From delayed broadcast of Fellowship Service in Tentena-PosoPeace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The theme is "Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!"
Revelation 19:919:9. Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!'"And he said to me, "These are the true sayings of God."
The marriage supper of the Lamb is the meeting between Jesus, who comes a second time as the King of all kings or the Heavenly Bridegroom with the perfect church or the heavenly bride on the glorious clouds. Afterwards, we enter the One Thousand Years Kingdom of Peace or the Future Paradise and the New Jerusalem or the everlasting heavenly kingdom.
The marriage supper of the Lamb is the same as the spiritual or perfect marriage between Christ and the church.
The beginning of the Bible is in the Book of Genesis, which contains the glorious and joyful physical marriage between Adam and Eve in garden Eden. Nevertheless, they were disobedient to the Word through committing sin until they were naked and driven out of paradise and entered the world.
In the world, all men have sinned. Many people get naked and destroyed in the marriage.
The victims of the First and Second World Wars can be counted, but the ones of the destroyed marriage cannot.
If it continues, they will be left when Jesus comes a second time and cannot enter the marriage supper of the Lamb.
The Lord Jesus as the maker of marriage does not want that the marriage of man is only to be destroyed. Therefore, God invites the destroyed marriage to be as glorious as Jesus is and worthy to welcome Jesus' second coming. We can return to Paradise and the heavenly throne forever.
The invitation of God comes through the Bride Tidings.
There are two parts of the preaching of the Word as follows.
- The Gospel of Salvation, the Gospel Word, the Good News, or the milk.
Ephesians 1:13
1:13. In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
Hebrews 5:11-14
5:11.of whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.
5:12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milkand not solid food.
5:13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.
5:14 But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Proverbs 25:25
25:25. As cold water to a weary soul, So is good newsfrom a far country.
It preaches Jesus' first coming to the world as a sinless man who must die in curse on the cross to bear and save the sinners.
The proof of receiving the Gospel of Salvation is as follows.
- Believing in Jesus.
- Repenting or being dead to sin, especially the lie and hatred.
- Being baptized of water.
The true water baptism means that one who has repented must be buried in water with Jesus to be raised with Him in the new life.
- Being baptized of Holy Spirit.
Through the baptism of Holy Spirit, we receive the new life, namely the righteous one. Living in righteousness is the same as being saved and blessed by God.
- The light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, the teaching Word, the Bride Tidings, or the solid food.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
4:3. But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4:4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
Hebrews 5:11-14
5:11. of whom we have much to say, and hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.
5:12 For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.
5:13 For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.
5:14 But solid foodbelongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Hebrews 4:12
4:12. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Matthew 25:6
25:6. "And at midnight a cry was heard: 'Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!'
It preaches Jesus' second coming in the glory as the King of all kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom to sanctify and change our life and marriage that have been destroyed to be as perfect as Jesus and worthy to welcome His second coming on the glorious clouds. We can enter the marriage supper of the Lamb, the Future Paradise, and the eternal heavenly kingdom.
The attitude towards the invitation of God is about our heart.
The positive one is receiving the invitation through being humble and gentle. The facts found in it are as follows.
- Receiving the Word no matter how hard, sharp, and long it is.
James 1:19-22
1:19. So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath;
1:20 for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.
1:21 Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.
1:22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
The process is as follows.
- Being swift to hear the Word in seriousness and with a need.
- Understanding the Word.
The proof is being slow to speak or keeping silent more to do the introspection in our life. Finding a sin, we must confess it. When we are righteous, we must keep silent.
- Believing in the Word.
The Word becomes faith in our heart. It means that the sword of the Word has pierced our heart until it is cut. We can confess our mistakes. As a result, we are saved and blessed by God.
- Doing the Word in our daily life or obeying it until the flesh does not speak anymore.
As a result, we will get the sanctification. It is done by the first sharpness of the sword of the Word. We will also be renewed from the sinful man to the spiritual one like Jesus. It is done by the second sharpness of the sword of the Word. We are worthy to welcome Jesus' second coming on the glorious clouds.
Revelation 21:27
21:27. But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
The beginning of the renewal is that there must be no evil, uncleanness, and lie.
Titus 2:7
2:7. in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility,
The honest will be firm in the matter of teachings. They will be pattern of good works.
On the contrary, one who is dishonest and not firm will pretend to do good deeds to cover the false things.
Hebrews 13:4-6
13:4.Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
13:5 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."
13:6 So we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"
It continues with the honesty about marriage. It means that we must keep the righteousness according to the Bible, holiness, and unity of the marriage.
Then, we must be honest about money, namely returning the possession of God or the tithes and offerings, as well as the one of others or the debt, the right, and so on. We can give to the others who are in need by giving alms. Afterwards, the rest is ours and we can spend it, especially to minister to God.
If we are honest, God will never leave us. He becomes our Head, who is responsible for preserving our life miraculously.
As the Head, He will solve all impossible problems as long as we are honest. The honesty is the shortest way to be helped by God.
- We can receive other people in their goodness and weakness.
If one has the goodness, we must support him. Finding the weakness, we must confess and forgive one another.
There are seven things we can do one another as follows.
- Confessing and forgiving one another.
Ephesians 4:32
4:32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you.
- Praying for one another.
James 5:16
5:16. Confess your trespasses to one another, and prayfor one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
- Helping one another.
Ephesians 4:2
4:2. with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,
- Admonishing one another.
Romans 15:14
15:14. Now I myself am confident concerning you, my brethren, that you also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonishone another.
- Edifying one another.
Romans 14:19
14:19. Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edifyanother.
- Honoring one another.
Romans 12:10
12:10. Be kindly affectionateto one another with brotherly love, in honorgiving preference to one another;
- Loving one another.
There must be the seven things in our household, church, and inter-church, until the Israelites and the Gentiles become one perfect body of Christ.
The results are as follows.
- Serenity and peace. All things become easy and light.
- The lamp keeps on burning. It means that we are used in the ministry for edifying the body of Christ at the latter rain.
Remember! Do not put the lamp under the bed and basket. If the lamp keeps on burning, the darkness will not come.
The basket refers to economy problem and the sins concerning eating-drinking such as smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse.
The bed refers to the sins concerning marrying-being given in marriage or sexuality sin with all of its kinds.
- We can worship God.
Psalm 141:1-3,8
141:1. <<A Psalm of David.>>LORD, I cry out to You; Make haste to me! Give ear to my voice when I cry out to You.
141:2 Let my prayer be set before You as incense, The lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
141:3 Set a guard, O LORD, over my mouth; Keep watch over the door of my lips.
141:8 But my eyes are upon You, O GOD the Lord; In You I take refuge; Do not leave my soul destitute.
The worship prayer of King David was with the eyes which were set upon God, the mouth which cried out to Him, and the hands which were lifted up to Him. We cry out and surrender to Him.
David made himself as a baby who only cries to God.
The crying baby means that we only show our spiritual weaknesses. Let God work with His own ways. We only surrender to Him.
Men are often hard-hearted. They never feel guilty, but only show their greatness.
God lets a great thing happen not to destroy our life, but He is waiting for our surrendering to Him. For example, Peter, a great servant of God, could walk on the sea, but still doubted the Lord, the teaching Word, and His power. God let him drown so that he automatically stretched out his hands to Him and He helped him in His time.
A mother with the flow of blood for twelve years refers to impossible problem and division. God lets it happen, so we can be broken-hearted and confess "If only I may touch His garment, I will be made well." We become a baby who only hopes in God.
1 Peter 5:5
5:5. Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble."
God lets the youth to fall so that they can cry like a baby. He is able to make all things successful and beautiful in His time until we are worthy to welcome His second coming on the glorious clouds.
God blesses you.
