Peace and grace in the love of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 14-16 refers to the Table of Showbread in Tabernacle teaching.
Matthew 14:13-14
14:13When Jesus heard it, He departed from there by boat to a deserted place by Himself. But when the multitudes heard it, they followed Him on foot from the cities.
14:14 And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick.
The table of our heart will be filled with hatred as Herod who kills John, the Baptist, if it is not filled with the bread of God’s Word.
To face the cruelty of Herod, Jesus departs to a deserted place. The cruelty of Herod refers to the work of Satan through the temptations in all aspects of life, even with impossible problems and sins up to the peak, hatred up to the hatred without any cause, and the persecution of the antichrist.
To face it, we must be like Jesus who departs to a deserted place.
To depart to a deserted place means that we stay away from Satan with his power of sin up to the peak, the flesh, and the world.
It also means that
we attract God to have mercy on us, namely through worship prayer.
There are two rows of bread on the Table of Showbread, six in a row. They refer to the sixty six books in the Bible or the true teaching Word. There is incense upon them that refers to the worship prayer. Thus, the true teaching Word encourages us to have true worship to God.
Both of them cannot be separated from one another. The teaching without the worship prayer will be the knowledge of the scribes and there will be debate. On the contrary, the worship without the true teaching Word will become an abomination.
Proverbs 28:928:9One who turns away his ear from hearing the law, Even his prayer is an abomination.
The true worship must reach the measure God has appointed.
There are three things that are measured by God as follows.
- Giving.
Luke 6:38
6:38 "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you."
One will not reach the measure of God if he cannot give.
- Stinginess.
Jeremiah 51:13
51:13 O you who dwell by many waters, Abundant in treasures, Your end has come, The measure of your covetousness.
- Worship prayer.
There are three kinds of measure of the worship prayer as follows.
- The redemption done by the blood of Jesus.
Revelation 5:8-10
5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty–four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Outof every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
5:10 And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth."
One who worships God must experience the redemption done by the blood of Jesus from three things as follows.
- Tribe and nation. They refer to the world and its influences, namely the activities, amenities, friendship, et cetera.
James 4:4
4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
If we are redeemed from the world and its influences, we will faithfully do our service and ministry to God.
- People or family. It refers to the flesh with its desires or wills.
Revelation 5:9
5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals; For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your blood Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
Romans 8:7
8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
If we are redeemed from the world and its desires or wills, we will be obedient.
- Tongue or language. It means we do not liebut say "yes" if "yes" and "no" if "no".
Thus, the measure of the worship prayer is we must become priests and kings who serve and minister to God faithfully with obedience and honesty.
Proverbs 15:8
15:8 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD, But the prayer of the upright is His delight.
As a result, our prayer is answered by God. It means we become the house of prayer. A household that becomes the house of prayer will become the mostly desired place. God will be there to plead and bless us.
- Silence, rest, and peace of Holy Spirit.
Revelation 8:1-5
8:1 When He opened the seventh seal, there was silencein heaven for about half an hour.
8:2 And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets.
8:3 Then another angel, having a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne.
8:4 And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel’s hand.
8:5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake.
It means as follows.
- There is no more uncleanness and evil in the feelings and mind.
- There is no revenge, hatred, and envy.
- There is no doubt, fear, and worry.
If there is no peace, one will be encouraged to do false things. We must keep on worshiping God when there is no peace in our heart, so that we get the peace of Holy Spirit.
There are two things that are contradictory to one another as follows.
- The true worship will result in silence more and more up to the silence for half an hour in heaven.
Revelation 8:1
8:1 When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
It means we have the covering of Heavenly Bridegroom to His Bride. It refers to the mercy seat upon the Ark of the Covenant that cannot be moved according to Tabernacle teaching.
Such silence has happened to Jesus who sleeps when the wind and waves come to the sea. It means the silence of heaven.
- The world has many shakings more and more until it is destroyed and perishes.
Revelation 8:5
8:5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake.
- The reed refers to the rod of shepherd, namely Shepherding Word.
Revelation 11:1
11:1 Then I was given a reed like a measuring rod. And the angel stood, saying, "Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.
The measure of worship is obedience to the Shepherding Word until the flesh does not sound anymore or the Veil is torn.
The attitude in worship is to behead John, the Baptist. The head is full of will and lust. Thus, to worship means to give all self will and interest to receive the will of God.
Revelation 11:2-3
11:2 "But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty–two months.
11:3 "And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth."
If the worship does not reach the measure that the flesh does not sound anymore, one will be persecuted by the antichrist for three years and six months. He will be tormented until beheaded if he keeps on worshiping God.
We must be alert of the strange voice in the shepherding. The sheep that is obedient to the voice of the shepherd until the flesh does not sound anymore will flee from the strange voice.
John 10:5
10:5 "Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers."
To flee from stranger means as follows.
- Not giving any opportunity to hear strange voice.
- There is no will to hear the strange voice.
The strange voice works to hit when we are weak. The strange voice makes the spirituality dry and one cannot consume the true Shepherding Word.
Ezekiel 20:37
20:37 "I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant;
The rod of the shepherd is the stretching hands of Great Shepherd that lead us to enter the sheepfold, so He can count us.
The true sheepfold is the Holy Place in which there are three kinds of instrument as follows.
- Golden Candlestick or perseverance in doing General Service.
- Table of Showbread or perseverance in doing Bible Study Service with Holy Communion.
- Golden Altar of Incense or perseverance in doing Prayer Service.
The true sheepfold will have both the pastor and the sheep inside it. The duty of the pastor is to feed the sheep and the duty of the sheep is to consume the Shepherding Word. As a result, we are counted by God. It means that He pays attention to us carefully. He understands and cares us.
Matthew 10:30
10:30 "But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Maybe our condition only as a piece of hair now, namely we are powerless and not precious until no one pay attention to us, but the great Shepherd will pay attention and count us when we worship Him seriously to become obedient sheep until the flesh does not sound anymore.
The result is as follows.
- We get the power of God’s preservation and protectionfrom now on inside the world which is full of many difficult things until when the antichrist reigns over the world. We are also protected from the three times of seven plagues of God over the world.
- We get the mercy and help power of God.
Matthew 14:14
14:14 And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick.
- We get the power of sanctification to renew our life from carnal man to spiritual one as Jesus is.
Ezekiel 20:37-38
20:37 "I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant;
20:38 "I will purge the rebels from among you, and those who transgress against Me; I will bring them out of the country where they dwell, but they shall not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
There is separation inside the shepherding. One who is sanctified and renewed will continue in his condition until the Veil is torn and he becomes perfect.
Revelation 11:19
11:19 Then the temple of God was opened in heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His temple. And there were lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.
Revelation 12:1
12:1 Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.
On the contrary, one who does not want to be sanctified and renewed will be separated, even with a terrible separation as the separation to two people on one bed.
Revelation 19:8
19:8 And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
We must keep on being changed until we can enter the last sheepfold in New Jerusalem.
God blesses you.
