Peace and grace in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 27 refers to seven sprinklings of blood upon the Ark of Covenant.
Now it means the suffering experienced by Jesus up to His death on the cross to save, purify, and perfect us.
In Matthew 27, there are seven passages that refer to seven sprinklings of blood experienced by Jesus.
We learn about the fifth passage, namely miracles that happen at the time of Jesus’ death [Matthew 27:51-56]. Therefore, do not be afraid in death experience because there are miracles of God behind it.
The first miracle that happens when Jesus dies is the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.
Matthew 27:51
27:51 Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and the rocks were split,
We can see the Ark of the Covenant when the veil is torn. The Ark of the Covenant consists of two parts as follows.
- The mercy seat with two cherubim.
Exodus 25:17-18
25:17 "You shall make a mercy seat of pure gold; two and a half cubits shall be its length and a cubit and a half its width.
25:18 "And you shall make two cherubim of gold; of hammered work you shall make them at the two ends of the mercy seat.
- The mercy seat with the seven sprinklings of blood refers to the Son of God or Jesus.
- The first cherub, referring to Father God or the Lord.
- The second cherub, referring to Holy Spirit God or Christ.
Thus, the mercy seat with the two cherubim refers to the trinity of God or the Lord Jesus Christ as Heavenly Bridegroom.
- The ark.
Exodus 25:10-11
25:10. "And they shall make an ark of acacia wood; two and a half cubits shall be its length, a cubit and a half its width, and a cubit and a half its height.
25:11 "And you shall overlay it with pure gold, inside and out you shall overlay it, and shall make on it a molding of gold all around.
It is made of acacia wood overlain with pure gold inside and out, referring to the perfect Church of God.
Thus, Jesus’ death results in great miracle, namely sinful carnal man will be perfect and as glorious as Jesus is.
The length of the Ark of the Covenant is two cubits and half, the width and the height are each one cubit and half.
The area can be measured by multiplying the length and the width as follows: 2,5 x 1,5 = 5/2 x 3/2 = (5x3)/4.
4 = the four gospels, namely Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
5 = the five wounds of Jesus on the cross or His sacrifice.
3 = the Trinity of God, namely Father God, the Son of God, and Holy Spirit God.
The figure 4 bears the figure 5, meaning the Gospel that preaches Jesus’ first coming in the world to die on the cross to save sinful people. It is called the Gospel of salvation.
Ephesians 1:13
1:13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
It is also called Good Tiding.
Proverbs 25:25
25:25. As cold water to a weary soul, So is good news from a far country.
The figure 4 bears the figure 3, meaning the gospel that preaches Jesus’ second coming in His glory as the King of kings or Heavenly Bridegroom to sanctify and perfect the Church of God as the perfect Bride of God who is ready to welcome His second coming. It is called the light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ, teaching Word, or Bride Tiding.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
4:3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4:4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
Thus, the foundation to become the perfect Bride of God is the Good Tiding or the Gospel of Salvation and Bride Tiding or the teaching Word.
Habakkuk 1:14-15
1:14 Why do You make men like fish of the sea, Like creeping things that have no ruler over them?
1:15 They take up all of them with a hook, They catch them in their net, And gather them in their dragnet. Therefore they rejoice and are glad.
How great, rich, and intelligent a man is, he is like fish of the sea. It means as follows.
- Being busy only with worldly things, so there is no attention to spiritual matters even one forgets God.
- Being busy in doing sins up to the peak, namely sins concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.
The consequence is as follows.
- There is no peace and quietness but weariness and heavy burden in life.
- Facing unsolvable problems always.
- Being ruled by antichrist or wild beast rising up out of the sea.
Revelation 13:1-2, 16-18
13:1 And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.
13:2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. 13:16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,
13:17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.
Being stamped 666 means being carnal human with blood and flesh only in his body, soul, and spirit, so there is destruction in morality and faith to go toward the woman of Babylon.
Revelation 17:3-5
17:3 So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
17:4 The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication.
17:5 And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
The Babylon refers to the peak of sin, namely eating-drinking sins such as smoking, being drunk, and drugs abuse as well as marrying-being given in marriage sins such as sexual sins with all of its kinds, sexual deviation, and false marriage.
The Babylon also refers to perfection in uncleanness and she will perish forever.
Jesus wants to help the human who is like the fish of the sea through launching out the nets, namely the preaching of God’s Word twice as follows.
- The first launching of the net means the preaching of the gospel or Good Tiding.
Luke 5:4-7
5:4 When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, "Launch out into the deep and let down your netsfor a catch."
5:5 But Simon answered and said to Him, "Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net."
5:6 And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.
5:7 So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.
It is to catch many fish or call many sinful people to be saved and blessed. The gospel prioritizes the quantity.
After being blessed, do not sink in the blessings. It means as follows.
- We have to remember God, One who gives us the blessings, through returning the tithes and offerings.
- We have to remember other people who need through giving and visiting physically and spiritually.
The process of getting the salvation is as follows.
- Believing or having faith in Jesus and confessing sins to God and other people with our mouth.
Luke 5:8
5:8 When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, "Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!"
After being forgiven, do not repeat the sins.
- Repenting or stopping sinning to return to God.
- Being renewed through water with water baptism and spirit with Holy Spirit baptism. As a result, we can have new life in righteousness.
The righteousness means salvation. We will get peace and blessings of God if we live in the net or the preaching of the gospel of salvation. Moreover, all things become easy and light.
Isaiah 32:17
32:17 The work of righteousness will be peace, And the effect of righteousness, quietness and assurance forever.
It can be concluded that there is something false or self-truth when we are not quiet but weary.
Luke 5:10
5:10 and so also were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, "Do not be afraid. From now on you will catch men."
If we live in righteousness, God will trust us the ministry, so we can become the instruments or servants of righteousness to be employed to glorify Him.
Romans 6:12-13
6:12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.
6:13 And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.
Luke 5:6
5:6 And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.
The net will begin to be breaking if the launching of the net is only once, that is the preaching of the gospel only. Meaning one who has been saved, blessed, and employed by God must increase in the preaching of God’s Word. Do not remain in the net of the gospel, so the net will not be breaking, or else one will return to the old life even the worse one.
For example, Peter returns to become the fisherman. Consequently, he is in failure and nakedness.
John 21:3, 7
21:3 Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We are going with you also." They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.
21:7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment (for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea.
Therefore, we need the second launching of the net.
- The second launching of the net means the preaching of the teaching Word or Bride Tiding.
John 21:5-6
21:5 Then Jesus said to them, "Children, have you any food?" They answered Him, "No."
21:6 And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish.
Jesus commands the disciples to cast the net on the right side of the boat. The right side refers to Jesus, High Priest, on the right side of Father God
Revelation 1:16
1:16 He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two–edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength.
Out of Jesus’ mouth goes a sharp two-edged sword, referring to the Word of God that is sharper than any two-edged sword. We hear the hard Word of God not to ask or debate, but only to obey it.
John 21:11
21:11 Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty–three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken.
As a result, one hundred and fifty three fish can be caught and counted. The preaching of the teaching Word makes us counted by God.
153 = 100 + 50 + 3.
The figure 100 refers to the length of Tabernacle. The figure 50 refers to the width and the figure 3 the three places in the Tabernacle.
Meaning we have to return to Tabernacle or the true teaching Word.
Ezekiel 20:37
20:37 "I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant;
The success of the preaching of the teaching word or Bride Tiding is when we are able to enter the sheepfold and be firm in it until we are counted and possessed by God.
The sheepfold spiritually means the Holy Place with three objects in it that refer to perseverance in doing three main services to God as follows.
- Golden Candlestick or perseverance in doing General Service.
- Table of Showbread or perseverance in doing Bible Study Service with Holy Communion.
- Golden Altar of Incense or perseverance in doing Prayer Service.
Do not go out of the teaching Word and the shepherding system, or else there will be falling into the sea of the world and perdition.
We are sanctified intensively in the shepherding until we get the figure 153.
Ephesians 4:17-18, 21-22
4:17. This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind,
4:18 having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart;
4:21 if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus:
4:22 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,
The figure 3 refers to the sanctification to our body, soul, and spirit until we can be obedient as Jesus is.
The figure 5 refers to the ministry.
Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
If we are sanctified, we will be able to do our ministry faithfully.
The figure 1 refers to the oneness of the perfect body of Christ. We are employed in the ministry of building the body of Christ.
1+5+3 = 9, referring to the grace or mercy of God.
The one who is obedient, faithful, and employed in doing the ministry of building the body of Christ will live in the hand of God’s mercy which will never end. Moreover, he is counted and fully cared by God to become His possession.
The result is as follows.
- The very hairs of our head are all numbered.
Matthew 10:30
10:30 "But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Meaning the hand of God’s mercy and grace is able to protect us who are powerless as a hair in the midst of difficulties in the world. We are protected up to the time when antichrist reigns over the world and we get eternal life.
- We do not lose a hair in the midst of storm.
Acts 27:34
27:34 "Therefore I urge you to take nourishment, for this is for your survival, since not a hair will fall from the head of any of you."
Meaning the merciful hand of God is able to help us and solve all problems even the impossible one.
- The merciful hand of God is able to deliver us from sins and judgment or curse of sin.
1 Samuel 14:43, 45
14:43 Then Saul said to Jonathan, "Tell me what you have done." And Jonathan told him, and said, "I only tasted a little honey with the end of the rod that was in my hand. So now I must die!"
14:45 But the people said to Saul, "Shall Jonathan die, who has accomplished this great deliverance in Israel? Certainly not! As the LORD lives, not one hair of his head shall fall to the ground, for he has worked with God this day." So the people rescued Jonathan, and he did not die.
The merciful hand of God is able to sanctify us until we are perfect.
The beginning of the renewal is confessing sins, even the small ones and the self-truth. After being forgiven, do not repeat them. We are sanctified until we are perfect and as glorious as Jesus is.
The guarantee is Jesus, who is willing to be dead on the cross and not counted in order to make us counted by God.
Isaiah 53:2-4
53:2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him.
53:3 He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
53:4 Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted.
God blesses you.
