must take the example of Jesus, namely the humbleness and meekness.
The humblenessrefers to confessing the sins and weaknesses to God and others. After being forgiven, do not repeat the sins or do not stay in the weakness again.
The meeknessrefers to confessing the true teaching Word as well as forgiving and forgetting the mistake of others. We must be obedient until the flesh does not speak anymore. It is the same as stretching out the hands to God, worshiping Him, and confessing that we live only by His powerful hand which cannot be limited.
Revelation 1:20
1:20 "The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches.
Isaiah 41:10,13-14
41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'
41:13 For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, 'Fear not, I will help you.'
41:14 "Fear not, you worm Jacob, You men of Israel! I will help you," says the LORD And your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.
The proof of stretching out the hands and confessing that we live only by God's love is confessing that we are only the worm which is powerless.
The results are as follows:
- The right hand of God results in the power of renewal or the spiritual miracle from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones.
Isaiah 41:8-10
41:8 "But you, Israel, are My servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, The descendants of Abraham My friend.
41:9 You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, And called from its farthest regions, And said to you, 'You are My servant, I have chosen you and have not cast you away:
41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'
The hard heart can be meek. The doubt, hesitation, fear, and worry can be the strong and courageous heart without the doubt, disappointment, and hopelessness. We do not leave God regardless of anything we must face. We keep on holding fast and obeying the true teaching Word. We keep faithful and fervent in spirit in our service and ministry to God. We keep on believing, hoping, and worshiping God.
- The right hand of God gives us the power of victory over the stronger enemies. The physical miracles happen. The hands of God are able to finish all impossible problems. There is abundant power of God's miraculous protection and preservation to us in the midst of the difficulties in the world until the Antichrist reigns in the world for three and a half years.
- The right hand of God gives peace.
- The right hand of God leads us to the New Jerusalem.
Psalm 139:10
139:10 Even there Your hand shall lead me, And Your right hand shall hold me.
It means that God uses us in the edification of the perfect body of Christ through the Good News and the Bride Tidings. We can be blessings for others and get the beautiful and successful future life.
We also get the power of renewal until we can be as perfect as Jesus is and worthy for welcoming His second coming on the glorious clouds and entering the One-Thousand-Year Kingdom of Peace and the eternal heavenly kingdom forever.
God blesses you.
