From Delayed Broadcast of Fellowship Service in Medan IIIRevelation 19:9
19:9 Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!'"And he said to me, "These are the true sayings of God."
Revelation 3:21
3:21 "To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
It is about the ownership of the Bridegroom.
There is the spiritual world after our life in the world, namely the heavenly kingdom which God has provided for the people who have conquered together with the Lord. Such people are faithful, fervent in spirit until the end line, sanctified, and renewed until being perfect.
Matthew 22:23-28
22:23 The same day the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to Him and asked Him,
22:24 saying: "Teacher, Moses said that if a man dies, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife and raise up offspring for his brother.
22:25 "Now there were with us seven brothers. The first died after he had married, and having no offspring, left his wife to his brother.
22:26 "Likewise the second also, and the third, even to the seventh.
22:27 "Last of all the woman died also.
22:28 "Therefore, in the resurrection, whose wife of the seven will she be? For they all had her."Be careful! There is the teaching of Sadducees that teaches that there is no resurrection from the death as well as there is no angel or spirit or there is no continuation after living in the world.
1 Corinthians 15:32
15:32 If, in the manner of men, I have fought with beastsat Ephesus, what advantage is it to me? If the dead do not rise, "Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die!"
Consequently, one is in the friendship of the beasts, namely living in sins up to the peak and the wild marriage and saying.
Revelation 20:10
20:10 The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
Finally, he perishes together with the three kinds of beast in the hell.
Matthew 22:31-33
22:31 "But concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was spoken to you by God, saying,
22:32 'I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living."
22:33 And when the multitudes heard this, they were astonished at His teaching.
God promised to Abram when he was still alive.
Genesis 17:7-8
17:7 "And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you.
17:8 "Also I give to you and your descendants after you the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an everlasting possession; and I will be their God."
The promise of God is still valid after the death of Abraham because there is the resurrection from the death.
Exodus 3:6-8
3:6 Moreover He said, "I am the God of your father -- the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob." And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look upon God.
3:7 And the LORD said: "I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.
3:8 "So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites.
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the Lord Jesus Christ in the glory as the Heavenly Bridegroom, referring to the mercy seat.
He is not the god of the dead. The dead refer to the people who are ruled over by the death, so they reject the power of Jesus' resurrection as well as reject to become the bride of God. It is not about the bodily death.
He is the God of the living. The living refers to the bride of God.
1 Corinthians 15:51-52
15:51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed--
15:52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
The matter of being dead or alive physically is the one of God. The important thing is that we hear the sound of the trumpet while we are alive. The sound of the trumpet refers to the true teaching Word which is preached repetitively to sanctify and change us until we are perfect. When Jesus comes a second time, the dead will be resurrected in the body of glory and the living will be changed in the body of glory too. Both will be the one perfect body of Christ or the bride of God.
The example of the living is Isaac.
Genesis 26:1
26:1 There was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Abimelech king of the Philistines, in Gerar.
He was threatened by the famine or death, but he was not dead.
There are two kinds famine as follows.
- Physical famine. It causes the bodily death.
- Spiritual famine, namely of the Word. It causes the spiritual death.
Men sin up to the peak. They enjoy sinning and do not want to be set free from sin. Finally, they fall and never rise again.
Isaac was the living. He did not want to be ruled over by the death. The facts found in it are as follows.
- Actively sowing the seed to yield a hundredfold. It means the perseverance in the sowing of the seed of the Word or the Bible Study Service with the Holy Communion. It refers to the Table of Showbread.
Genesis 26:12
26:12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the LORD blessed him.
The requirements are as follows.
- We must provide the good seed, namely the true teaching Word as follows.
- The Word which is written in the Bible. It is revealed through a verse that explains other verses in the Bible. It cannot be made as a science or knowledge, or else there are no spiritual value and sanctification power.
- The Word which is preached freely, not to look for any profit.
- The Word which is done.
- We must provide the good ground of heart.
It starts from choosing the good place for hearing the Word seriously with concentration, without being disturbed by anything, until we can obey it. The results are as follows.
- The heavenly wisdom which is able to solve all problems.
- Thirtyfold, namely the true faith which comes from hearing the true teaching Word, so we can repent.
Sixtyfold refers to the holy faith. It brings us to the holiness.
A hundredfold refers to the perfect faith like the pure gold. This faith is tested.
Revelation 21:21
21:21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
The test of faith is the same as the training to walk in the New Jerusalem, whose way is made of gold.
- Digging a well of running water to become the fountain which never dries. It is the same as the perseverance in doing General Service. It refers to the Golden Candlestick.
Genesis 26:18-19
26:18 And Isaac dug again the wells of water which they had dug in the days of Abraham his father, for the Philistines had stopped them up after the death of Abraham. He called them by the names which his father had called them.
26:19 Also Isaac's servants dug in the valley, and found a well of running waterthere.
Luke 6:47-48
6:47 "Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like:
6:48 "He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.
Only the people who like hearing the Word and obeying it will willingly dig deeply until finding the rock or the living stone.
One who does not like hearing the Word is digging shallowly, so the house falls down and the well becomes dry.
The process is as follows.
- Digging and throwing away the ground. It means throwing away the five main sins.
1 Peter 2:1-4
2:1 Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking,
2:2 as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby,
2:3 if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
2:4 Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious,
- Being renewed through the water baptism, so we have the good conscience which is good and sincere like a baby who always longs for the true shepherding Word. As a result, we can grow and be saved.
- Tasting the heavenly gifts or the goodness of God, namely getting the part in Holy Spirit. We are appointed as the priests.
Hebrews 6:4-5
6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit,
6:5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come,
1 Peter 2:5
2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
We become the living stones which are used in the ministry for the edification of the perfect body of Christ. Our life is arranged neatly and beautifully.
Isaiah 22:15-21
22:15 Thus says the Lord GOD of hosts: "Go, proceed to this steward, To Shebna, who is over the house, and say:
22:16 'What have you here, and whom have you here, That you have hewn a sepulcher here, As he who hews himself a sepulcher on high, Who carves a tomb for himself in a rock?
22:17 Indeed, the LORD will throw you away violently, O mighty man, And will surely seize you.
22:18 He will surely turn violently and toss you like a ball Into a large country; There you shall die, and there your glorious chariots Shall be the shame of your master's house.
22:19 So I will drive you out of your office, And from your position he will pull you down.
22:20 'Then it shall be in that day, That I will call My servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah;
22:21 I will clothe him with your robe And strengthen him with your belt; I will commit your responsibility into his hand. He shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem And to the house of Judah.
Serving in the edifying of the body of Christ is the same as serving in the palace of the heavenly kingdom. Nevertheless, there will be the people who are hard-hearted and leave the palace to hew the sepulcher. It is the same as looking for the worldly things until leaving the service and ministry to God.
Consequently, he will be turned violently. It means having the total failure. His life becomes a ball which is played by Satan. He sins up to the peak of sin and is driven out of heaven to enter the hell.
- Building an altar. It is the same as the perseverance in doing Prayer Service. It refers to the Golden Altar of Incense.
Genesis 26:25
26:25 So he built an altar there and called on the name of the LORD, and he pitched his tent there; and there Isaac's servants dug a well.
Hebrews 12:14
12:14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:
The requirement is the peaceful and holy heart, so we can see the Lord and worship Him.
As a result, Jesus as the High Priest and the Great Shepherd actively works in the midst of us as follows.
- He pays attention and cares for all of our hidden conditions. He never leaves us.
- He hears and bears all of our weariness and heavy burdens, so our life becomes peaceful.
- He stretches out His merciful hands. He struggles together with us to lead us to the last shepherding in the New Jerusalem. It means that He changes our life. It begins from honesty. He will solve all impossible problems, give the beautiful successful future life, wipe away all of our tears, and give us the heavenly joy.
God blesses you.
