Matthew 25:14-30 is about the parable of talents.
The talents are holy heavenly goods or the ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit.

Matthew 25:14-15
25:14. "For the kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods to them.
25:15 "And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one,
to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey.

The Lord trusts the sinful men with the holy heavenly goods. It is only because of His mercy; He appears as the Most Merciful God.

He trusts us with the talents or ministry according to our own ability (there is servant receiving five talents, servant receiving two talents, servant receiving one talent). Meaning all men may serve God and there is no reason of not ministering God. It is because of His justice; He appears as the Most Fair God.

The justice of God is below:
  1. All men may minister God according to their own ability, not relying on the riches or intelligence, or other things but our willingness.
  2. All ministries are equal before God.
The five talents are little before God.
    Matthew 25:20-21
25:20 "So he who had received five talents came and brought five other talents, saying, 'Lord, you delivered to me five talents; look, I have gained five more talents besides them.'
25:21 "His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you were
faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'

The two talents are little before God.

    Matthew 25:22-23
25:22 "He also who had received two talents came and said, 'Lord, you delivered to me two talents; look, I have gained two more talents besides them.'
25:23 "His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant; you have
been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'

The five talents, the two talents, the one talent are equal before God.

  3. Neglecting or not appreciating the trust of God and being unfaithful even leaving the ministry, God will appear as the Fair Judge who will give His judgment.

    Matthew 25:30
25:30 'And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'

On the contrary, ministering God seriously, God will appear as the Fair Judge who will give us the crown of righteousness.

    2 Timothy 4:7-8
4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
4:8 Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.

Let us use the mercy and justice of God to get the crown of righteousness.
The time is from Jesus' first coming (as the Most Merciful who dies on the cross) until His second coming (as the Most Fair to give the crown of righteousness).
After the kingdom of peace a thousand years, the Lord will appear as the Fair Judge who will judge.
In short, the chance we may use is from Jesus' first coming to His second coming.
Using the mercy and justice of God means fighting to get the crown of righteousness.

There are two kinds of the fight of men in the world as follows:
  • Physical fight such as seeking knowledge, working for daily life and future life, et cetera.
  • Spiritual fight such as our fight to get the crown of righteousness.
Not getting the crown of righteousness, all fighting will have no meaning but end into judgment and perdition.

The process to get the crown of righteousness is below:
  1. Finishing the race [2 Timothy 4:7] = finishing our ministry to the end line.

    Acts 20:24
20:24 "But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

There are two kinds of the end line of men as follows:
    • Bodily death
    • Living until Jesus comes a second time.

Do not stop ministering but minister until the end line!

    John 4:34
4:34 Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.

Ministering until the end line meansbeing obedient and faithful until the end line.

Ministering God with obedience and faithfulness equals with giving Him food to satisfy or to please Him. Do not measure the ministry with physical measurement but the spiritual one until we can satisfy God.
As a result, He will satisfy us, preserve our physical lifein the middle of difficult world and our spiritual life that we have satisfaction and quietnessso we do not seek or fall in the amenities or the satisfaction of the world.

  2. Keeping our faith until the end line.
    2 Timothy 4:7
4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

    Keeping faith means as follows:
    • Holding fast one true teaching word; we have faith from hearing the Word of God and practicing it.

    • Not denying the name of the Lord.
      1. Not denying in words but believing in Him and confessing His name as well as confessing our sins honestly.

      2. Not denying in deeds.
        Titus 1:16
1:16 They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him,being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.

Do not do sinful deeds or evil or unclean deeds or deeds giving disadvantage to other people. Let us live in righteousness.
Denying the Lord, one will be denied by Him, judged and perished.

The result of keeping our faith is the Lord opens the doors for us although we are little and powerless.

    Revelation 3:8
3:8 "I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.

The Lord gives us solution from all problems even the impossible one. Do not seek your own way which is outside the Word of God because it is only a dead-lock and perdition.

God gives us beautiful future life although we are little and powerless.

  3. Longing for Jesus' second coming.
    2 Timothy 4:8
4:8 Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.

    The meanings are below:
    • Being perseverance in shepherding.
      Roma 8:18-19,24-25
8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 8:24 For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees?
8:25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.

Meaning our perseverance in committing three main services to the Lord as follows:
      1. Golden Candlestick (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_golden+candlestick.html)-->perseverance in committing General Service.
      2. Table of Showbread (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_table+of+showbread.html) -->perseverance in committing Bible Study Service and Holy Communion.
      3. Golden Altar of Incense (https://www.gptkk.org/tabernacle_the+golden+altar+of+incense.html) -->perseverance in committing Prayer Service.

Perseverance means we do it continually nothing may hinder.

    • Living in holiness.
      1 John 3:2-3
3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
3:3 And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.

We are sanctified continually through our perseverance in shepherding until we can live holily as holy as Jesus is, we become blameless. As a result, the Church will be shown as a woman in the light of the sun, the moon, and the stars, there is no darkness at all.

      Revelation 12:1
12:1. Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.

We can get the light of the sun from Prayer Service, the light of the moon from Bible Study Service and Holy Communion and the light of the stars from General Service.

    Revelation 12:14

12:14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.

Having the perseverance and holiness, God will give us the two wings of a great eagle to protect and to flee us from the temptations of the world, from disasters even from the greatest temptation that is to say antichrist; we are fled to the wilderness for 3.5 years.

    Revelation 3:10
3:10 "Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.

Afterward, the Lord will come a second time.

    Philippians 3:20-21
3:20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
3:21 who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.

We will be changed in the twinkling of an eye in a glorious body as Jesus is.
The dead in Christ will also be resurrected in glorious body as Jesus is.

    1 Corinthians 15:51-52
15:51. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed--
15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Both of them become one glorious Christ's body or God's Bride. He gives us the crown of righteousness or the crown of rejoicing or the crown of greatness and glory.

    1 Thessalonians 2:19
2:19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?

    Song of Solomon 3:11
3:11 Go forth, O daughters of Zion, And see King Solomon with the crown With which his mother crowned him On the day of his wedding, The day of the gladness of his heart.

It is the crown of joy to enter into the marriage supper of the Lamb, the spiritual marriage.

    Revelation 19:9
19:9 Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!'"And he said to me, "These are the true sayings of God."

Afterward, we enter into the kingdom of peace a thousand years and heavenly kingdom or New Jerusalem.

    Revelation 3:11-12
3:11 "Behold, I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.
3:12 "He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. And I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.

How can the Lord give us the crown of righteousness?
Jesus must wear the crown of thorns on His head. As the sinful men, we actually have to get the crown of thorns or the curse of sins but Jesus was willing to wear it to give us the crown of righteousness.

The crown is on the head, referring to our mind. Maybe we have distress, anxiety or the curse of sin, sorrow, failure, et cetera in our mind. The Lord wants to bear all of them and gives us the crown of righteousness.

God blesses you.
