Peace and grace in the love of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:20b
28:20b ... and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
God is with us to the end of the age. It means He is with us from now on until the time when the antichrist reigns over the world for three years and six months, Jesus comes a second time, and we sit together with Him on the throne of heaven forever.
We need the accompaniment of God absolutely because it cannot be trade with anything.
Acts 7:9-10
7:9 "And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into Egypt. But God was with him
7:10 "and delivered him out of all his troubles, and gave him favor and wisdom in the presence of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.
Joseph gets the accompaniment of God until he comes to the throne of Egypt. He refers to the Church at the last days because he is born when Jacob has been old. We learn from him, so that we can be accompanied by God until we can sit together with Him on the throne of New Jerusalem.
Why does Joseph get the accompaniment of God?
- Because he is well shepherded.
Genesis 37:1-3
37:1 Now Jacob dwelt in the land where his father was a stranger, in the land of Canaan.
37:2 This is the history of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flockwith his brothers. And the lad was with the sons of Bilhah and the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives; and Joseph brought a bad report of them to his father.
37:3 Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of many colors.
For young people, the age of twelve and seventeen years old is the effective one to them to be in the true shepherding.
Joseph is well shepherded. It means as follows.
- Being inside the true shepherding always.
Inside the Tabernacle, the true sheepfold is the Holy Place. The pastor and congregation must persevere in doing the three main services to God that refer to the three kinds of equipment inside the Holy Place as follows.
- Golden Candlestick or perseverance in doing General Service.
- Table of Showbread or perseverance in doing Bible Study Service with Holy Communion.
- Golden Altar of Incense or perseverance in doing Prayer Service.
- Consuming the right food, namely the true teaching Word.
We are sanctified intensively inside the true sheepfold continually until our tongue does not lie as Joseph who tells the evil of his brothers. We can honestly say “yes” if “yes” and “no” if “no”.
Genesis 37:3
37:3 Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of many colors.
As a result, we get the tunic of many colors.
Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,
We are trusted with the ministry and gifts of Holy Spirit. It means we are exalted to become priests and kings used by God for building the body of Christ.
- Because Joseph experiences his tunic’s being dipped in blood.
Acts 7:9
7:9 "And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into Egypt. But God was with him,
Genesis 37:31
37:31 So they took Joseph's tunic, killed a kid of the goats, and dipped the tunic in the blood.
It means we experience the sprinkling of blood or suffering together with Jesus as the test to our faith.
There are three kinds of test Joseph experiences as follows.
- The test about righteousness. It refers to the Court of Tabernacle.
Genesis 37:24
37:24 Then they took him and cast him into a pit. And the pit was empty; there was no water in it.
Joseph faces empty pit, referring to worldliness.
James 4:4
4:4 Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
The world with all its activities, amenities, and sorrows make us unfaithful in the service and ministry. The time we are unfaithful is the time we seek for the pseudo satisfaction of the world until we fall in sins up to the peak. It means we fall in the empty pit.
The empty pit also means the marriage, service and ministry to God, study, or anything with the worldly system that is not in line with the Word. Consequently, one does not get satisfaction and he will seek for the pseudo one in the world until he falls in the sins up to the peak.
The test about righteousness is also to face the spirit of selling-buying or finance. It is the spirit of the antichrist.
Genesis 37:27-28
37:27 "Come and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him, for he is our brother and our flesh." And his brothers listened.
37:28 Then Midianite traders passed by; so the brothers pulled Joseph up and lifted him out of the pit, and sold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels of silver. And they took Joseph to Egypt.
The finance must be righteous and honest. Do not become stingy and greedy. The money of God, namely the tithes and offerings, must be in righteousness and honesty. The money of other people must also be like that. We should not give any disadvantage to other people and we must give to them who need.
Do not sell the tunic of many colors in order to get money. Moreover, do not wear the tunic of many colors in order to get money. Judas wears the tunic of many colors in order to get money. Consequently, his life is never beautiful.
- The test about holiness. It refers to the Holy Place.
Genesis 39:7-10,12
39:7 And it came to pass after these things that his master's wife cast longing eyes on Joseph, and she said, "Lie with me."
39:8 But he refused and said to his master's wife, "Look, my master does not know what is with me in the house, and he has committed all that he has to my hand.
39:9 "There is no one greater in this house than I, nor has he kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife. How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?"
39:10 So it was, as she spoke to Joseph day by day, that he did not heed her, to lie with her or to be with her.
39:12 that she caught him by his garment, saying, "Lie with me." But he left his garment in her hand, and fled and ran outside.
It happens when Joseph is in the house of Potiphar. It refers to the time when we are blessed by God. The test about holiness is to face the wife of Potiphar as follows.
- The sins that peak to the sins concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage.
- False teachings about false marriage.
One who divorces has died because the head or husband is separated from the body or wife. He will be rotten in adultery when he gets married with another woman.
Joseph is willing that his tunic is taken off to run away from the wife of Potiphar. It means we have to keep the holiness in our private life and marriage with our willingness to sacrifice our prestige, money, good position, et cetera.
- The test about glory. It refers to the Most Holy Place.
It happens when Joseph faces the prison or dungeon although he has no fault.
Genesis 39:14-16,19-20
39:14 that she called to the men of her house and spoke to them, saying, "See, he has brought in to us a Hebrew to mock us. He came in to me to lie with me, and I cried out with a loud voice.
39:15 "And it happened, when he heard that I lifted my voice and cried out, that he left his garment with me, and fled and went outside."
39:16 So she kept his garment with her until his master came home.
39:19 So it was, when his master heard the words which his wife spoke to him, saying, "Your servant did to me after this manner," that his anger was aroused.
39:20 Then Joseph's master took him and put him into the prison, a place where the king's prisoners were confined. And he was there in the prison.
He can pass the test about righteousness and holiness, but he must face the slandering of Potiphar’s wife until he must enter the prison.
James 3:7-8
3:7 For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind.
3:8 But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
The tongue is wild and conquered by the three kinds of beast, namely Satan, the antichrist, and false prophets, so it produces idle words such as lie, slander, and gossip that cannot be accounted for. Consequently, the body of Christ is scattered.
Philippians 2:8-11
2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
2:9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
2:10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,
2:11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
The way to fight against it is Jesus must be obedient until He dies on the cross to get the name above all names. He gets powerful name that is able to defeat the three kinds of the beast, so our tongue can confess that Jesus is the Lord. It means as follows:
- We keep silent the more to correct ourselves with the sharpness of the Word. Finding a sin, we have to confess it to God and other people. After being forgiven, we should not repeat it. If we do not find any sin, we must keep silent and do not need to plead ourselves. God will plead us.
- We bear witness about what God has done in our life through the work of the sword of God’s Word.
- We use our tongue only to worship God and say the name of Jesus and cry "Alleluia".
The result of being shepherded righteously and honestly and passing the test about righteousness, holiness, and glory is as follows.
- God is with us through His wisdom and grace to face the famine which is to come in our physical and spiritual lifeuntil the time when the antichrist reigns over the world.
Revelation 13:16-18
13:16 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,
13:17 and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.
- God is with us through the white garment to face Jesus’ second coming on glorious clouds.
Revelation 7:12-14
7:12 saying: "Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our God forever and ever. Amen."
7:13 Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?"
7:14 And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
The white garment reminds us to the white garment with many holes of High Priest. It means the garment of glory in the anointing of Holy Spirit.
Jesus wears the white garment with many holes means the eyes of the High Priest with His merciful sight are always on us. He cares and pays attention to us. He always understands and struggles for us.
If we wear the white garment with many holes, our eyes will always be on Jesus the High Priest. It means as follows.
- We always see the field of God. It means we always prioritize the ministry for building the body of Christ actively whatever thing we have to sacrifice. Only the true teaching Word we may not sacrifice.
- We see the preservation and protection of God miraculously, so we do not worry. We get peace in our life and all things become easy and light.
2 Kings 6:15-17
6:15 And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, "Alas, my master! What shall we do?"
6:16 So he answered, "Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them."
6:17 And Elisha prayed, and said, "LORD, I pray, open his eyes that he may see." Then the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
- We can come to the throne of grace of the High Priest so that we get the help in time of need.
Hebrews 2:17-18
2:17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.
2:18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.
Hebrews 4:16
4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
- We get the pleading of the High Priest to reconcile us from our sins. We get life renewal from carnal man to spiritual one, so that our name is written in the book of life.
Exodus 32:30-33
32:30 Now it came to pass on the next day that Moses said to the people, "You have committed a great sin. So now I will go up to the LORD; perhaps I can make atonement for your sin."
32:31 Then Moses returned to the LORD and said, "Oh, these people have committed a great sin, and have made for themselves a god of gold!
32:32 "Yet now, if You will forgive their sin -- but if not, I pray, blot me out of Your book which You have written."
32:33 And the LORD said to Moses, "Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book.
Daniel 7:9-10
7:9 "I watched till thrones were put in place, And the Ancient of Days was seated; His garment was white as snow, And the hair of His head was like pure wool. His throne was a fiery flame, Its wheels a burning fire;
7:10 A fiery stream issued And came forth from before Him. A thousand thousands ministered to Him; Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. The court was seated, And the books were opened.
It continues until we can sit together with Jesus on the throne of heavenly kingdom forever.
God blesses you.
